Café Zupas

Didn't get greeted, the girl was talking about other guests. Also the manager was just sitting on his phone. Makes sense why i got tomato on my sandwich when i asked for no tomato.It's not hard to listen and communicate.

Honestly the dirty tables made me lose my appetite. I was having a really hard day and finally decided on what to eat. My family brought me in for the first meal I've had in 2 days and I was excited to eat but when is at down a lot of the tables were able to sit at with my special needs son were dirty with dishes. By the time I got my food (my partner waited in line while I was sat at the table with our son) I had lost my appetite and my bowl didn't look like the picture on the sign at all. So it was displeasing. My son and partners food was good they ate theirs. Hence still giving some stars

Delicious food and free chocolate strawberry with every meal ! The combo soup- Chris was the best. Definitely recommend the mixing of the tomato basil and Wisconsin cauliflower.

Competence and quality are absolutely ridiculous at this location. Charged me for FOUR adds, should have been only ONE as the noodles come free with the tomato soup. AND the noodles look like a disgusting mush. And this is exactly why no one sees you as Essential!

Prices too high but variety is nice. I am sad they change the rewards program so much & I lose points progress

I love Zupas! We visited tonight and had a wonderful meal! The kids serving us were nice and helpful. The reason I'm giving them 3 stars is that the restaurant was practically empty and we couldn't find one clean table. The drink station was a mess and The workers were mainly standing around. If I were the owner I'd like to know this.

Great spot for soup and salads! They also have sandwiches and bowls you can get too. My favorite is the Chris soup which is the cauliflower and tomato soup mix together! I love coming here for lunch because it is a good price for the amount of food you get!

(I was there on Saturday around 1pm)I think there are two new managers (both male) that has been there for a couple of months or so that is the total opposite of the previous managers. You have two managers that is always smiling, greeting us when I first walk through the door and as I am leaving. They both have excitement in their voices. I really like how the manager (George) is friendly and fast with my order. Then the second manager (Randy) was very friendly and convinced me to buy a piece of brownie! While I was eating there with my friends I noticed that both managers attended to the tables by cleaning up the dirty dishes and taking out the trashes in the lobby. Looks like Zupas are finally hiring the people that is wanting to keep this place clean and enjoyable to eat at!

This was a refreshing place to have lunch. The food is great and very fresh. Lost of healthy options. The manager and his staff rock the world. Handled the lunch rush like pro's and with a positive and welcoming attitude.

Employees are nice and seem like they try their best but management could be improved. It's obvious the team lacks leadership as my mobile orders are never ready making me wait an additional 15 min every time no matter how dead/busy it is inside, (fyi i schedule them an hour ahead and still doesn't help). They somehow seem to always forget to leave the cheese off even though I ask for no cheese while ordering on the app. At this rate it's best to order inside and watch them like a hawk while they make the order and then still check your sandwiches before you leave since they act like it'll kill them to make a slightly customized sandwich. The staff are very nice and always apologetic but the location could definitely improve with better leadership. The location at Desert Ridge Marketplace is leagues better, if you can go to that one instead.
