I like to hit this location on my way home to California. This place is great. The food is so delicious and fresh. Creating my own salad is my favorite thing on the menu. The strawberry dressing is delicious. This location is perfectly set up with lots of tables and seating. The dining room is clean. But even better, there's a drive thru. The service is great. The workers are so friendly. I was with my mom on this particular trip, she ordered the wrong sandwich and they were so polite and quick to fix her mistake. It didn't even feel like I was an inconvenience thanks to their friendliness. Anyways, 10/10 recommend. I sent the rest of my family to go try it on their way out of AZ. Edited to add: the price is great (I'm from California so take this for what it's worth). The quantity and quality for the price is the cherry on top.

I recently visited Cafe Zupas and ordered their lobster bisque. Once I got home and opened the soup cup, I was immediately struck by its appearance. The consistency resembled water more than a creamy bisque and there was not a trace of lobster or any vegetables in sight.It was akin to sipping on the leftover water used to prepare the soup, devoid of any substance. While I understand that restaurants can run out, I was disappointed by the lack of communication from the staff. A simple notification that they were unable to serve the lobster bisque would have allowed me to choose an alternative option.I hope that in the future, they prioritize transparency with their customers to avoid similar letdowns.

So Cafe Zuppas shares a parking lot with cheeseburger and Beer & Dutch - everytime I've tried to come there is NO parking. You have to drive around in circles with other people all trying to fight over the same maybe 60 parking spots? The dinning room looks empty from the many times I drive by it? I see dashers going in and coming out with orders but I'm almost sure all the cars parked in front are walking next door to Cheeseburgers and beer because they don't have enough parking. This was not thought out. You guys are probably losing so much business with there being no places to park :(

A nice soup and sandwich place right in Verrado. The soup is good, and even though the sandwiches are a bit small, the combo deal is plenty for a nice meal. If you want a huge sandwich, cross the parking lot and visit Jersey Mike's! Check out Zupa's, you'll love it.

Stopped by last night to check out the menu and dropped in today in the Verrado area of Buckeye. It's new, bright , and colorful, and the employees are friendly.I chose the pick 2, small bowl soup, and a sandwich ( or salad). My other half went with a large bowl, lobster bisque soup, and 2 large drinks.The food was ready pretty quickly, so we didn't get to talk much,lol.I took one sip and had to ask if hubby his soup was salty like mine. It was.Now, I really wanted to like this place, but all I could taste was salt. Killed the flavor for me.I tried my hot sandwich and sad face here. The sandwich bun was cold, and the chik'n patty was warm. I just figured a hot sandwich would have a toasted bun.OK, so for Hubs, too much sodium is bad. High blood pressure, no Bueno. Too much salt, no Bueno, also.I wish I could rate the place higher, but 3 is about as high as I can go. The employees are friendly and helpful, and that's why. I'm sorry I didn't check reviews to see if any else had salt/sodium issues. Or check the Website for info.If you're watching sodium intake, be warned. My guy has a thing. He'll try a place twice, so MAYBE we'll be back. IF I do, I'll stick with a protein bowl/salad.

This was my first experience at Cafe Zupa's and likely to be my last. The lady at the driveway-thru was very pleasant but the food experience was nearly unbelievable. I ordered the Southwest Potato and Green Chili soup. The soup was full of potatoes and nothing else. (See description attached) No green chiles, no cilantro, no southwestern spices I could discern, no cabbage, and no chopped bacon. There were two kernels of corn I was able to find, and they indeed appeared to have been fire-roasted. The included 'baguette' could not have been any less appealing; cold and dry. The chocolate-covered strawberry was the only reason I gave this two stars. What a disappointment. It just seems to me that in this post-pandemic world, we are all supposed to be happy with substandard product and service. And tip for it.

Food was good! Bread is fresh soups are amazing and salad is fresh! They move you through the line fast. They seating area is small but works. The parking lot is busy but we didn't have an issue.

Zupas in Verrado- horrible customer service and not consistent with their portions. I've gone several times the last time we ordered a Cesar salad with chicken, they were out of chicken and Parmesan cheese. No mention of this until after we were paying. When we pointed it out she laughed with no apology. Don't waste your $ and go somewhere else. We will never return.
