Cafe Yafa offers Middle Eastern fare. Order at the counter and the server will bring the food to your table. We ordered: Chicken Salad, Shawarma Salad. Chicken Pita, fries with cheese, and grape leaves. Everything was good. My chicken was a little dry and the fries could have been crispier, but by and large, everything was solid. The place was clean and also had some mid eastern grocery items for sale.

Recently discovered this Mediterranean hidden gem with terrific vegan offerings for my hubby--score! Takeout order included Felafel Wrap, babaghanoush, extra garlic sauce, quinoa salad, hummus. For me, the carnivore, the lamb/beef shawarma platter was delish. The online ordering was easy, our order ready on time, and neatly packaged--and the gentleman (proprietor?) who greeted me was so gracious and welcoming, answering my questions about other vegan options for next time. Will def be back again.

Stopped by last week for a quick brunch bite. They have breakfast items on the menu, as well as lunch items. Cafe was clean and decor and ambiance are nice. Owner at the counter was polite and friendly. I ordered a fried egg and avocado croissant sandwich. It was delicious, as was the flat white that I ordered alongside it. Wish I had snapped a photo of my breakfast before devouring it! Would like to stop by again another time to sample their lunch offerings. A great option and a great chance to support a small business, it's only chain shops at the 9/27 shopping center where Stop & Shop is, just down route 9. Easily accessible if you're on Route 9 West coming from Wellesley and heading into Natick, or even on Oak St., heading south to the Route 9 intersection, it's a 5 min. drive from the intersection of Oak & Pine streets.

Very casual place with great food at reasonable prices. We shared a Greek salad which was fresh and included lettuce, grape tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, onions, oregano, vinegar, lemon juice, mint, sumac, feta cheese, olives (pits removed), and olive oil. Falafel wrap was very good with the right mixture of ingredients. The wow dish was the shakshuka lamb. The lamb was perfectly marinated and cooked so that it was rich in flavor and tender. It was served with a perfect mixture of onions, tomatoes, bell pepper, paprika, chili flakes, cumin, garlic, olive oil, and fresh cilantro on top. Definitely a dish worth coming back for.Service was perfect and the place is very clean. Drawbacks are cheap napkins and plastic utensils. This was our first visit and looking forward to many more visits when I'm in the neighborhood.

What surprised me about this restaurant was the cleanliness. Usually I see a single counter , few table restaurant, has having some dirt someplace. Not this location. It was inviting with its appearance. The staff was very friendly and understood the menu. It was a true pleasure. Peering into the kitchen it looked inviting as well. The food quality was high, the price extremely fair, making this a value restaurant.The food was first rate . Everything we tried was delicious. Definitely a place needing a return visit. I do believe the hours listed on yelp currently short-change the hours they are open....and I am pleased they are currently open later in the evening (the door claimed 9 PM). Try them for lunch or dinner.
