Cafe Tokki

I enjoyed their bingsu; I ordered the strawberry and added cheesecake cubes. It was on the sweeter side for me. The store is really cute and has a good amount of seatings. Service was quick, you pick up your items at the front. You also need to bust your own table. There's a huge parking lot!

I came here few times. I ever ordered Bingsu, Milshakes, MUGWORT LATTE! Capital letters, because it is my favorite from Cafe Tokki. I wish it can be a bigger cup. I drank it too fast! :DThe service can be better. The wait time to received my order has been always long. The staff sometimes looked confused. Need training (?) Also, it needs a better drink carrier (for to go). It's not stable, even with the bag. It messed up my drinks, almost always.Ambience: I loveee to see the cafe from outside, at night. Those lights look pretty! Inside the restaurant looks nice too. I just wish this place not always crowded, so I can chill quitely. Lol

The shaved ice here is pretty good! We got the powdered bean one which came with very soft mochi. I liked that the ice was soft and fluffy and overall not too sweet. The cafe is also pretty cute and there were some people studying. Prices are a lil expensive though.

Yummy yummy bingsu!! I got a combo bingsu allowing me to try two different flavors. I got the mango bingsu (always a classic flavor) and the injeolmi bingsu (kind of like a sweet rice cake flavor). Both were really good flavors and the amount of toppings to shaved ice were the perfect ratio. Service was great too and were relatively quick with our bingsu order. Ambiance is nice too, good for groups of people to sit and chat but there are also some smaller tables if you were looking for a nice cafe to sit in. There's a lot of natural lighting making the vibes just so good and cozy. Definitely a must try!

We had the blueberry bingsoo and simply for the price point, quantity, and quality, this place cannot be beat. I thoroughly enjoyed and finished this bingsoo.Easy order and pickup when called. Nice cafe vibes.

The aura of this place was awkward-maybe from the disinterested and bored out of her mind front attendant? Perhaps from the homeless man that was in the restroom for 20 minutes? It appeared the other two tables were enjoying themselves-it just wasn't for me. I wouldn't come back.The mango cheesecake bingsoo was not that fluffy and the syrup we got with it was way too sweet. I prefer Lumi's bingsoo and ambiance.

Sooooo fluffy! Easily some of the best shaved ice around, the ice looks like literal powdered snow and I couldn't help but savoring every bite. We got a few pastries and the injeolmi shaved ice which was topped with soybean jelly, almonds, red bean, condensed milk, and powder. Out of all the shaved ice cafes in Seattle, I have to say this was easily my favorite one. Good service, clean space, and relaxing atmosphere with good food. Can't get better than that!

Stopped by here while waiting for food. Ordered the chocolate chip cookie and sweet pancake (red bean). I LOVED both of them. Cookie was nice and warm, and the pancake was super delicious, crispy outside and nice texture of the red bean paste inside. Place looks pretty cozy too.

Sadly have to update my review to 3 stars from 5 stars previously . I don't know if they're under new management or what (all the hanging menus on the store have weirdly been taken down) but they've really skimped on ingredients in their bingsoo. I ordered half mango half corn and there was no corn in there. Literally a ton of syrup and cornflakes- what the heck? No toppings either- just a huge dollop of whipped cream. See my photo last year vs what the bingsoo looks like now. Really disappointing when management starts skimping- if you don't wanna offer real corn then just don't offer it...and their prices have gone up too. Sadly this used to be my favorite bingsoo place but I wont go back now.

Excellent quaint little Korean dessert place. Very friendly service, nice and inviting atmosphere with lots of seating options. Homemade bakeries and great dessert and drinks. Highly recommended
