Cafe Shu Shu

Got a matcha tea with foam, as well as a coffee. There was only one person working when we visited on Friday around 3pm, so it took a bit longer to receive our two drinks (~15 min).Ordered the matcha milk tea with bubbles, but did not receive the bubbles. However, checked our receipt and they did not add (or charge) us either, so no harm.

Happy soft opening to Cafe Shu Shu!I'm so excited that a Korean dessert shop is open so close to us! Cafe Shu Shu is in their soft opening and features a menu of shaved ice (bingsoo), fruit tea/ades, milk teas and more. Their dessert case is also filled daily with fresh cakes, which I'll have to try next time!Our first visit features: - Watermelon Ade - Mixed with Yakult, this was very refreshing and perfect for summer! - Mango Bingsoo - The milk shaved ice/snow had great texture and taste. The only thing I would wish for is more mango flavoring layered into the snow. But for $15.50, the bingsoo is definitely more than enough to share with another person (or two).Located right next to the Lynnwood H-Mart, Cafe Shu Shu has plenty of parking available n the lot. The cafe also has a good amount of seating inside, and was fairly empty when we visited on a Wednesday night.I can't wait to see how their menu evolves after their grand opening in July!

Wow this cafe is so impressive! It's beautifully decorated and has such a welcoming atmosphere. We ordered the mango bingsu and strawberry croffle. Mango bingsu was perfectly made with plenty of mango pieces and huge portion.. enough to share between 2/3 people. The croffle was my absolute favorite.. had a mochi type interior which made it delicious. It's topped with a yogurt type cream and drizzled with honey. It was amazing.. highly recommend. Can't wait to try other items!

We stopped by while it was under soft opening and got the citron ade which was surprisingly refreshing. Tasted Korean yuja mixed in there and the size of the drink was reasonable. Had a hip and trendy feel inside. I didn't check if they had WiFi but hopefully this place sticks around!

Cute cafe to study at!Bought an injelomi toast and a blue lemonade for $20. Definitely on the pricier side. The blue lemonade was good and quite large for the price. The toast was pretty good, though smaller than I would have expected.They offer wifi so was able to study here for a while. Would recommend for studying, but not sure if I'd come back specifically for the food. Looking to try their bingsoo when it gets warmer out

What a great place for bingsu! Their watermelon bingsu is delicious, not too sweet, the perfect amount of syrup. The flavor of the shaved ice is so good. Friendly staff and good service. I'll definitely come back!

Went during the soft opening period. This place took over the old Da Dessert next to Hmart. We tried the mango Bingsu and Injeolmi Croffle and both were pretty good! The price is a little high though. They do have some board games to play while you eat your desserts as well. Overall not a bad option for desserts.

I don't know if Cafe Shu Shu has shut down or rebranded but it looks like there's another Korean cafe at this location (or nearby) now. Before I find out it's actually closed, I figured I should get this out of the drafts. Menus at Shu Shu and the new spot look different but have similarities.My experience with Shu Shu was interesting as they decided to close a few hours early and essentially let us, alongside two other parties know. There was no signage and this was a week after their soft opening. Things come up so nothing wrong with that but it was just a memorable interaction. It was friendly and full of apologies though, despite not being ideal. Besides that, desserts were tasty but pricey for the size.Strawberry Cheesecake Bingsu - beautifully topped with strawberries and a scoop of vanilla ice cream with strawberry drizzle, this flavor is a classic. The strawberries weren't excessively sour and the condensed milk plus strawberry drizzle helped sweeten them more. There wasn't that much cheesecake though, so could definitely use more.Mango Bingsu - another classic, the mangoes here were sweet and tangy. Paired with the condensed milk and vanilla ice cream, there's a lot more simplicity but still very rich. I'd say on par with other mango bingsu, nothing extraordinary but hits the spot.

We came here for their bingsu and tried the strawberry cheesecake bingsu. We were surprised when it was ready and it literally had a slice of cheesecake on top, haha. We were expecting chunks inside instead. So that's good or bad depending on your preference.The ice itself was very yummy and hit the spot for me so I'd come back for it. One unfortunate downside (which isn't part of my rating since it's not their fault) but worth considering if you have kids.. Is that there were a lot of smokers outside and the smoke made its way inside as well. If you're eating in, pick a seat really far in if you can, or take it to-go.

We tried their Brown Sugar Milk Tea, Peach Italian Soda, and Strawberry Croffle! Their croffle was a little bit expensive for what we got in terms of sizing, but it was delicious! As for the beverages, they were super yummy! Definitely going to try their other beverages and bingsoo next time. Atmosphere was really cozy and spacious, reminding me of the Korean cafe aesthetic videos you'd see on Youtube. Wonderful place to work and hangout! Employees were welcoming and friendly!
