My friend brought me to this adorable cafe, and it was one of the cutest cafes I've been to in the Seattle area, with great drinks! I ordered the Oreo Frappuccino, and wow, it was so tasty and satisfying. It's the perfect balance of sweetness, and those Oreo chunks really add another layer to the drink. The place itself is super nice, with simple yet cute decorations. The staff were friendly and made the drinks really fast. It's a great spot to get some work done or just chill with friends. I also noticed they have croffles on the menu, which look very tempting. I'll definitely be back to try more desserts and drinks!

Have come here a couple times after eating Shin Sung and every experience wasn't so great. The wait time is always extremely long for no orders really ahead of us. I've tried the jeju tangerine drink and it was way too heavy on the tangerine peels. The yogurt smoothie is pretty good but very dense, it's more yogurt than smoothie. I feel like everytime I come here I have hope that service would get better but unfortunately it fails me everytime.

Service was good, I ordered the boba tea, I should have gotten it blended, but I wasn't asked. Not sure if they even blend. They don't have sea salt cheese, and she didn't know what it was. I should've not ordered at that point. Anyway, got my iced coffee boba.....the boba wasn't cooked/microwaved long enough! And because I'm use to sea salt cheese, it wasn't sweet at all. We noticed the can sugar syrup. That helped it out a lot. But this wasn't my style at all, if you're ever in the area, check it out!

The Jeju matcha latte was sold out so I got the Black Sesame Latte. The coffee is strong so it covered the black sesame taste a bit. The blueberry cream cheese croffle was excellent where it's warm and crispy, and the perfect proportions of cream and fresh blueberries. There was only one staff when I went at 3pm which she takes extra care in making the drink and croffle. It is a cute cafe with a big Seattle skyline as the backdrop. I will definitely come back.

Went back today, two days later to get the black sesame latte again but iced this time! It was just as good iced as it was hot. I also saw kimbap there today when I went in the morning. The bulgogi kimbap is some of the best I've had! Perfectly seasoned and great filling to rice ratio. I wish I had gotten more than one!

Why did I just find out about this place!? I stay at a cafe, and that's on working from home. Definitely adding Cafe Seoul to my weekly cafe rotation. The space is super clean, the owners are amazingly sweet, and their menu has so much to offer. One of the cleanest cafe that I've been to! The bathroom is super nice and the owners are on top of making sure everything is sanitized. My best friend and I came here on a Monday morning and stayed until the afternoon. Good amount of indoor seating and outlets. Other customers were there to lounge, work, and kick it with friends. I got the cafe latte and my friend got a fruit smoothie. Both were really good! Next time I need to try the croissant waffle. Multiple people ordered it and the sugary smell filled the whole cafe. SO GOOD! Located in Federal Way next to Palace Spa. Private parking lot. Free wifi.

I got to try Cafe Seoul a few months ago when they were still very new. They're a quaint little Korean cafe in the same building complex as Underground Kitchen/Shin Sung Restaurant.I ordered the Peach Iced Tea while my partner ordered the Grapefruit Sparkling Ade. The Peach Iced Tea was pretty good, each sip was smooth and refreshing. Taste was good as is too. My partner liked her Sparkling Ade.It's a cute cafe that only opened up earlier this year. I plan to eat out more in Federal Way, so I will likely be coming back to Cafe Seoul to try out their other items as well.

Cafe Seoul was just an afterthought after having UnderGround Kitchen nearby but I want to head back a second time after this visit! Parking around the area is usually full the closer you get to here. Inside is very neatly decorated with bright wall colors and plants that make the area a nice place to study and read. They offer tons of selections here including coffees, smoothies, croffles, fruit juices, Korean traditional drinks and other things. They were out of matcha when I asked for their jeju matcha latte, so I got their affogato instead. Friend got the hallabong (a satsuma-like orange of Jeju Island) smoothie, which looked like a seasonal drink given it was off the menu and written on a small black piece of paper on the side of their menu. The coffee for the affogato felt pretty strong on my end but I didn't mind, it balanced very well with the vanilla ice cream they provided. Also had a portion of the hallabong smoothie and loved it a lot! Drink wasn't too sweet. Drinks came out relatively quick.I will come back here on another trip to Federal Way to try some of their other menu items, including their dalgona latte that one of my friends recommended!

Ambiance: small quaint and cute coffee shop. Nice to read and have a 1:1 convo with friends.Service: standard. Food: omg, after going to cafe noire in federal way, I had to find a place to heal my mouth and eyes with a legit waffle dessert and cafe Seoul accomplishes that! They have a croffle (waffle/croissant had a baby). It has the flakiness of the croissant and the semi dense hot texture of a waffle! Delightful! The blueberry was nice and firm and the blueberry cream was balance with sweetness and tartness!Must go!
