Cafe Rio Fresh Modern Mexican

Trying this place out again and once again I would not recommend. In the picture is the Pollo Asado. I asked for double rice I got maybe 1/2 cup and it's not even cooked properly I'm still digging uncooked rice from my teeth. The Elote is nothing but canned corn is this by design or did you run out? I was hoping for a better alternative to Chipotle and what I got was honestly something my pet won't even eat. I think the owner really needs to do some quality control or risk going out of business.

‍ Cafe Rio you kill me. When we moved to area 2 years ago we loved coming here. The quesadillas were huge, everything tasted great and the service was awesome. I've given up coming here at all anymore- started off with small portions of food. Missing many items from bags (when going through drive thru), wrong items in bag..... to full blown ignored in drive thru for a long time at speaker- then getting someone on speaker with obvious intention to be as unhelpful as possible to deter orders. Told out of chips. Out of queso. Out of salsa. Out of tortillas for quesadillas. When I asked what they did have in stock since that sounded like pretty much being out of everything ..... heard laughing. Very sad young people working and they don't care for the business or work ethic. Sorry del taco we don't even try anymore ‍

If I could give this Cafe Rio zero stars I totally would. My boyfriend and I started going together to this location for dinner once every so often. There are 2 girls in particular who serve us who are just extremely rude. Both girls literally serve us and talk to each other through their mics and make fun of my boyfriends accent. It's rude and disgusting. The last time we went they said a comment I over heard out loud and they both rushed up to serve us. It took every ounce of me to not say something. I am sure these are the same girls everyone who gives negative reviews talks about! Cafe Rio, why don't you do something about it? They are obviously ruining your business and you don't care!

I ordered chicken fajitas to be delivered via Uber eats. When the order arrived, it had no fajita vegetables. And I had asked for extra vegetables. It was a container with some chicken, lettuce and cheese. I called and complained. I spoke with two different people who said they would remake the order but they don't have anyone to deliver. So I drove there all the way from Tartesso. When I got there, the woman said they don't have any fajitas made it hasn't been prepped so they couldn't even make the order. I asked why did two people tell me to drive in. She said no idea. I asked if I could get my money back. She said I would have to call Uber eats. Uber eats makes it impossible to get in touch with them. And it wasn't their error. They didn't do anything wrong. Why the hell would someone at Café Rio send a chicken fajita order that is, just lettuce. They could have called and canceled the order. So now I've wasted about $20 getting container of lettuce and I'm pissed.

You know, they did okay. We ended up trying Cafe Rio for the fiest time after long lines at several other restaurants. When we arrived there was only one other customer in the restaurant. The restaurant itself was nice and clean inside. Also we we noticed that there were many employees (6 or 7) which outnumbered guests 3 to 1. Some seemed to have nothing to do and stood around chatting, but it was because no one was at the drive thru. The food is laid out assembly line style and you move down the line selecting what you like. I ordered a Taco and my wife had a Tostada. The young lady putting our order together was very nice and accommodating. But, I must say that the menu was awkward and overly complicated. I just wanted a taco, but you must first choose your entree, then choose your protein and then choose your options. Really I just wanted a taco. We all know whats on it. The food itself was pretty good, but not very traditional in my opinion. This location did everything well and had no complaints there. I would give this restaurant and staff 4 stars and the chain a 3. Not bad...

I used to love coming here. I used to stop at least once a week on the way home from work for great food at a great price thanks to their discounts and app. Now it seems like the food is never prepared correctly, the guacamole is never mixed or is turning brown, and the restaurant is not kept as clean as it used to be. Either they're using cheaper ingredients or the employees don't care anymore. The staff never seem to get your order right and are generally annoyed to take your order. Now chipotle is my go to.

The workers there act like they hate their life. 4/10 service. Went through the drive thru and didn't get any napkins nor utensils. Other than that the food is great.

Food was great and a better value than some of the restaurants around here! We usually get take out a couple times a month. We have been very happy

This location is a joke! I'd be amazed the day I come through the drive thru and they get my order right... sheesh.. ordered Fired Grilled chicken salad but got shredded chicken instead.. paid $3 for extra dressing but of course, didn't get it.. no utensils or napkins were provided in the bag and to top it all off.. they charged me TWICE! So disappointed CAFE RIO!

C'mon Cafe Rio! It's unfortunate that this is my local restaurant as every time I come I encounter disappointment after disappointment... If it's not the CONSTANT errors made on my order, it's the AWFUL service these employees give. No thank you, no hello, no nothing.. card gets snatched and food handed out in silence.. as a customer, service is important to me. I get treated better at McDonald's TBH!!!!.. Food used to be ok but the quality has gone downhill every time (against my better judgement) I end up coming to this location... Management: when are you gonna get it right?!?! I don't mind paying $20 for a salad, but you HAVE to understand that service, quality & pricing go hand to hand. Right now, your salad is worth $3 bucks when considering.
