Cafe Mollie

You could say I am in my "Matcha Era", so of course I had Cafe Mollie on my list and had the chance to check them out yesterday for my Matcha fix.First and foremost, the space is super cute, with great lighting, lots of plants, and a decent amount of seating. I wouldn't show up with a huge group but to do some solo working or grab a beverage with a friend or two, it's a great spot. They have various seasonal flavors and a great line up of beverages, but I came in on a mission and one thing in mind - Matcha.I love the flavor of more traditional Matcha as is, but appreciate a speciality or seasonal flavor. It can be a hit or miss and often I find them way to overly sweet even when requesting the lightest amount, but I thought I would go for it.I was torn between their strawberry or seasonal blueberry basil, but went for the blueberry basil matcha. After speaking with the barista and telling her my preferences she withheld syrup and only added the fresh blueberry base. It was delicious! The matcha flavor was still prevalent, strong notes of basil and perfect amount of blueberry, it was not overly sweet at all and perfect for a hot Arizona day.

I've had Cafe Mollie on my list for a while now, but couldn't make myself take the 45+ minute drive from my house. Fortunately, my husband and I were in Phoenix last weekend and found ourselves only ten minutes away. We arrived late morning on a Sunday and were pleased to see a parking lot with ample spots available.The cafe was bustling and there was a short line when we walked in. However, it moved quickly, just enough for us to decide on what to order. I wanted to try the pho coffee, but it was no longer on the menu. I opted for the ube coffee and my husband chose the black sesame latte.The ube coffee comes with dark roast coffee, condensed milk, and topped with ube cold foam. It was delicious and had great ube flavor. The cold foam had a rich ube flavor, but was a tad too sweet for me. The black sesame latte comes with espresso, white chocolate, milk, and topped with black sesame cold foam. My husband requested it less sweet, but could have done with even less sweetness. Nonetheless, the latte was enjoyable.The space is bright and inviting. The staff was friendly. We would try them again if we're back in the area.

Drinks: Amazing! Pistachio white mocha latte was so good. Their espresso is awesome. Pandan Matcha was so good. Highly recommend. Service: So friendly! Very helpfulAmbiance: Very cute place. Clean. Lots of two person tables, a couple for four. No breakfast food options, so keep that in mind.

This is one of my favorite coffee bars! I love love love the egg coffee, it tastes like a crem brûlée! Aso tried the strawberry chai, Vietnamese coffee, and the bahn mi style burrito. Honestly I've never had a bad drink or experience here. They have all the milk options, are friendly & helpful, and is just a cute little set up.

This place is outstanding! I LOVE their original flavors. I am a big matcha fan and they definitely use ceremonial matcha which is rare it seems at most places. We tried their mojito matcha which is made with sparkling water instead of milk and it was so refreshing and good! I would have never thought to do that with matcha! It's a must try for matcha lovers! Then we tried the blueberry basil matcha and wow!!! Sooooo good! I love the creativity ! And their taro flavoring is so good! It's not fake it's real taro and my kids absolutely loved it! The service was amazing the ladies were so friendly and helpful! The place is super clean and well kept up with. Please check this place out!

My boyfriend and I love a good coffee shop! Cafe Mollie has a lot of Asian inspired beverages (think matcha, taro, black sesame, Vietnamese coffee) and I am a fan. I ordered an iced matcha latte with ube cold foam and I loved it so much that we went back the next day so I could try a different drink. I went with the black sesame matcha latte, and was a little too overwhelmed with the black sesame. (That drink only comes in the bigger size!) My boyfriend ordered a taro coffee and did not enjoy it too much. He's not a sweet drink fan, but it tasted too much like root for his liking. Regardless, I want to try other variations of drinks. The shop itself is so cute! It is very aesthetically pleasing, and there are quite a few options for seating. There are a selection of banh mi sandwiches, but I think adding pastries to the menu would definitely level this place up. Overall, I'd rate it a 3.5!

My first strawberry matcha and surely not my last! The service here is so friendly and welcoming. The shop is adorned with special adorable touches. But most importantly if you're looking to fix your matcha craving this is the stop. The barista let me know their matcha is imported straight from Japan and suggested the strawberry purée addition. It was my favorite matcha I've ever had! Highly recommend it

Located in a strip mall, Mollie's is a unique Vietnamese coffee place. I ordered an Americano with oat milk, yes boring sorry! Barista forgot to add the milk . Coffee was mild and smooth. My daughter had some matcha concoction and said it was delicious. It looked enticing ! I would visit again.

Two things that'll get you far in life: Coffee and ConfidenceHaving anticipated a visit to Cafe Mollie, my two closest friends and I seemingly ordered the whooole menu within a few trips. Black sesame latte, pho coffee, egg coffee, ube coffee, panda matcha, Vietnamese coffee, pistachio latte, mochas, and banh mi burritos have been ordered, consumed, and enjoyed!I love this place something fierce. My go-to order: A pork banh mi burrito with a pho coffee. This place would be so dangerous to my wallet if this place was any closer. Cafe Mollie is easily in my top two favorite places in the valley for coffee. Parking is limited, as well as seating, but this is the kind of place where eating in the car would be acceptable because you gotta do yourself a favor and get a banh mi burrito!

From Vegas, stopped here on the way home. Service was good but the coffee is pretty mediocre; I ordered the Coconut Coffee. The inside is kind of small but still cute. I would come back but definitely not for coffee.
