Cafe Lavande

I recently visited Coffee Lavande and it's honestly one of the coolest coffee shops I've been to in a while. The inside has this super authentic vibe, mixing Persian and French coffee culture with some seriously tasty pastries. It's like the best of both worlds in one place!Plus, there's a Turkish chef who whips up an amazing Turkish breakfast. Everything is so flavorful and fresh. Whether you're sitting inside or out on the patio, the atmosphere is just spot on. Cozy, inviting, and a great place to chill with friends or get some work done.

I stopped by this cafe recently one late Saturday afternoon. Perhaps the scant unattractive baked goods left for sale was due to the time of day. The cafe is cute and comfortable. But form over function is not enough to recommend this bakery cafe. The baked goods which are leavened with either yeast or baking soda/baking powder are inferior. The majority of the breads, rolls, scones etc were under baked resulting in a pale lifeless color. They should have a lovely deep golden brown crust. The lavender scone I purchased was not only pale white, but the inside was not even cooked. The center was the consistency of mashed potatoes. The croissants were not made with a laminated dough. They appeared to made with a roll or bread dough.I cannot make any comments about the cakes and cream based pastries other they than looked beautiful. I did not eat any of them.The latte I had was good.I do not recommend going here for the baked goods.

It's great to have a line, but some of it could be avoided if they had it together.First of all is the empty frame as soon as you come in: people have to navigate around it to try to get to the end of the line and it's hard to see where you have to go.Next is they have mostly big tables in such a tiny place. They do have seating in the back with umbrellas and a fan, but they have a giant table there as well.Third is we only saw one menu floating around and it only has the brunch/cooked items. There is no list of what the pastries and breads are and they are blocked by people, so you have to wait until it's your turn to see what they have and ask questions which takes time. I would've loved to know what some of the items were, but didn't want to keep people waiting longer. Even some of the pastries had labels that didn't tell you what it is.There was only one person taking orders which also was time consuming. As far as food:The San Sebastian cheesecake was very nice and creamyThe walnut coffee cake was good (it wasn't what I was expecting)The pineapple coconut cake is light and not too sweet, but fell flat for meThe chocolate mousse cake was light and tastyThe cream puff was by far the best thing we tried!The saffron French toast and cappuccino are still in question because it's been over 30 minutes and still haven't gotten them.We waited in line for over 30 minutes in line, over 30 minutes for food, not impressed enough with pastries...I'm disgusted! They spend more time making things pretty than having a functional cafe.Update: the cappuccino (looked like it's been sitting around...we didn't touch it before picture) and French toast came after waiting 45 minutes. They were ok, but wouldn't get again.

I really enjoy this cafe! It's so cute and the variety of pastries are gorgeous. Delicious iced lattes and I love the vibe. It's a small, but busy place, so be patient and enjoy!

Great pastry/cafe shop in Alpharetta/Milton area. They have French and Persian bakery. Lots of different options. I really enjoyed the Mint green tea. There is nice seating, although the seating is limited, which I will say is my only complaint. The presentation of the drinks and pastries adds to the experience of dining here. Service was good. You order at the front and find a seat.

Absolutely a delightful cafe, bakery, small coffee shop. It is middle eastern/persian with lovely aesthetics on the inside. Brunch items are sold everyday except Tuesday and a small coffee menu to pair along side the breads and desserts. Service was great and helpful and lots of parking available

Cafe Lavande is Alpharetta's newest and cutest coffee shop. Not only is this cafe very aesthetically pleasing, everything is delicious! They have a variety of yummy baked goods and sweets along with the best coffee. Everyone is super kind there too Food recs: Lavender Latte

I just discovered a new cafe that has everything I love: vibrant coffees, delicious pastries made in house, and comfortable seating and modern decor. I tried the lavender latte, and it was perfect. It had a rich flavor and a smooth texture. Can't recommend enough the walnut coffee cake which is light and airy with a satisfying texture. They had other pastries on display like scones, muffins, and cakes -- all looked tempting. The seating area was spacious and comfortable. The decor was modern and stylish with music which was upbeat and relaxing, creating a lively mood. It's the great place to hang out with friends or read a book. If you're looking for a new cafe to try with attentive friendly service, I highly recommend it.

Came here the other day to get some work done. They have plenty of seating and it has such a nice vibe. They were playing middle eastern style house music so I didn't even put on my headphones.I ordered their lavender latte and got a chocolate croissant. Both tasted great and the presentation is lovely. Everything is ready relatively quick and they bring it out to you if you're sitting.
