I walked up to the drive-thru window today while going down the Green River Trail. I tried the Red Bull drink in the pink strawberry base. I also bought a sausage and bacon breakfast burrito which comes with mild salsa. Super delicious! Definitely will be coming back soon. The staff were nice and helped us decide on the drinks. The only thing I wish for is that they had some seating or a place to read like many cafés.

Quick and easy drive thru experience, convenient if you have someplace to be and just want a quick cuppa. I ordered the caramel macchiato with almond milk, and as my first coffee post-landing at SEA-TAC, I was very pleased! It was piping hot and delicious. They also have smoothies, energy drinks, and lots of snacks. Consider stopping by!

Today (12/27/2022) we went to try Cafe Elite for the very first time at this Kent location. We ordered two drinks & two French Toast Monte Cristo sandwiches. The sandwiches tasted different and stale, noticed the baristas ripped the tags/nutrition labels off both of them to try to cover up that they were expired sandwiches!! One of the sandwiches still had the date on it, "Used by 12/23"! No wonder they tasted old even after they heated them. They should not be serving EXPIRED food/drinks to customers. These sandwiches were not cheap either! The mocha drinks we ordered do not even taste like they have any espresso/caffeine in them. Definitely not going back, what a horrible first experience!

Horrible experience. The prices on the sign ARE NOT ACCURATE. It says a 32oz lotus is $6.50 AFTER I ordered they told me it's $8.50!!!!! I mentioned the sign price and they refused to honor it. Next, the barista is handing me the drink and AFTER it's in my hand says "it might spill" because of the fizzy lotus, IT SPILLS ALL OVER MY CAR, STEERING WHEEL, PANTS, FLOOR. Barista saw this and only offered me napkins. When I asked how much everything was with my cake pop they said it's $11.53 I gave $20.53. They gave me back $8. I asked where is my other $1? They said actually your total was $11.57?! Wtf? If I could give 0 stars I WOULD!

Was looking for a locally owned coffe location and they did not disappoint.Have been her quite a few times and everything from blended drinks to energy drinks has been amazing.The employees are friendly and helpful even when I'm not sure what I want.

This is a solid choice for coffee in the PNW. As a mom with young kids, convenience is key and if it doesn't have a drive thru, it's not worth it. Thankfully CE has drive thrus. Although I wish they would open their menu to more seasonal offerings and fun flavors, their drinks are yummy and they are consistent. For this reason, I usually go to BigFoot for their monthly rotating flavors, but come back to Cafe Elite if I'm in the area because I know it'll be good (and it's not Starbucks). One of my favorite parts is that I can add a scoop of protein to my coffee milkshake so I can pretend to feel good about my choices Their service is good and I never am made to feel rushed.

Horrible customer service. We approached the coffee shop by foot, no one was visible, I said hello and a woman came to the window who seemed annoyed by our presence. She offered terrible customer service, only asked one of us what we wanted. When she came back with the drink and asked for payment, we said we weren't done ordering which seemed to annoy her more lol . We won't be going back.

I used to come here often when I lived in the area. I came back and noticed the old staff is all gone now, which is unfortunate because I didn't get that same coffee experience this time around. I felt rushed, and didn't get greeted in a friendly way, I just felt like I was going to a Starbucks with a simple drive and go.

Eggnog lattes are excellent...not many coffee businesses left that offer this traditional flavor.Starbucks used but it clogs there machines...I call BS.Thank You Elite for preserving this holiday flavor!
