What sets this coffee spot apart are their unique specialty drinks. I've had my fair share of coffee from all corners of the globe, but this place takes creativity to a whole new level. The moment I perused the menu, I knew I was in for a treat. The options were a delightful departure from the typical coffee offerings, boasting intriguing combinations and flavors that promised to awaken my taste buds.

I've lived Oak Harbor for the past 2.5 years and Cafe De Lisio is one of the first places I tried for coffee. I love the variety of flavors they have and the menu is very extensive. My go to is a drink called "Gandalf" which is white chocolate, salted caramel, and toasted marshmallow. I prefer to get it blended with a "bold" shot (as opposed to "smooth") and with white chocolate whipped cream (they off an espresso whip as well). For further customization, they offer chocolate covered espresso beans to top off your drink! If you don't know what to get, the baristas are extremely friendly and love answering questions. I've never had a bad experience at the drive-through or walking in. That being said, at the time of writing this review, the drive-in is currently under construction, but the walk-in is open! It's small inside, but it's really cute. Watch out for bees if you're allergic, they are attracted to the syrup and there were a couple bees flying inside, although they were not aggressive. One of my favorite coffee places for sure! I always take my visiting friends there for their caffeine/sugar fix.

Awesome black coffee and multitude of drinks outside of just coffee. Wife and I loved coming here because of the staff, service and ambiance!

Stopped into the walk in and the team was absolutely wonderful. Joy took my order and was incredibly personable. I got an iced oat milk latte and a speckled lemonade. Highly recommend. Perfectly well balanced drinks and amazing service.

Delicious coffee gives you, coffee beans with the drink. They have so many choices. They are very packed, because there so good. Price little pricey although I go for a treat because it's so good.

First off why doesn't this place have 5 starts?! When I first got to Whidbey I HATED coffee but I went here and tried their Lucky Charms and I was hooked!!! These ladies make the best damn coffee ever. I also love how they let you choose between bold and smooth. I'm more of a smooth person. I miss them so much!

Their drive through is currently closed but their walk in is open. So many options to choose from. For starters they have two types of shots, bold or smooth. Super friendly service. Inside is small, but enough space to order and stand on the side for your drinks. Definitely recommend and will be back. Don't forget to get a stamp card.

TLDR: Felt like highway robbery and a cruel prank at the same time.Doesn't serve customers in order of arrival: First of all, I drove up to the little shack, and because you can drive up on both sides and the guy ahead of me on my side took forever for some reason, two customers who arrived after me on the other side got served before I even got a chance to give them my order. This is ridiculous.Lack of basic understanding:I asked for Earl Grey tea. For some reason this took them a few minutes to figure out what I was saying.Cheap cups and lids:I spilled hot tea all over myself and needed my partner to hold the cup for me in between sips (I was driving) because the lid doesn't stay on the cup. When you try to grab the cup out of the cup holder, it just squeezes the cup and forces the lid off spilling it everywhere.Absolutely absurd prices:I paid over $7 for a cup of tea (a cheap tea bag and hot water) and a little bit of honey. You pay half this much at most anywhere else, and I live in downtown Seattle and go to fancy coffee shops where prices are already pretty high. And it wasn't even anything special (one of the other options they had was Lipton, which is the cheapest tea you can find).

This coffee is the BEST coffee on the entirely of whidbey island. I am a current barista and I literally only love to go here. Outstanding. I especially like an iced 24oz americano with w/c lavender cream and no water. Don't forget the espresso whip!!
