When I walked in on a Friday at 8am and saw multiple construction workers and contractors pull up in work vans, I knew this would be a good experience; after all, who better to seek out the best value, hidden gem places? For breakfast, I ordered the misto completo breakfast sandwich ($7.99) and a 16oz hot coffee ($3-ish). It was made quickly and on the spot courtesty of a griddle just behind the register. The sandwich had ham, bacon, egg, cheese, lettuce and tomato on a French roll. Portion size seemed decent for a grab-and-go breakfast.I also ordered some savory pastries to go, including a chicken croquette, a fancy corn dog, and a chicken meat pie (each ~$4-5). These individually make for large snacks, or one could eat all of them for a savory but terribly unhealthy meal.

We're so glad this place made it through, it's another hidden gem. Everything we get here (even at 5:30 PM, like now) is very satisfying.Highlights from today include:Coxhina (a croquette but with yucca, I think-one of my faves)Pao de quejo (is it dough? Is it cheese? Delicious)Sausage pastry (tons of meat)Beef Sfija - savory (cumin-y?)Surprisingly for the hour everything was actually somewhat warm too, and tasting quite fresh. Yay!Want to try the sweets soon!

I was intrigued to see a Brazilian bakery when looking for a place for dessert after lunch in Allston. I love a good pao de queijo so I decided to give it a try. They have a pretty wide selection of pastries and breads, though there were no prices listed so I had to ask for the prices. The pao de queijo were 50 cents each, so I got 6. I also got a chicken sfiha and a guava turnover. The pao de queijo (50c/ea) were pretty good, and definitely a reasonable price. They are pretty small and irregular in size/shape. They were a bit stale and hard/dry, but were revived pretty well in an air fryer at home. They had a good subtle cheese flavor and had a lot of holes inside. Assuming they do make them daily, I think they probably taste great if you go early in the morning. Overall I would probably consider getting them again when I'm in the area. Not the best I've had, but it's hard to beat 50 cents. The chicken sfiha ($5.65) was quite substantial with a thick bread layer and a dense chicken filling. I liked the flavor of the chicken -- there was a strong garlic flavor and it was nicely savory. It was all a bit dry and dense but filling and well-flavored.The guava turnover ($3.90) was basically a strip of guava jam inside of puff pastry with some sweet crackly stuff on top. This was also pretty good reheated in the air fryer. My friend also got a guava turnover that had very little jam, so it may be inconsistent.Overall I enjoyed trying a variety of their pastries. Nothing was amazing but everything was solid and the pao de queijo were especially good value. I'm glad I tried this place and will certainly keep it in mind for future Allston visits!

Some random chicken filled pastry I got there was absolutely delicious. Will try some more stuff that I couldn't even pronounce the names of. Also the staff working there were super attentive and warm!

So if you're up in MassachusettsAnd you can't deal with sh** and might lose itYou should really just chillCome to Cafe BrasilAnd then after we'll go home and do sexIf the top half of your girlie underwear is feeling poorly, then your Bra's ill. This is an adorable little Brazilian Bakery which I checked out on a couple of occasions now and they make nice Pao De Queijo and other Brazilian Delights like Coxinha.I highly recommend them for all your delicious Brazilian Bakery needs. The woman working here is so adorable as well. Extremely friendly as well with excellent customer service. Not to mention they are absolutely dirt cheap. My other review:This is a lovely little Bakery with really friendly people and the woman working here was really really super nice. I thoroughly enjoyed the warm gooey Pao De Queijo that I bought here and will definitely return. There are a number of bakeries by this name around the region so I guess it might be a chain but this is my favourite so far. This lovely little Brazilian Bakery has excellent PDQ which are the little gooey hot cheese breads and I love that they serve them warm to me. The girl who gave me them was a total sweetheart and seemed to really like me. Friendly people and good products, so definitely a five-star location of this Bakery. Also known as the Padaria Brasil. If you're going to wear a Period Pad, then make sure the Pad Area is the right area, I guess.

I was very excited that a Brazilian bakery and cafe were so close by, as I have been craving Brazilian cheese bread (AKA Pao de Queijo). I was kind of disappointed by this place because the food was all very salty and didn't feel freshly made.Pao de Queijo - sadly, these were not what I was looking for. They weren't served warm, which is what I was really hoping for because the consistency of the cheese wasn't as soft as I like it to be. Overall, these fell flat for me.Chicken Coxinha - Even though this item was warm, the dough was very hard to bite into. I thought the chicken inside tasted alright, even though it was a bit salty.Ham and cheese Sfirra - This was probably the best item I ordered. The cheese was nice and melted, and it was served warm. Again, very salty, but I tend to like salty foods.

Enjoyed visiting Cafe Brazil. Friendly service, great coffee and the food was tasty. I've wanted to try Brazilian cheese bread for a while...it was excellent. Also, the ham and cheese filled pastry was very good. I might go back later for dessert or a sandwich.

I bought a beef kibe quibe and it seems to me that the inside is undercooked? I honestly don't even know if this is what the kibe's supposed to look like but it tasted somewhat raw to me..

Served us cakes with expired milk in them when we called ahead our order multiple days in advanced. Ruined my wife's birthday. I guess in Brazil when you order ahead they just make it that day and leave it sitting out until the pickup day. Oh and everything else also sucked
