Got the pulled pork and brisket. Both are delicious. My 3 year old keeps asking for of that "yummm meat" :). Service is equally as impressive. Thank you!

C. Davis BBQ is the best BBQ I've found in Washington. The Brisket on Waffle Fries is the bomb and the serving sizes are very large. One order is easily 2 portions. He quite often features other small business on his truck and is always helping the community. Sign up to follow him on Facebook to get news of truck locations and put it on your calendar. You don't want to miss it and it's totally worth the drive. Get there early because he sells out regularly. He also draws the best crowd of people and I always meet some nice folks in line. His line moves quickly and he usually has music playing.

The food truck was recently in our neighborhood and as a bbq snob from Austin, we had to check it out. The wait went by really quickly and we were able to get our food fast. You could only purchase by the pound so no half pounds or half rack of ribs. We got a pound of brisket with sauce on the side and the pulled pork/fries basket. The brisket was shredded (and not sliced!!) and it was just meh. It was smoky but that's about it. The bbq sauce we got on the side and I was glad. It was more mustardy and was missing the typical Texas-style bbq taste. I pulled my Rudy's sauce out of the fridge to use instead. The pulled pork with fries basket had the bbq sauce on it. The pulled pork was yummy and I liked the flavor. The fries were ok but we're definitely soggy. There were no options to order sides from the truck. We decided we'd try the ribs another time and have our own sides at home.

C. Davis BBQ's food truck was near our neighborhood and they sold out within 30 minutes of them opening. They were scheduled to come back, and this time I was ready and went about an hour early!I really do like supporting small businesses and I feel apprehensive in writing this review due to that very matter and that we are going through very unprecedented times.First off, the staff all wore masks and gloves and they change gloves often. The price was average to other BBQ places that I have been to. Due to the hype, we ordered a pound of brisket, 3 hot links, and coleslaw. Please note that they do not do half pounds - it is very much all or nothing. So you may be eating BBQ for a few days unless you have more people in your household as it is quite a bit of food/good portionBesides the hot links, everything was only meh....Sure it was smoky, but that is about where it ends. There was no flavor and the BBQ sauce that they gave was Cattleman's. I was really excited about the brisket, because who doesn't like brisket when you mention BBQ?! When I got back home, I thought I got the wrong order because it wasn't in slices! I have personally NEVER seen chopped brisket nor do I, in my opinion, believe that brisket should ever be enjoyed chopped! There was no flavor, no season - just some smoke.Coleslaw for a tiny little cup for $3 and even that was too sweet.Overall, I love that they get a lot of support and that they are willing to come out and have everyone enjoy BBQ, but unfortunately, I will not be returning.

We have been wanting to try this for a long time! We ordered a slab of ribs, 3 Big Ass Brisket over waffle fries, and 1 Big Ass Pulled Pork over waffle fries. They were kind and jovial while serving and happy to support a local sports team for their fundraiser! The aroma of meat and fries on the drive home was delightful! All of the meat was fall off bone/fork tender and very tasty. I chose no added seasoning and sauce on the side while everyone else chose to include it with their meal. Everyone was happy with their lunch choice and the serving size was quite large and we have leftovers to devour another day. We definitely will be ordering from there again. If you see this truck be sure to stop and grab some delicious food and support a local business!!!

Texas BBQ done right! Mr. Davis is a class act and his BBQ is hands down the best smoked meat around! You can't go wrong with anything on his menu, which varies according to market prices and customer trends. If you see the Seahawks BBQ smoker food truck, do yourself a favor; stop by for some A+ BBQ.

Great food! Whenever we can get it we do! Very affordable double at least for the brisket of what you can get for that price and quality anywhere else! Also the owner is the kindest person always giving to the community! We are lucky to have him!
