Butchertown Hall

The food here is soooo delicious - it was hard to choose what to get because it all sounded so good, too. Options are also great for gluten free folk (their sauces are gluten free)!Ambiance is cute, stylish, clean (check out the photos of the outside and inside).The service was good - occasionally slow but I attribute that to how busy the restaurant was. If I lived in the area I would absolutely visit for good bbq and sides!

I've now been to Butchertown Hall, 3 times all with different groups & have experienced the same exact thing each time over the last year. Twice I've gone for a walk in (outside the 3 times I've had a reservation) and there were AT LEAST 12 tables open and they told me "no we don't have anything for at least an hour and a half" then when I did have a reservation and I saw other walk in customers come in and saw them say the same thing... they turned away customers but the tables that were "reserved" never even came in and they let business walk out the door. Instead of turning people away they should really hold reservations by card OR 15 minute policy so that they can accept walk ins. The food is okay, but personally I think it's over priced & dry. The guacamole is the same piece as the order of 3 salsas... but get this, the guacamole is the size of ONE of the salsas. That truly doesn't make any sense. It smells great in there and I like the decor and the vibe, but the food is overcooked & really not a true smokehouse. I'm disappointed to write this review because it's a great location for germantown and the servers are amazing & they're other restaurant concepts are great, but it feels like butchertown hall is established & forgotten about. And ... after so many times of going there and being turned away, not only myself but seeing this happen to many other people. I'll likely not come back. Not for nothing I even saw the host on the last time I was there tell a father and daughter "we don't have anything for an hour" when it was 5:15pm & they had many tables open... they walked out. Felt bad for them If they changed their policy to 15mins to reservations or they take card for reservations - I would reconsider.

We drove to Nashville for a birthday dinner at Butcher Town Hall. Unfortunately, it fell far short of our expectations. Despite having reservations, the hostess informed us we needed to be out by a certain time - not exactly a warm welcome. It felt like a bad omen for the rest of the night.The service was subpar; the waitress simply dropped off our bottled water without even pouring the first glass. She barely returned to check on us. As for the food, it was shockingly below average compared to my visit last year. I can't recommend this place anymore and won't be returning.

Great place for brunch for sure. Service was very good. All the staff I encountered were very friendly and helpful. They have a big inside seating area and they also have a big patio for the summer. They also have heaters they use on the winter. The drink menu has good selection and the cocktails I had were very delicious. The food was really good. I had the huevos rancheros.Overall it's a good place but a little on the pricey side but not bad.

Great food plus they have good happy hour specials. Super cute spot even for just drinks at the bar, plus service has always been great! Brunch is good but the queso is a must!!!

My dining experience at Butchertown Hall in Nashville, TN was not just about the delicious food but also the vibrant atmosphere that added to the overall enjoyment of the evening. The industrial-chic decor, with its exposed brick walls and dim lighting, created a cozy yet trendy ambiance that set the stage for a memorable meal. I kicked off the meal with the Brussels sprouts, a tasty appetizer that got me excited for what was coming next. Though a bit more sauce would have been perfect, the flavors were vibrant and got me ready for the feast ahead. Moving on to the main course, the Carne Asada Taco and Shrimp Taco stole the spotlight with their bold flavors. The Carne Asada was a bit dry but packed with great seasoning, showing off some serious cooking skills. The Shrimp Taco, on the other hand, was a seafood lover's dream, with juicy shrimp and a zesty kick that really impressed me. To end on a high note, the Mac and Cheese took center stage with its creamy, cheesy goodness. It was a comforting dish that left me feeling satisfied and happy. And let's not forget the bartender, who whipped up some spicy margaritas that added an extra kick to my meal, perfectly matching the bold flavors of the tacos and sides. It was a meal to remember at Butchertown Hall!

Delicious food and a fun brunch with the Bride to be! Recommend the queso and street corn. Smoky and crisp with just the right bite. Huevos rancheros with carne asada was fabulous. Don't forget the bottomless mimosas- it's not on the menu but definitely a 'don't miss'. Beautiful atmosphere and great company.

Amazing food. Great service. And lucky enough to get a preview of the holiday drink. Wow!!!

When the bartender comes to your table to discuss off the menu craft cocktails, you know that you're getting a good drink. Clean, open and bright, the atmosphere lends itself to a great gathering with friends. We had the street corn and a variety of tacos. I loved the pulled pork. The BBQ sauce was perfect! Not too sweet or too hot. Would definitely recommend!

Food was excellent. Tyler was the best waiter ever! Our first time there and gave good suggestions. Five stars except for atmosphere. They need to replace the numerous bulbs that are out including the one outside the restrooms. It's really dark in that little hallway to try and find the handle on the door to get in.
