Other than needing more help when we were there, this place was amazing. The food was great! If you're looking for a burger around Phoenix and don't want to "wing it", go here!Don't get confused though.... It's attached to a hotel, so you might do a few drivebys on accident.

We attempted to try Burger Theory twice--once for my son's birthday and then a week later for mine. Unfortunately, we were unable to eat there either time. The first visit was around 1 PM, only to find them closed. Their hours are quite unusual, We were unaware of this schedule and it spoiled our plan for my son's birthday.Determined to give it another shot, we went back for my birthday. I double-checked their hours online since the parking lot was nearly empty. Despite the nice exterior and calm interior vibe, we were not greeted immediately. The lone waitress was busy with another table and eventually told us to seat ourselves. As we reviewed the menu, we noticed a "no cash" policy, which was a problem since we planned to pay with cash. The waitress apologized, explaining it was the owner's policy. Disappointed, we left without trying the food. Both times we drove about 40 minutes out of our way, only to be let down by their odd hours and unwelcoming atmosphere. Sadly, we won't be returning, despite our love for trying new food.

The food here is very good! I built my own burger and I had their KGB sauce with BBQ sauce. Unfortunately I don't have a picture to share but please know that I highly recommend checking this place out! The service was good but nothing that stood out during my visit. Since the food was so good, I will definitely be back!

First time at Burger Theory. Had a large group meet that was served as a burger buffet to build your own. Good selection of burgers, fixings and sides. Food was good, service was excellent. Venue was great for intended meet and greet. Probably higher score on food if ordered from menu but I totally get it. Restaurant is next to Holiday Inn. Not too far from ASU Skysong. Put this one on your list.

I visited this restaurant yesterday, and I sat there for almost 15 minutes without anyone even acknowledging my presence. Not a single person greeted me or bothered to ask for my order. I felt completely ignored and neglected. Eventually, I had no choice but to get up and leave, feeling frustrated and disappointed with the lack of service. As a customer, I expect at least basic courtesy and attention, which this restaurant clearly failed to provide. Keep in mind this place wasn't busy at all.

We have been eating here for over three years now, and the quality was amazing in the beginning. The biggest juiciest chunks of chicken strips I've ever eaten. Now when we go there, it is utter disappointment, the chicken is half the size that it used to be. The burger was completely dry. And there were five onion rings on our order of onion rings. As well as the fact, we were not even acknowledged when we walked into the restaurant and sat down at the bar. But five minutes later, a man walked in and was acknowledged right away by the waitresses. I will not go here again. Do not waste your time or your money.

Was really looking forward to eating here but in the end left underwhelmed. The problem? Well the bun was dry, plain and simple, and that affected the taste of the chicken sandwich I had ordered. To drive that point home, my partner blurted out "I don't like the bun" in the middle of dinner, so it wasn't only me being put off by the taste of the bread. So why 3 stars then? The chicken for the most part tasted okay but what really gets my vote here are the fries, which were superb. What this place needs is a burger/sandwich which is equally impressive.

We had out of town company visiting and burgers was the craving. We decided to try a new place, but we don't expect to go back. The concept is nice but execution was weak. The highlight was the fries and the bacon on the burgers. The meat is a blend and had a different taste, it wasn't bad - just different. I can't really say why we weren't impressed, we just weren't. We had a new server, but she was trying hard and the rest of the staff helped her out.

No flavor burger. It was moist (not juicy) but zero flavor. Awful frenchfries. Service was sub-par. Server never checked back after delivery of food. Over priced. Can not claim to be a "hotel burger!" Not worth the price (way over priced!) Nothing special at all. Honestly, we all said would have been better off at a McDonalds. Zin burger on Camel Back is still the best burger in the central Phoenix area.
