Burger King

It's so sad how burger Kong's doesn't know how to follow instructions; when someone says, "no mayo" or "no tomatoes" idk, "no onions" idk, whatever, it means NO, like, don't add them, 1 because the person might not like them or 2 they might be allergic to them, like in my case, if I say "no mayo" and I even made you repeat my order to me, and you still add mayo and we'll forget my fries just to make it better.... well that's a problem, because from my meal now I can only have my soda, since one item wasn't in my bad and the other could literally get me super sick, or worse...with that said.... no, my experience wasn't great

This Burger King sucks! Every time I come here they are ALWAYS out of something. Seems like they don't keep up with stock. Haven't been in months and decided to give them another chance today, well I guess I can they they don't dissapont.... They were out of tacos this time.....

I recently visited this location & I asked for my meat well done.. they said they "couldn't do it" & I asked for extra pickles.. which they didn't give me.

Me siento indignada por la manera tan irrespetuosa y humillante como el lider del turno de la tarde de esta tienda encargado de entrenar a mi hija en su primer día de trabajo la trató, le dijo pendeja y le preguntó si era autista soltando carcajadas después de que mi hija le respondió positivamente. Es muy lamentable que exista gente como ese hombre, que humilla a una jovencita estudiante de high school . Será que nació aprendido.?? Este hombre para nada es un líder, es solo un pobre hombre amargado y sin ningún tipo de educación. I feel outraged by the disrespectful and humiliating way that the leader of the afternoon shift of this store in charge of training my daughter on her first day of work treated her, called her "pendeja" and asked her if she was autistic, laughing after my daughter responded positively. It is very unfortunate that there are people like that man, who humiliates a young high school student.Could it be that he was born learned.??This man is not a leader at all, he is just a poor man, embittered and without any kind of education.

I came here yesterday and the woman taking my order was rude asf! When I got my food it's like they just threw it in the back. The hamburgers weren't really that hot, either. I know that you all get a lot of rude customers but don't be rude to the ones who try their best to be nice. If someone speaks, say something BACK! Own up to the mistakes you make and FIX THEM. I used to love BK, but the customer service has just went downhill.

service was very weird food was cold honestly i think im done with all around that was the last straw

Fries hit and crispy ; burger good . Service good not a big fan of BK but this experience good .

Today I was driving a large truck very carefully through the drive through line. I hit a bump and thinking it was the curb I kept going. I couldn't move forward or backward and realized there was a huge boulder in the middle of the path. Big truck. Didn't see. I brought it to the manager's attention and she dismissed me and pointed to a faded number that I had to get out on my tip toes to see (and I'm 5'11). While I was checking out for the two burgers I purchased, 4 employees stood there staring, smiling and laughing. And to top it off, there was a small dot of ketchup on the burger, but smothered in mayo. I will never be back.

This place is horrible. Don't recommend. They have rude staff. And they complain that they cannot do it. I had a door dash order @10:15. And they told me they were closed. So I pulled out of the drive through and checked they closed @11pm. LET ME TALK TO THE KING y'all gmfu

Horrible!! This location charges twice as much for some menu items!!! Jr. Breakfast Burritos are usually $1.49 at all other Burger King locations. They charge $2.99 here!!!! Unacceptable!!! This place isn't in an airport or an amusement park!!!
