Walked inside the Burger King restaurant today and respectfully requested Burger King's best breakfast. Was told by the cashier that the Egg-Normous Breakfast Burrito was their best breakfast. Paid @ $7 dollars, and patiently waited. About eight minutes later I was handed a brown paper bag with a small burrito inside. Opened the burrito to inspect its contents. I was caught off guard when I inspected the breakfast burrito. This burrito contained a couple of small pieces of bacon, some scrambled eggs, some cheese, and a couple of small hash browns all wrapped up with a cold and broken tortilla. I did not eat the burrito, instead I left the unappetizing burrito on the front counter and told the cashier that this breakfast burrito was unacceptable. Sub-par is an understatement. This Burger King is robbing their loyal customers by advertising amazing looking food, then doing the old bait and switch, and then serving their loyal customers unappetizing food. Burger King will not earn many new customers by knowingly and willingly short-changing their loyal followers by serving sub-par and unappetizing food. Poor customer service, and unappetizing food.

I'm not sure if this location is trying everything in their power to be shutdown; however, after one bad experience months ago at this location , I decided to give them another opportunity. I went to this location for breakfast and when I arrived home to enjoy my meal, I found dried, hard, leftover potatoes that had fused together. It was so disgusting that I couldn't even eat them and had to place them in the bin. If it was not for the fact that I needed to get to work (I work from home), I would have taken this mess right back to them. What is happening in this world where customer service and common decency no longer applies? I won't return to this location!

This Burger King has consistent horrible customer service. If they are managed by corporate, then someone in their training department needs to visit immediately. We were utilizing a local unexpired coupon for $14 and after presenting the coupon they asked for $20. I reminded them of the coupon and their response was our prices went up. $20 or nothing. Buyer be ware. I live down the street from this Burger King and have tried to avoid it in the past, due to lacking service, but I thought I would give it another try. It was a mistake.

This place needs a complete overhaul. The franchise owner obviously doesn't care whether he makes any money or even makes any friends with this location. this has to be the worst run, fast food, location I have ever been to. it's dirty, slow, rude , pick which negative you want because this one owns them all. I wouldn't waste my time or my money at this restaurant. Drive a little farther south and you can find Chick-fil-A, Filiberto's, and even McDonald's. Avoid this place at all cost.

I would give 0 stars if I could. The lady that's supposed to be taking my order lazily comes over and says what do you want. then I get my drink, No ice in the damn ice machine. No ketchup in the dispenser. so I nicely say your ice and ketchup are out and the lady slams 30 ketchup packets and rolls her eyes and starts mumbling when I turn around. BK knows when the customer leaves they aren't coming back even if the food is old and order is wrong. Locals don't eat here outside normal eating times and a reason why. Only come to eat here during normal eating meal times (B/L/D) when you see multiple cars in the drive thru, cars in the parking lot and people eating inside, otherwise you will be very disappointed with your expensive overpriced stale food order. I ordered a whopper plain only cheese and received a stale whopper with everything on it (yuck), hard cheese that was so old the cheese was hard and starting to turn brown. The burger wasn't cooked all the way and was slightly pink inside (undercooked). Had to scrape it all off to eat it and was very angry paying for this type of food and service at this price. My wife's cheese sticks were like cheese bricks and the chicken fries were made fresh because the worker stated she checked them and the chicken fries under the heat source were petrified (she admitted) and said she had to make some more. We waited on the chicken fries and thinking we were going to get fresh food..... guess again. Yep, fresh chicken fries and stale burger and stale cheese sticks. Of course we identified this after driving home and I wasn't about to return to BK to fix what should have been done right the first time for these prices. My wife stated: " Incant believe they did that to us, my co-workers and Inest here once every other week for lunch and the food is always good, not like this. Seriously, this business needs to close. If you can't afford to run the business properly and provide to customers fresh food at these prices then you need to shut it down in my opinion. Someone is going to get sick of not already. Do You really think people are going to return when they get service and food like this? This has happened numerous times to us over the past several years living in this area and eating at this specific Burger King. Get a manager in here to fix this mess please, I'm not coming back period! YOU SUCK AND YOU WONT LISTEN TO PEOPLES REVIEWS! YOU DESERVE TO BE SHUT DOWN! Wendy's in Anthem is always fresh regardless of time and never had an issue like this.
