Should've checked the reviews of this place before visiting.This place sucks!Fries barely had any, no condiments in my burger. Cookies are rock solid. Oh and make sure to ask for straws because they'll forget to give them.

Yea no. Negative. The negative attitude and telling me "my money wasn't good enough here" I left. Still should have an option for less than one star.

Slow on taking your order, slow on preparing your order, and slow on handling your order. Overall slowest service for a fast food restaurant. The Burger King signs outside don't work or they just don't turn them on. Creepy if you ask me, especially if you are going through the drive-thru at night. Highly recommend you check your order before driving away.

Brenda Estrada was rude. Ordered 4 plain pattie's (7.96) and only received 1. called to ask for a refund because it's a far location from me and she told me to bring back my bag of food and receipt for a refund. Why do i need to bring back my entire order for one? i told her No. I just want to be refunded for the 3 pattie's i did not get in my bag? then she told me to bring back that 1 patty for a refund. What? Unprofessional. It's not even her personal money it's the companies money anyways i don't understand why she was trying to get back my entire order because i wanted to be refunded for 3 pattie's they forgot to put in my bag. Just beware, double check your bag! unfortunately I had someone go pick up on my behalf so i couldn't double check myself.

The cookies were stale. I was in the restroom while my sons were waiting in the play ground and the mangers sister or whoever told her to keep an eye on my sons. One of my sons has autism so I don't know how you can see my son attacking up and their brothers were watching him while she said this service sucks! Find new employees!!

Me and my wife pull into the drive-through to order food for our family and to use a gift card that we got for Christmas as we order and pull to the window. The gentleman behind the counter says that we no longer except gift cards. We asked him why and his response was because they got a new system, we asked to speak to the manager and she went ahead and let us know that they weren't accepting gift cards because of the new system but other Burger King's are able to accept them which doesn't make sense to me if the POS system is the same throughout all the Burger King as a manager of a store myself, I was very disappointed be a custom ride this location with the manager that has very little knowledge of what is going on in their own vicinity I recommend not going to this place and the manager of that location is named Angela so thank you Angela for making my experience good

!!!!!! DONT BUY ANY MORE BURGER KING GIFT CARDS!!!!My Son got a Burger King gift card for Christmas. Went to use it at this location and was told that they are not accepting their own company's gift cards (burger king gift card) any longer and that I can use it at a different location. She said they had a new system and that the Burger King franchise is not taking any gift cards going forward. So how can I use it at another store if all burger kings should all be using the same system. So I asked why they are being sold in stores like Walmart or cvs or Walgreens or any place that sells gift cards and she said she didn't know but they are no longer taking gift cards. There was no sign or anything indicating that they will not be taking gift cards. When i suggested that they put a sign out by the drive thru the other employee there at the window standing next to the manager rolled his eyes and shut the window on me. This is the worst customer service I have experienced and very weird at that. Neither the manager or the employee working the window had not very much info and just kept saying go to another location and try and that they had a new system. Makes no sense one would not take it and another would if they should all be in the same system.
