Once again a bad experience. Ordered a whopper and a whopper jr, got 2 whopper jrs. Had to go back up and get the correct thing. No ketchup in the machineGave the kid $20.25 for a $17.25 order, gave back $2.50 change. Had to explain to him that it should be $3.00I don't know why I keep trying.

All right, I was waiting to comment but that was my fourth trip to Burger King and never once have they got it right this time they made me sit in line for 10 minutes and as soon as somebody pulled up to the next window, they took their order and let them go ahead nobody has any idea what they're doing here and I would literally go to any of the other options in Verrado before picking this place again

Just went to this BK at 4:50pm on a Thursday. We waited where they take your orders. The guy finally said "please hold on" after waiting another 10min we left, along with 2 other cars in line. The parking lot was almost empty so they weren't busy. We rarely do fast food so maybe this is the new normal??? They won't be in business much longer with all the bad reviews and those lazy employees!

After a long and hot morning at football for one of my kids we stopped by before breakfast ended. We decided to go through the drive thru. Service was pretty quick to the intercom a s after we ordered and pulled ahead we only waited a few minutes before getting to the window to pay. Definitely down hill from here. Service at the window was nearly non existent and when we got our food that included pancakes and such we were missing silverware, syrup and napkins. My son had to go inside and when he asked for these things he was given a major attitude from the same person. Parking lot and area are clean, but customer service is definitely not here.

Credit where credit is due. Out of desperation, tried this place for lunch last week via drive thru. Surprisingly, taking the order was prompt, minimum wait. Food was fresh and tasted as expected. The person working the window didn't have a BK shirt on, but seemed to work for the franchisee. She was friendly and seemed to keep the workers moving along. Hoping the owners have taken notice of the negative feedback and are on their way to turning things around. Will give them another opportunity...

They advertise the 2 for 5 whopper junior with bacon and I was charged for bacon when I ordered the two for 5. I asked the kid at the window about the bacon charge and all he said was "yea I don't know" I wanted to cancel my order but I was already waiting in the drive through for a long time and I was hungry. I am never coming back!
