The last time we ordered food from this Burger King the food was burnt dry we ate some of the food because we were hungry but I threw the rest of my order out to trash I didn't take pictures I should've that's for sure!

Great service - everyone is so friendly and grateful. We always say that they must have food management. We only use the drive through so I can't comment on the dining room I love the impossible burger! It fools me into thinking I'm eating a whopper!

EXPLOSIVE DIARRHEA for $13+!!!New Patty Melt was horrible. Mystery meat weird texture and not prepared well. Shake machine was down but they made a chocolate shake. Explosive Diarrhea soon as I got home. No receipt was given.

This is supposed to be a Rodeo Crispy Chicken, but they forgot half the ingredients. No potato bun, no bacon, no cheese. I have bad experiences with this location in the past, but I wanted breakfast. Unfortunately I was 15 minutes too late so decided to go for a different item. Well I was disappointed once again. They also were promoting the new Twix shake so I replaced my drink. When I got to the window I was told they didn't have any Twix and could offer me a Oreo Shake instead. I agreed since I already paid the difference. She gave it to me right away which I thought was weird. When I looked at me receipt it said Oreo Shake. I'm just going to assume she put the wrong description and instead of fixing the mistake she lied and said they ran out.

The place isnt terrible. Its a definite step up from its sister location off of Miller Rd, but it still has its issues. Ive been here a few times and have been underwhelmed by its service. The only time it was a positive experience is when this location first opened. Now you're treated as a bother to the staff. I understand working a fast food job isnt the best experience, but you still have to be somewhat approachable. Also would help if you greeted your customers and not make them wait too unbearably long. The saving grace is that the food is pretty good for what it is. Havent really had anything particularly bad yet. The only thing that was bad was the wait for our food. People who had ordered after us were receiving their orders, while we waited wondering if we were forgotten. I might give this place one more chance, before i avoid it. Because I've gotten some iffy quality food and the service isnt something to admire. We'll see the next time if I'll actually come back.

Store does not accept bk app coupons or any other coupons from burger king. Employees stare that franchise owner does not recognize or accept corporate coupons. Fries are also always burnt.

Food is not as good as it used to be they have a pretty reasonable menu a dollar-your-way meal from Whopper Junior Chicken Junior or a bacon cheeseburger. You also get a small fry and four-piece nuggets and a small soda bun is a little hard. The icee machine is broken.

Drive-through is amazing I love the Oreo shake. I love the whopper Junior because there's a bomb shout out to this Burger King. It is very bomb. I love the service and this is really the best Burger King in the world because it's close.

Bad service. They did not take my order and I saw them in the restaurant talking. They completely ignored me and they were not closed yet. All lights on in the restaurant and outside. They definitely need new management with low star ratings they have.
