A wide selection of deluxe burgers, all served with home cut fries. I had the cheese burger minus the usual pickles and onions. The burger was tender, juicy, and had a mild charred smokey flavor, like it was cooked over charcoal. How that is done is a mystery. Even the bun was perfectly warmed. I'll be going back again.

Always a treat when I come visit federal ways burger express. The mushroom Swiss burger is by far my favorite burger that I had here. The fries are always served fresh. The staff are amazing. The only concern I had was the extra chili that was charged $3 on my bill which I didn't order. I was able to bring it up to the cashier and she gave me my money back. That was odd. Overall my favorite go to burger joint is this place.

Stopped here on the way home with my love because the pictures and reviews looked great and in my opinion any burger place that has fried mushroom's is always a great one. It was a Sunday evening and the place was empty but I noticed a lot of people hit the drive thru and pick up orders so that made me feel good while trying to figure out what burger to order because most of them sounded good.We decided on the "Boz Burger" to split with fries and a drink. We didn't want to over eat and since it's a new place for us we didn't know what to expect. Grabbed our seats and right off the bat the decor is very old school nostalgia feeling which is cool and unique.When the food arrived it looked heavenly! Blew our expectations out of the water! Burger was huge and definitely lived up to the name, fries were fresh hot and a little crispy but in my opinion perfect. They looked hand-cut made to order not frozen bagged ones like everywhere else, best way to explain is dicks burger fries but crispier and thicker and not super oily and flimsy.Burger is a 10/10 and a must try! It has everything you'd get from a normal burger but with bacon, ham and cheese added with a thick JUICY patty seasoned perfectly! Beware this burger is huge for one person unless you're starving!I feel like I'm missing things but you can go and get one yourself it's definitely worth it. Also eat there so you have everything hot and fresh! They have great dipping sauces, I tried the fry sauce and ranch. Fry sauce pretty good but the ranch is great and I believe they make it all in-house. I'm craving another one writing this review but sadly I'm not close enough to conveniently stop by and order more but for people who read this and live roughly close by do me a favor and take a bite for me. By the way! The cashier running the front was super nice and helpful so shoutout to her and also the kitchen staff for making the whole meal perfect.Will stop by if I ever am in the area but thank you burger express team!

I order here on the regular good burgers, ton of fries, tasty shakes. My only negative is half the time you don't get the accessories to complete your meal. Just ordered the fish & fries. How do you not put tartar sauce in with the meal!! #LETSDOBETTER

This place has been my go-to spot for locals, tourists, business meals, and date nights, with an excellent 10/10 ambiance and service. The 10/10 burger is unquestionably the highlight--my group of six friends unanimously agreed that it may be the best burger in Federal Way.

Just got 2 small milkshakes butterscotch & blackberry, I was told burger express was under new management? Been coming here for over 10+ years these shakes were so gross I couldnt even drink mine used to love their shakes but I will probably never come back ever again waste of money to just throw in the trash

Wouldn't advise ever doing business with this place. They will charge you an amount, you'll sign the receipt approving said charges. Than behind your back they will charge another couple of dollars hoping you won't notice. Just had an experience of paying 14.14 and having it show that on the receipt yet on the account they show it as charged 17.17. Claim "sorry there's nothing we can do".
