NOAH was my server! He was very nice & knowledgeable of the menu. He answered my questions regarding the burgers very precisely. I got the urban diner stacker (because I love a good burger with a fried egg)! The bun was very soft which I loved. I got tots on the side. Any bar that had Tots is a good place to me.This was a nice place to stop by in downtown Chicago.

My friends and I were looking for a restaurant near our hotel. We decided on burgers and made a trip to Burger Bar Chicago. From the time that we stepped through the door, we received stellar service. We were greeted immediately and seated shortly after. Within 2 minutes, we were given water and told that our server would greet us soon. Our drink orders were taken promptly and the food order was taken once our drinks were delivered to the table. The food was hot and fresh. My burger was thick, juicy, and cooked the perfect temperature. The fries were fresh and seasoned nicely. I enjoyed every bite!!I was impressed with the level of service that I received. The server was attentive and the manager was polite, kind, and hospitable. When I am in Chicago again, I will definitely make a trip to Burger Bar Chicago!

Staff are way too eager to leave early despite business hours. They state online and in store, that they are open until 10pm.I was asked if I wanted to order food, at 9pm was told the kitchen closes at 9:10pm, even with 30-40 diners in-house. I just wanted to chill after a long day for a few minutes, before ordering. I felt rushed, and I felt like I was a burden. So I left.

Delicious and fresh burgers. I got the queso and guacamole and it was sooo yummy. Very unique with little tortilla strips, queso and guacamole. My boyfriend got the hot and smoky stacker which had delicious bbq pork and sausage. Really unique flavors. We got a chocolate cherry pie shake to share that was so worth the calories. They are short staffed but you wouldn't know it because they were so attentive and fast. It was quiet at first, but then a basketball game started, so the bar filled up and got quite noisey. So just be aware of that possibility if you want less noise. Oh and the deviled eggs had a nice mustard flavor, but not overpowering

I haven't had this good of burger in a very long time! It was juicy and delicious! The fried pickles were so good! The breading on them was something I had before! Definitely worth ordering and would order it again! The waitress was very friendly and fast, even gave us tips on where else to eat in the city, since we are on vacation. The inside was rustic with TVs, and the collection of tap handles was really fun to look at! The menu was a scan menu and I am not a fan of those, for me it's easier to look at a menu and not scroll.

I've walked past this place for years and I am SO MAD AT MYSELF for not coming here sooner!! I had the spicy chili ginger wings and oh my god they are some of the best wings I've ever had in my life. The sauce is out of this world and the wings have the slightest char to them. Husband had the fried chicken sandwich and kept saying "oh wow" after every bite. He said "we have to come back here" about 10 times throughout the meal. Obviously, highly recommend!!

Quite a bit of variety on the menu and decent sized burgers. I got the firehouse stacker, and loved that the chorizo added a tiny bit of spice. The brioche bun was super buttery and soft, although I do wish it could've been slightly thicker (the burger was very juicy). Wait time was a bit long, but it looked like there was only 1 server at the time. The restaurant was clean and not too loud.
