Burger Addict

I'd had delivery from another Burger Addict location but never had a chance to see the trailer in person, so when we found ourselves in the Auburn area we knew we had to stop in. My delivery experience was already outstanding, but the food on location was even better.We had the Pastrawesome and The Natural, both of which I'd had before and they were still excellent. I don't usually like concept burgers but the Pastrawesome is next level, definitely try it. The Natural is so consistently tasty, the quality of the locally sourced meat really comes through in the flavor. We decided to try the Whole Hog as well, as we were so curious about bacon sauce. I can't even describe it, beyond that it's amazing and you won't be disappointed. I also have to shout out the Burger Addict cheese, it's a unique experience that you should definitely have more than once.The staff was so pleasant, and we met the owner/chef Marcus. He's super knowledgeable and has a unique approach to food, produce and his concept. I didn't know that he had Michelin stars from his work in Europe, that was a cool tidbit to learn, and it shows.

This place is amazing. Burgers are high quality, aioli sauce was delish, great fries, etc. Will be back!!

Excited to visit a new burger truck! Touted as having fresh ground Washington prime meat! How could you possibly go wrong!?! First off the cook tells me sorry about the fries we are having issues with the fryer and they are going to be soggy! Ok I get having issues.. things are going to break. Why even serve up the fries? Ok well can't wait for this Burger! Ordered it medium it was stillReally pink, bun was really stale and crumbling, two bites in and all I could taste is garlic! I reallyWanted to love this but it's almost impossible to ruin a fresh made burger right!? Step up your game guys!

This food trailer had been recommended by several coworkers from the railroad. Everyday we go past this place on the mainline so the opportunity presented itself to stop, so we did. There is a good sized menu with variety. I wanted something basic to base my review on the overall quality of a regular ole burger. I previously saw reviews from their other shop and there was a lot of comments regarding undercooked meat. I went with medium well. I ended up getting a dried out burger and the bun was falling apart on me through the process. The bacon is a great add on item. For just 2 dollars, I got enough bacon that exceeded the amount of meat from the burger. The bacon was crisp and the the pieces were extremely THICK. There were large chunks of pork in there. The tater tots were good. A little greasy and could stand to be a little crunchier but good. Their beverage cooler is weak. It's also facing the direct sun and they aren't very cold at all. The sitting area is loud as it's less than a stones throw from the main railroad tracks. The dining area is small and makeshift. Take it to go if you can. Overall....it's decent. As I told my coworker. It was good and if I base my review on if it's a place I'd go back to or not. I'd say not. Only if it were the only thing available. It's average and has room for improvement.

Supposedly they had to remade my sandwich it came un wrap falling apart. Tator tots are cold and frozen .

I've been meaning to try this place for a while. I went yesterday unfortunately the hamburger was subpar. Steak fries were cold. Price is too high.

Great food! Burgers are fresh, made to order. Excellent tasty burgers. Lots of tots! Had to fight my hubby over the tots, I won!!!! Woo hoo! Very friendly people, conversation was great, funny dude! Will go back again and again. They even have an app you can order ahead of time and pick up your order!
