Buonasera

This has to be one of our favorite pizza places. If you like a good thin crust, this place is a must try. Pizzas are already made, you can pick whatever slices you want - buy by the slice or the pizza. Special requests are made to order, with gluten free as an option. We've tried most of their selection and everything was amazing, our favorite has to be the meat lovers. Bonus is the view. The restaurant sits overlooking the water front and at the right times, you can enjoy the sun set with your meal. There are plenty of outside seating to enjoy the weather. Parking is tough, mostly street parking but we never had an issue (purely by luck) every time we came.

Perfectly fine but definitely nothing special. Parking is a major hassle. The pizza was very average. The large house salad was plenty for two and well priced. The guy who took our order was a bit curt.There are so many better pizza places in San diego. I wouldn't bother going here. The mexican place next door is far better.

Find little spot outdoors to stop off after a hike or walk.Pizza was good, had rosé. Only beer and wine pretty much.Service was lacking. Bartender not very friendly. Just a pizza joint I suppose. Paper plates, foil containers, pretty much it. But Location and view made up for it.

Not too much to say. Great views or Torrey pines and beers on tap and a separate bar area. Prices are pretty good especially my go to chicken parm which they just call a chicken hero. You can get pizzas by the slice and they are good. They are famous for their garlic knots which are made daily by the stack! It's not a sit down. More like a carry out with tables to sit , eat and enjoy the view. They have about a dozen premium beers on tap. Anyhow I'm a chicken parm snob and although they use tenders they are solid and the sesame seed hero "bread" is delicious. For $12 can't beat it. Been here a half dozen times or more and the food is consistent.

Stopped by here after a nice hike at Torrey Pines! A perfect San Diego day to enjoy the outdoors. We were looking for a place to eat after and thought a few slices of pizza would be perfect. Buonasera popped up on Yelp and we are so glad we gave it a try! Great pizza, great service, amazing experience! Can't wait to come back soon!

I love Buonasera ! It is a great place to sit outside and relax. The pizza is great! I have also had them deliver and they get it to my house hot and perfect! My grandsons love the garlic knots so much. I am an Italian New Yorker and it's all about the crust and the sauce for me........Buonasera gets it right every time! The service is great.

Great service today from Ervin. We got a slice pie, which is a great deal. 8 mix and match slices for $28. One was the new eggplant ricotta slice (here on my plate once I took it home). Yum!

We were in town for the holiday weekend and found this place right next to the Marriott Del Mar where we were staying. We decided to stop by for lunch since it had great reviews! As soon as we got there, we noticed a very packed restaurant, which is a great sign. They had pizza slices, garlic knots, salads, and calzones on display. I decided to try the margherita pizza, Hawaiian pizza, and the antipasto salad. Everything was superb!!! Delicious pizza that totally satisfied my craving. Yum!

Came here for a bite to eat after a little hiking the other day. The service was amazing, i wish I could remember the bar tenders name! It has the nicest outdoor patio area if you're wanting to sit in the sun and it was perfect. Highly recommend and I will definitely be back!
