Bunti G's New York Pizza Lounge

I recently dined at Gus' Pizza in Old Town, having heard about their variety of offerings. I opted for the classic cheese and tomato pizza and the chicken w/ white sauce. The pizza was fairly average--nothing stood out about the crust or the toppings, which I found quite standard compared to other local spots. The chicken was unfortunately dry and lacked flavor, which was a letdown.Compounding the mediocre meal was an even more frustrating issue: the restrooms were locked and unavailable for customer use. An employee explained that this was intentional, to prevent people from the nightlife crowd in Old Town from using and dirtying them. This approach not only shows a lack of consideration for patrons' basic needs but also casts a poor light on the establishment's overall customer service and hospitality.While I understand the challenge of maintaining cleanliness, completely restricting access to restrooms is not a customer-friendly solution. This policy, along with the very average food, makes it hard for me to recommend Gus' Pizza. Potential visitors should be aware of these drawbacks when planning their visit.

The staff here are truly amazing!They're VERY courteous, helpful, and SO CARING!Seriously unbelievable, how much they care and go out of their way for us!!We've never seen anything like it, to this extreme!We've ordered twice from here now, thru 3rd party delivery,.. and had to call them, due to lack of service through the 3rd party delivery. They're very caring and responsive!HUGE SHOUTOUTS TO THE WHOLE STAFF -And specifically, to the gentlemen I had spoken with - RAN & KENNY -You two rock!!!!Pizza's are great, and we love their pizza sauce, and dough/crust they make, Ana are topped with the fresh ingredients!Their wings are monstrous and perfectly cooked, their mozzarella sticks are good with their very tasty Marinara!Let's not forget about their AWESOME SALADS!I literally crave their salads!They're fresh made, very nicely chilled and have great crunch to the lettuce, with great ranch dressing to top it with!!We're excited to dine in soonly,.. And we'll definitely be ordering for delivery again!!!!

Busy and tasty as always. Saw miss Finland as well standing in line to get a slice to experience Scottsdale's finest pizzeria. Been here before and definitely will return again!!!!!

The worst pizza you will ever have, gave my girlfriend the worst stomach pain and she even threw up from the pizza, I'm fortunate enough that nothing that serious happened to me. The cost of 4 slices and 2 drinks adds up to around $30, I advise you spend that money elsewhere instead of this place. This is food you eat if you are drunk and have alcohol in your stomach to kill off the germs in the pizza. Ambiance is ass and so is the service.

This place is terrible. The pizza is way sub par. $2.50 for toppings and they top sparsely. Seriously the worst pizza I have ever had.

Man where do I even start, I absolutely love this place, been comming here since 2021, and I am always served with what I think is the best service I've ever had in all of the valley, I want to give a special shoutout to worker channi, Ram, manni, lucky and the cook Jorge,I love This place they have the best pizza I've ever had, always cooked to perfection, and even in a rush they take their time and genuinely care about every customer while also being speedy quick at the same time,Definitely recommend this place

0/5 if I could. Never gave memy food, argued with me. horrible owner demanded I paid twice for food that I never received. Glad I could discouarge others from visiting this horrible ugly old fashioned restaurant that doesn't care about its customers. Papa Johns and Dominos are far better for the price you get. Do not go here under any circumstances unless you are absolutely dead drunk and fear nothing. Even then, drinking gutter water and eating food from a homeless person is better.

Fabulous late night pizza. These reviews are crazy, don't listen to them. Pineapple was superb.

Honestly bro this was low grade asf, your ass shouldn't even label your self as a new york restaurant. This pizza had a 3 inch slice of tomato, the crust was awful and you need new employees..you don't deserve this star..

Had a pizza delivered at 1:00 am-freshest ingredients I've ever had on a pizza. The peppers were still f***ing crunchy!
