Buffalo Wild Wings

ToGo staff was very rude and did not check the order. Wings are subpar and were missing dipping sauce. For the cost of wings it is crazy that the service and food don't match. This location has gone downhill bad.

I walked in and left right after the host (white) completely ignored me (Hispanic) and attended the couple behind me (white) and asked them "how can I help you, how many." after that me and my family left and even the young couple told me " sorry I would be mad and leave aswell"

This was my second time coming to this location as we typically go to the Tomball location. We had the same waitress as last time, not sure her name but she is hispanic and on the shorter, bigger side. She was rude both times we have been. This time specifically she rolled her eyes when we asked if we could order our appetizer at the same time as drinks and then walked away and came back with her note pad. After our food came out she did not come by our table once for atleast 20-30 minutes. By the time she came back we were already finished with our food. I watched her go to other tables but she did not come to ours. Not only did we have no napkins what so ever, our drinks were empty as well. The first time we had her I gave the benefit of doubt and thought maybe it was a bad day, however after having the same experience twice im VERY upset. Hopefully her one cent tip will make her realize she needs to lose the attitude when at work.

I've been here a few times for different reasons; when I say different reasons I mean to try different wing flavors. For starters, the fried pickles and cheese sticks are GREAT. These pickles may be my favorite in the area. Of course it's a wing spot so i've tried the several wing flavors on different occasions. My favorite flavors are lemon pepper, honey bbq and medium. For drinks, plenty of water and a few Long Island Ice Tea's. You can order top shelf or bottom shelf, I've tried both. I prefer the cheaper one because i can't taste a difference. I've been told the top shelf is much better but again, I can't taste it. There are plenty of tv screens around the place. I always ask to watch the most interesting sports game on at the time. I'm sure most people have been here but I'd recommend it to anyone that hasn't.

Hi I placed an online order to help kill sometime on my way home in hopes my order would be well ready by the time I arrived. When I arrive there was several people also waiting for their orders one who had been waiting for an hour. All orders that were coming out proceed to come out backwards. There was nobody working the to go station to even offers us a soft drink while we wait or to let us know our orders were being worked on. Spoke to the manager and the manager was rude, ignorant and disrespectful. Do not recommend this place. This is not the first time. Even our dine in experiences have always been a mess with wait staff that does not care about their jobs.

This store is so under managed , I'm a frequent flyer and always order on door dash ! They are always late when I get there to pick up my food ! The to go area is always unattended and you end up waiting 20 minutes after the app says the food was ready , very frustrating . The girls here don't care and have a very half ass attitude about their jobs , they constantly are ignoring customers and disappear into the back . No mater if you eat at the table or order to go , the wait sucks !

Service was better than last time! T was behind the bar early today, good vibes. Our favorite is the buffalo tots appetizer minus the bleu cheese crumble. Too good. Wings had good flavor, but cold. :( Drinks were great!

Walked into the establishment and read a sign that said " sit anywhere ", proceeded to sit, and the hostess screams " You can't sit there". As company and I went to sit elsewhere we were screamed at again stating " You have to be seated", but was not met by a hostess. I do not disrespect host and hostess and wish to not be disrespected when I was not met at the door, but by a grumpy sitting slacking Karen at a booth. Wish I could rate -5 after driving all the way here and immediately walking out.

Service was terrible. We just got married and were celebrating being back in Tomball, and was criticized by the manager and several patrons that were apparently "offended" by our PDA. How terrible is that to show others that you love the person you're with and they are "offended" because they are so miserable with their own life and cannot find someone to love themselves. The manager was awful and we indicated to her that we would not ever return to their establishment. There are 25,000 restaurants in the Houston area, they will go out of business conducting this type of activity. I would NEVER recommend going to this POS restaurant.

the customer service quality has definitely gotten 1000% times better. and the food is finally back to normal
