No wonder why this place has 3 stars. In today's experience: the waitress took forever to take the order. After almost 40 min after taking the order, we received our food. I mean, if we're coming to a wings place, where most of the food served are wings... wouldn't that be enough for a prompt service? Ok, things happened... but 40 min? Cmon. Then, our beer... to get 2 tall beers took about 15 min. Again... I didn't go to church, I came to a beer and wings place... why take so long for a simple service. There were 3 guys (black American servers) in a corner just chatting and having the time of their lives). Where and who is the manager of this location? What a horrible service pal. Naomi was busy, she tried to do her best, but obviously lacked. The whole environment doesn't help, she is a good gal who wanted to serve, but without support y'all can run a business. $98 felt like a waste of money. Sorry. Not coming back ever.Also, there are roaches outside on the door waiting to come in... how bad could the inside be? Just disgusting

I've been pretty satisfied with my food quality at Buffalo Wild Wings, the last few times I've been. This last visit was on a Thursday. Flavors I ordered were Asian zing, Caribbean jerk, Nashville hot, and mango habanero. All the flavors were pretty unique. Mango habanero had a nice tingling feeling. Although it's classified as level four I think It should be level five. The Nashville hot was also pretty good. Asian zing was also very flavorful and so was the Caribbean jerk. I've also tried their level five spice wings which are considered the hottest. They have desert heat and Carolina reaper. They do have specials on Tuesday nights where bone in wings are buy one get one and on Thursday nights the special is for boneless wings, buy one get gone.Last but not least, you should join the reward program to earn enough points to redeem for food later

Had the wings and it tasted like the wings are all precooked earlier or yesterday and left in the cooler until someone orders it. They reheat the wings and dip it into your favorite sauce, wow and they charge you $1.33 per wing. The wings were dry, hard and just tasted very old piece of meat. Rip off! Hopefully upper management see's this review and do something about it because surely the managers aren't doing anything about this horrible quality. Once a good chain, now everyone is mostly dropping bad reviews.

We came in on Sunday the building had about 15 customers and we sat and waiting for 10 minutes and no even came to greet us! The host was horrible and it was musty and warm like they had the AC ON fan mode we left and i would suggest it if it this slow and no greets you imagine when it's prime time!

Tuesday's at BWW for the win!! The manager Tim was super nice and helpful today after I requested to make some changes to my online order. I tried the Asian Zing and my gosh they are amazing! The wings were fresh and they have the best onion rings! It was a pretty decent crowd out tonight but our food didn't take long to come out and everything was hot, fresh, and ready at the pick up time I selected so that was a big plus. Thanks again Timothy for your patience!!

I hate to be the one to write bad reviews but here it is, Got seated 10 minutes after we arrived pretty sure they forgot after the few times we said something (the place was pretty empty). we ordered, took about 40 minutes for the food to get to our table ( keep in mind it was a party of 3) our service was horrible, the only good outcome to this meal was our server was nice and understanding. Strongly recommend that Buffalo wild wings get bought by another management, because it's bad.

I truly hate writing bad reviews, but I am still so frustrated and annoyed by my recent experience. I went to this BWW to get the free 6 wings because the Super Bowl went into overtime. The wait is expected, but I waited OVER AN HOUR! I saw everyone before me get their orders, then everyone AFTER me, too! I waited so long that even the next wave of customers got their food before me. When I asked about my order (this was about 35-45 minutes in), the girl said they didn't have Bourbon flavor. What?! Why didn't they tell me that beforehand when I ordered? Also, when the kitchen got the ticket, no one thought to come out and mention that to me?? Seriously, if I didn't mention anything, I would have probably never gotten anything and would have waited until the promotion was over for them to notice that I was still waiting. The girl who took my order THEN asked me what I wanted my new flavor to be. I thought my order would somehow make it to the "priority" list since I have already been waiting and it's their mistake, whether it's for free wings or not, but NOPE. I feel like a NEW order was placed and so it fell into another queue/back of the line because I waited ANOTHER 20-30 minutes or so. So yes, I waited over an hour for my wings. Was it worth it??? Not really. Should I have left?? Probably! I'm sure the employees of BWW are rolling their eyes as they read this review. Because of this experience, in the future, I would definitely spend my money at another BWW.

My Togo Oder was mixed with fresh/leftover wings.The fresh once were on the top and the leftover were at the bottom. The wings obviously had been fried many times before ( couldn't even cut them using a knife ). This place has no respect for customer !!!

On April 7, 2023, a family member and myself went to Buffalo Wild Wings located of Yorktown Crossing and Timber Creek. While enjoying our meal, we noticed a roach crawling across the table. This is extremely unsanitary and very upsetting. I immediately made the server aware of this. She reached out to the manager on duty that evening. The manager proceeded to comp the meal and apologized for this. My family member became physically ill (vomiting) due to the roach crawling across the table while eating our meal.Thank you,Robin
