If I could give a zero I would. Celina ( I think that's her name ) the assistant manager was so rude and unprofessional from the moment I walked in the door. My cousin who was visiting did a phone order and used her rewards. Once we arrived she spoke over us and refused to allow us to communicate and figure out the situation. She repeatedly cut us off while having no customer service of any kind, and rudely ignored us to speak with her general manager on the phone in front of us without attempting to handle the issue and make us happy. I am a fan of Buffalo Wild Wings and have been a repeat customer but I am sorry to say after the horrendous experience we have had to due to Celina I cannot say that we will return, least of all this location. She made us wait an hour for our food until she realized it was a mistake on her end. Even with the general manager on the phone they had no solution and the excuse was we were not affiliated with Buffalo Wild Wings rewards. After an hour they decided to give us our food but clearly didn't solve the situation because we were sent home with cold food. I will be reaching out to corporate

I have to be honest. I came in here with very low expectations as nearly every single time I've been into a Buffalo Wild Wings I've left so dissatisfied and questioned why I ever came back. This location is very new and located in a very busy shopping center. It's only going to get worse once more of the shops have their opening day. In front parking is fairly limited, but there is a larger lot next door shared with Sprouts. Again, for now it's not too bad, but there are multiple other spots preparing to open. The location is small inside and although it does state GO and giving off the pickup/takeout vibe they do have some seating for a quick dine in. There is even a fountain drink station to refill your drink. Menu is pretty small, but of course offers wings, chicken strips, burgers, sandwiches, wraps and a few other items. If you buy the bundle it comes with fries and a drink can be added for $1. We were greeted right away and after looking over the menu for a few we decided on 6 traditional hot wings, Chicken tender bundle with added tater tots and of course the fries. I asked for Buffalo sauce for the tenders. We also added the drinks. We were told it would be 20 minutes which seemed crazy to me, but I did only see a couple employees. Maybe they had a few orders ahead of us for pick up, but i dont know. Surprisingly though we had our food in about half that time. We chose a seat and dined in. Everything looked great especially the fries; which were well seasoned and a little crispy but not over done. My tenders were perfect, juicy and not over breaded. The Buffalo sauce is where it was at though. It had a great kick to it. My son really liked his hot wings and said six was the perfect amount for him. The tots were just meh and more greasy flavor than anything. It was about $26 for everything. I thought that it was a tad pricey for such small amount, but isn't that everything now a days? All in all it was such s better experience than at their full service restaurants and we'd definitely revisit here in the future.

I just can't rave about this place. We ordered two flavors of boneless wings and both tasted like someone had dumped a shaker of salt into them. Fries were soggy but the onion rings were good. I made an online order and it was placed on the rack on time but no one acknowledged me as I came to pick up or as I left. I'll think twice about going again... three stars may be me being a bit too optimistic.

These people sat in the back talking for 5 minutes knowing I was there, once i asked for help they proceeded to laugh at me & talk shit. All I wanted was food...I ended up getting a refund cause after 25 minutes they still didn't manage to make a 10 pc. This was awful.

This was my first time here tonight, visiting this location, as i walked in there was a customer issue at the register, which pushed back our order & we had to wait a long time for our wings, there was a customer issue and i didn't mind waiting but unfortunately seeing how the customer issue was being handled by the manager I'm assuming was poorly handled and unpleasant to watch as myself while working in the customer service environment i would never speak to my customers the way this employee was speaking to these. Once we got our food we didn't receive ranch or carrots & celery. Once we paid for the food the lady that was holding up the line was named CELINA she was very rude and unprofessional when we asked her why the wait was so long.

Good food, fast service. Genuinely disappointed that the Buffalo Wild Wings go concept doesn't offer the ranch and blue cheese that the stand alone restaurants do. Instead they offer this gluten free gas station ranch - so be warned if you're paying extra because you love their sauces!Sincerely, a Sauce Gal.

***BAD MANAGER CUSTOMER SERVICE. ***I went to this wild wings to claim a a free birthday reward, and the manager who helped me out over the phone took my order prior to me arriving told me that I would have to come in and present my phone number in order to get the reward so I show up, the manager who checked me out presented me with horrible customer service... she wasn't able to honor my reward because it wasn't in my app "blazin rewards" that was evidently in my email specifying blazing rewards from that morning showing me that I still had Yet to claim. She proceeded to make me wait and figure out a solution, & It was obvious to me that even as the MANAGER of this location she was more willing to waste food + waste time and over complicate things over prioritizing me as the customer who was obviously showing proof and just trying to claim a free birthday gift + pay for the rest of my meal. An employee Brooke ended up honoring my request and was able to leave being a happier customer, and she gave no trouble doing so.

2nd time coming here & 2nd time my wife or I is sick. Literally ate an hour ago & she's throwing up..Expired Ranch/Blue cheese...Do better. Cook your food longer. Or close this shop immediately. Great idea. Poor execution from staff. Only reason I'm not giving 1 star is because cashier was very was nice & we got what we ordered fairly quick. (Still not sure if that's a good thing or bad thing when it comes to a wing shop..)

I have ordered at this location several times through online services and every single time we have ordered something, there is at least one item missing. From sauces to full meals, this location forgets anything and everything. It's highly disappointing.
