I wish I could rate this place a Zero Star. The guy at the counter acted as if I was bothering him when I was trying to order ice cream. When I asked for a sample he legit rolled his eyes at me and said something along the lines of "don't you see how busy we are?" I'm pretty sure the people behind me heard him so I got super embarrassed and just ordered my sisters ice cream since she was pregnant and craving it otherwise I would've just left. He was an older gentleman maybe Asian? But I'm never coming back. Sucks cause they used to have a guy working here who was super nice!

I would not even give them a star if I didn't have to....I buy AKALINE WATER and every time I go to get it it tastes like chlorine and not good... the owner never returns phone calls nor does he care about the filters or water PH levels this has caused me to get very sick.... I will never buy any water or any thing from them again...I found another place to go and get my water....the BUCKEYE WATER AND ICE IS A JOKE...THE KIDS ARE THE OWNERS KIDS AND THEY ARE VERY RUDE....THE STORE IS NOT CLEAN...I WILL BE CALLING THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT.....VERY VERY UNSATISFIED.......

This store, which usually has pretty decent if not good customer service, gave me a HORRIBLE customer experience recently!! I came to the store during reg business hours (around 2:00 in the afternoon) & the kid who was working put a sign on the door "be back in 15 minutes". I went home & came back 15 minutes before closing hours & the rude, non-business-understanding kid who left earlier (I'm sure without the owner knowing) told me they were closed (15 minutes before 8!!) I was turned away twice on the same day. I needed water since me & my kids had none at home. I told the young man that I had been there earlier & was turned away by the "be back in 15 minutes" sign but he still wouldn't let me in...15 MINUTES BEFORE CLOSING TIME!! . I will never give my business to this store again!

Just stopped by to get my girls a treat. One wanted a snow cone and the other ice cream cone. The guy at the counter was not very friendly, I'm usually a leave me alone type of person but this guy acted as If we were bothering him. They didn't have cherry flavored syrup so both girls had to settle for ice cream. We asked for one Oreo flavored on a cone and a cotton candy on a cup. First he said they didn't have Oreo flavored until my daughter pointed it out to him. Then he could not remember which flavor went on a cone and which went on a cup. After multiple repeats he got it. I was tempted to get a Mexican raspado but I noticed they were pre made, they had cups of mango with chamoy and some of those chamoy straws already inserted. I'm guessing all they do is add ice but anyone who has ever had a Mexican mangoneada knows those straws dissolve after a short time when they are inserted in chamoy. This place has a lot of potential but it is very poorly ran

If I must buy water, I must...but this is one area I'm not ashamed to say I'm a cheapskate. I go to this location because it's super close and the cost for water is better than other area stores. Never do I expect to receive stellar customer service, and therefore I'm never disappointed. They serve treats (ice cream, pickles) and sell various candies, snacks, etc., but I am only ever there to buy water. Cost for water is $0.25/gal except on Wednesdays, when it's $0.20/gal. If you pay "full price" (days other than Wed), you can get a card punched and earn credit towards a free 5 gal (after 50 gals purchased, I believe). Be prepared to bring cash payment unless the total is more than $3. They also have outdoor self-serve water stations that are available around the clock, but (A) they seem to short you, my container is never filled up even close to all the way, and (B) the area is a bit sketchy at night, poorly lit and near the back of the building where all kinds of vagrants and weirdos wander around...I personally wouldn't come here alone, as a woman. Most of the regular employees are friendly enough, and although I sometimes have to wait for them to mosy about their business in the back room before finally deciding I'm worth their time, I just make sure I'm never in too much of a hurry when I go. One of the reasons I keep coming back is that the first time I went, when I had no cash or change on me, assuming I could use my debit card, the woman (one of the owners, maybe?) was very sweet and told me to just bring payment the next time I came in. That's trust you don't encounter very often these days! But I should also say I had one horrible experience with another employee (perhaps an owner?), who was an older heavyset man, I see him in there ocassionally. I won't go into great detail, but I will say he was unbelievably rude and exuded a hatred towards me that I can't explain...I'd done nothing at all to provoke him, just had gotten my water and handed him my payment. It was weird. So I avoid going in when I see that he's working. Can't say that I recommend this place, but the water tastes great and the cost is pretty decent, from what I've seen.

I've been using this water store regularly for a decade. I've never had a bad experience. The employees are always polite and I am always able to get high quality, tasty, purified water. I used to live near this water store, but I have lived on the other side of the valley for the last year and a half and I still drive across the valley to get my water here since I am so pleased with them as a business. I am a loyal customer and will continue to be.
