Military Discount GONE - Bruno's food is pretty spot on. My favorite is Chicken Marsala with Risotto and I love their pizza. My review however, focuses on May 27th, 2024 Memorial Day. While we usually use the Military Discount (thank you Vietnam Veteran husband), we were told yesterday after asking for the discount that it had been discontinued that morning!!! On Memorial Day which honors our fallen military heroes no less!! I was told that it had been abused. While I understand management wanting to cut their losses, to totally stop the discount before any notice, to me, is bewildering. Having been in the restaurant business, I might have lowered the very generous discount and/or given the customers notice. All in all, I'm not pleased with this lack of customer appreciation (no notice to those of us who frequent the restaurant and penalizing the "honest" use of the discount - ask for proof for crying out loud!)

It's been a couple of years since i left a review and i received a few comments telling me my mask comments were outdated.. so nice guy I am, I figured i should take the current state of the world into account and give a new fair review now that face masks aren't the norm any longer. Good call. Well, I had the unfortunate experience of once again eating this pizza while at a small neighborhood gathering. At the first bite i was reminded as to why i originally despised this place even before encountering their terrible pandemic policies. It's just plain bad pizza. It's almost as bad as an Alfies pizza is/was (are they even around anymore?) its the kind of pizza that makes the guy who invented pizza roll in his grave. I don't need to go on more. Food was amazing!! I come here pretty often. The only downside is that the price of everything is a bit expensive but is worth it. The service can be a hit and miss.

I'd really like to come back to give this place another chance. On the day I was here with my best friend and nephew the wait staff forgot about our table which sucked because we were super hungry. There was a lot of passive aggressive chatting in the very open kitchen area they have up front. As for the food I tried the chicken piccata and my friend had the Parmesan crusted chicken tortellini. I definitely preferred her dish. Mine had a ton of soup like broth with dry noodles and grilled chicken on top. Not the most flavorful, not like any piccata I've had anywhere else. Great garlic bread.

We ordered delivery through grub hub and it took about an hour to receive our order. The pizzas looked amazing when we opened the box. They are thin crust. We got pepperoni and a Hawaiian. The part of the pizza with toppings are pretty good but the crust isn't that great. It's reminiscent of a cracker and almost stale if not enjoyed quick enough. The Hawaiian was my favorite of the two. The amount of toppings to crust ratio is perfect.

My best friend and I came here after having a pedicure next door. She orders from here frequently from DoorDash however this was my first time. We were sat down right away and were the only ones in the restaurant side when we got there. Our waitress was great. She had good suggestions and could answer any questions we had. It's not that big inside but it appears to maybe have an outside deck area for the warmer days. The restaurant was clean and had a good selection of seating. They were playing good music while we were there. Both of our dishes were delicious. She had a salad with shrimp and I had tortellini. Everything we ate was fantastic!

Waitstaff is friendly, ordered the Pilchuck, the inside is nice, they have outdoor heated seating, 2 bathrooms, management must make them wear a certain dress code but it's works well. I would say to fix the green painted wall, you have to pay a 3.5% for credit/debit for all purchases ran through that method but they do have an atm as well. They serve beer/wine not sure about hard alcohol but they do have pull tabs. Order didn't really have light sausage as asked, and I was told it was the crumble kind of sausage and that didn't look accurate. Your opinion on whether or not it's light sausage in the picture. The pizza looks like the ingredients all got moved to one side lol, but that's ok with me. The pizza for me is made with light sauce and that seemed correct. The pizza has a good crunch to it towards the edge, Dave Portnoy would be happy. The toppings are tasty and I like the brand of mozzarella they use because it actually sticks, hard to explain why that is important to me but my toppings didn't just slide off. Pizza is probably a 7.3. I feel like I am picky about this but there needs to be some kind of wavy cardboard under the pizza on the to-go/delivery pizza's to get the grease to drip down into instead of it collecting on the tin foil making the bottom a bit soggy. I think that is just me or the industry isn't seeing as I do.

We decided to go to bruno's because there food used to be the best. What happen? 1. Pizza was not cooked on the bottom. I also watched the pizza cook throwing the order receits in the pizza oven. Yes, my pizza tasted like a burnt paper.2. We also ordered 2 gorganzola salads and were did the walnuts go? Not one walnut on both salads like we got on the last time we ordered. Also the garlic bread was not ever crispy like the last time. It seemed like it was microwaved.3. There sign said hiring all positions? Sorry, were not going back till they get there standards back up like we remembered in the past and could not stop talking about how good everything was. So sorry
