Roast beef sandwich was way below average. Dry and gray. Place was clean but after leaving a tip for the two kids behind the counter, you'd think they would walk the 5 feet to bring me my sandwich instead of leaving it on the counter and not even telling me it's ready. Won't be returning. Roast beef competition in the area is too strong.

i odered a chicken brocoli ziti pasta and they gave it to me on a regular plate not a pasta plate also ordered extra garlic on the bread made sure to ask twice and instead gave me another bread also odered salads before instead of salad container they give it in regular foam plates which is not the proper way to eat a pasta or salad coming from someone that useto own a sub shop

I hate leaving bad reviews because I feel positivity is always best. However after the indifference from the restaurant and the rudeness of the delivery driver. Don't order delivery it will come cold and look like its been sitting out for 45 mins. Also dont order delivery because the delivery driver is nasty, rude, and acosted me with such nastiness I will never ever order delivery ever again in Malden. Nothing comes hot or even warm. Its always cold. This was my first time and last time here. The driver was so nasty and mean spirited it made me feel uncomfortable. I ordered a hot sub. It came ice cold. So I called. The lady I spoke to was so indifferent and rude about the situation and she was so non caring I was infuriated that she would take such a lazy approach, If they don't care about customer satisfaction what else don't they care about? Like cleanliness? Or Food quality? It makes one wonder. Judging by other reviews this seems to be a common problem. Rude woman on the phone and poor delivery and respect of the client. I would avoid this place and all delivery moving forward. Something is clearly wrong with the attitude of people at this establishment.Food made me sick. Massive stomach ache today.
