Brotherly Love Cheesesteaks

I'm no expert, but can you go wrong with bread, meat, and cheese? Wonderful service. Great experience.

I found my way over to Brotherly Love Cheesesteaks for a college football watch party this a.m. I've been jonesing for a great cheesesteak ever since I left NJ, and there's truly a dearth of them here in Music City. Most "cheesesteaks" around here are sandwiches made of sliced cooked roast beef that's then reheated on a flat top; they totally lack deliciousness.Brotherly Love meets the need. It's a sports bar type setup; full bar along one wall, and a service counter along the other, with the grill in plain view of the entire dining room. I ordered a large "wiz wit". The bread was spot on; if it wasn't an Amoroso roll, it was a dead ringer. The beef was thinly sliced, properly grilled, with the right proportion of grilled onions and "Wiz". Separately, I ordered cheese fries, and added my usual "please make the fries extra crispy". I don't hold out hope for super-crisp fries in Nashville; they usually come out barely done. My expectations were totally met; the fries were super crisp, dusted with spices, and doused in warm cheesy goodness. The owner stopped by to check in on us, and the servers were friendly and attentive. Drinks were well made, well priced and served fast. As a bonus, they put 4 out of 6 TVs on the Big Ten network so our group could watch the Scarlet Knights whip the pants off of the Zips.If I have any complaint, I'd ask for a little more meat in the sandwiches; however, the taste and the pricing were fine for the value received.Recommended for a solid cheesesteak and drinks option in the Nations area of Nashville.

Ahh super clean establishment and super friendly employees. I just so happen to crave a Philly cheesesteak and came across this place on Yelp. I had to give it a try. They offer a lil bro combo for $15 which is an 8 inch Philly, fries and drink. On my Philly I ordered steak, peppers, cheese whiz, provolone, onions, and mushrooms. Overall the sandwich was great. The fries on the other hand are VERY salty. I couldn't even finish eating them due to the amount of salt on them. I did order a side of ranch for .50. I'm sure Philly natives prob would question why ranch, but I eat ranch on everything. The ranch isn't anything special, so I won't bother ordering that next thing. I do believe this place is fairly new so I would def give it a try if you're in the area.

Good food in a nice, clean restaurant. The cheesesteaks here are really good. Everything is made to order and you get to select your cheese and add any veggies (or double meat) for a slight charge. The fries were served hot and they were well seasoned. The staff were nice and we really enjoyed our meal. This is a great place for lunch. The food is tasty and the prices are reasonable.

New spot in the nations off of centennial! Brotherly love has plenty of inside seating complete with tvs and a bar space (full service). There's also a large outside patio complete with umbrellas to dine outside.Service and food are very fast which is a mix of self service and table service. The cheesesteaks are big and very tasty! Will definitely be back soon!

Love this place, really authentic cheesesteak and a great vibe in there that always delivers solid food.

10/10 meal every time! Sandwiches are huge (I get two meals out of each), fries are seasoned to perfection and milkshakes/having a full bar are an added bonus. Staff is so friendly and efficient in cranking out food. Pizza steak, regular cheesesteak are incredible and we also love the pretzel bites and wings. Definitely going to keep coming back!

If you want Philly in Nashville, GO! Best cheesesteaks in town and a great new hot spot in the Nations. Highly recommend the chicken Philly. It's my fave!

Cheesesteak was legit!!! The cheese was oozing and oh so yummy!We were visiting from CA but if we lived there we'd be regulars!!!My Husband enjoyed the beer selection and the many TV's with all the sports!Highly recommended!!!
