Pros: The food and serviceCons: A vit hard to get toWould you drive through an hour plus in rush hour traffic for a burger and onion rings? Because we sure did and it was totally worth it. This place is like an old school burger shop. Not a huge menu but big enough. The burgers are awesome. We also got lots of sides and all were good but the onion rings were maybe the best I've ever had. The staff was cool too. Counter ordering and then seat yourself. There are some old school decorations.

Service is fantastic! Food is ready super fast. My only "complaint" is the buns are too big for their sandwiches. Such a small complaint considering everything I've order is amazing!

Broiler Bay should be called the "Greasy Spoon" ....food was bland, undercooked and every fry eaten, left greasy residue of old oil on your fingers. Not impressed with the food and even more upset with these bogus reviews!

Looking for a great burger? This hits the spot. I stopped in for lunch and ordered a bacon burger with onion rings to go with a soda. We didn't have to wait long, as service was fast and seemed efficient. After a few minutes we had our burgers in hand. The onion rings and burger were delicious. A well seasoned, well cooked burger with fresh trimmings and crispy bacon, definitely worth trying if you are a burger fan. Ambiance is classic American burger joint, and doesn't pretend to be anything else. There is some seating, but I'm sure it can fill quickly during peak times. We went at around 11:20 on a Wednesday afternoon, and they were calling out orders pretty quickly.

The grilling took a good bit of time, so the wait is going to be longer than what you'd find at fast food chains.CHEESEBURGER - 4/5Their charcoal grilled burgers are very flavorful. There's minimal sauce which I prefer, but if you do want sauce there's a condiment table by the entrance.AMBIANCE - 2/5There's very minimal seating inside, but there's more tables outside. The tables are regularly cleaned, but it's right next to the parking lot so the ambiance is not nearly as good as other outdoor dining restaurants.

Sometimes you just need to fulfill the craving of a basic burger and this place is good enough. It's old school, with a menu that looks like it dates back to the 50's. The burger (quarter pound) itself was decently sized and filling. Although pretty greasy, their battered onion rings are a classic.The ambiance is nothing special at all inside. If anything it's very outdated and looks like it's covered in decades of grease, but that wasn't of any importance for my take out order. It's nice to have a different, local burger option besides the usual chain fast food places.

Best Burger in Bellevue?Definitely arguable! This place is awesome! It is a classic flame-broiled burger spot. Made to order. Limited menu. Keeping it simple to master what they offer. Its a classic vibe that reminds me of some of the burger spots from my small town as a kid. Everything I have ordered has been nothing but tasty. Do yourself a favor. First time you go, just get a cheeseburger. Once that wins you over, then try some of their other tasty options. The cheeseburger though, is king. add some bacon, add some jalapenos, despite not needing it, just for fun!Its a dang tasty burger the classic way. Sides are great. Fries are large portions, onion rings are tasty, and fried zucchini is fun. You can get a shake if you need. The condiment station has fry sauce, which, being from Idaho, is a big plus!Come here and try a burger with fries. Get the fry sauce. Enjoy. If you feel like mixing it up after that, try the philly, or some of their other burger options. The classic should be enough to win you over.Staff is always friendly and fast. The cook is a BOSS. killin it on the grill, still able to make some banter. Able to handle a dozen+ burgers at once and all of them come out cooked perfectly!Cheers!

TLDR: no frills, all American charbroiled hamburger shop is a gem in the ritzy downtown Bellevue. A burger, fries or onion rings (definitely recommended), and a drink will be less than $10. Indoor and outdoor seating area.Broiler Bay is far better than Burgermaster or Kidd Valley for the traditional, all American hamburger and fries. It's a full hamburger. Not some smashburger like at Burbs or Shake Shack that'll leave you hungry. You'll leave quite full with a delicious hamburger and their onion rings. Definitely get the onion rings. Super crispy, not heavily battered, and not overly greasy. The onions are super crispy. The hamburger can be made with cheddar or Swiss cheese, and they have a boatload of fancier options that are a dollar or two more.Four tables inside, many more outside under the cover.Lots of parking in the small strip mall.

A classic looking spot that you know has been around for a long time. That right there says a lot! Bacon cheeseburger with half and half fries/onion rings is the move. Don't forget to get some extra dips at the sauce station.Not a fancy spot. Just you and the great food.

I've been here a few times, twice recently. All I wanted was a great burger, fries, and shake. What did they deliver? Exactly that! I get the bacon cheeseburger. It is delicious, cooked just right, the bacon is perfect. I'm not a big fan of their sauce, but that's a personal preference thing, so I get it without. The fries are delicious, done just right, and aren't greasy. The portion is very large. The shake is the perfect complement. Every time it's like this. My son got a burger with a sunny-side-up egg on it, and that was done beautifully. The service is pleasant, efficient, and helpful. I love how they interact with the regulars, but they treat strangers like me just as nicely. We do takeout, so I can't comment on ambience. All I can say is that I hope nothing about the place changes. It is JUST what I want in a burger place!
