Ribs are tough. Order was just thrown into several brown paper bags with sauce everywhere, including all over the fries. Disgusting.

This was one of the first places I tried when I moved to Chicago. I was living in Logan Square at the time and this place was nearby. It was the place with no frills and little social media presence, but we gave it a try anyway and I'm so glad we did. I ordered the catfish, chicken wings, and rib tips with sauce on the side. All their barbeque is smoked low and slow and worth the wait! The tips were definitely the star of the show!I'd say if you want to try this place, go during the day and during off-peak hours. Understand that they drop your food when you ordered it (at least the fried stuff) so be prepared to wait. I promise it's worth it. Just make sure to ask them how long it'll be and watch the clock, when they start calling out orders, it can get hectic, and if you don't hear your order called/or mishear that's not fun for anyone. But don't let the area and menu deter you, give it a try, you'll like it!

The customer service is not professional and Jason is Rude and unprofessional with how he talk to people but the food was good and Hot but overall i would recommend this restaurant but not there customer service skills need work.

I order Bro-N- Laws via Uber eats. Ya'll I was a little scared because I had never heard of them and the store front on Google didn't do the place much justice! But they had turkey tips... I'm avoiding red meat and I'm chicken and fished out. I'm here to say the Turkey Tips were delicious. I actually ordered:1 Large Turkey Tip1 Banana Pudding1 extra sauceThe tips were great! They were very fresh and there was a generous portion. I've had a few different types of turkey tips and I happily surprised that these had a few bones and some skin. I felt like I was eating pork rib tips...but they were def turkey! There was texture and flavor! I could have used a few more fries... BUT with the amount of turkey I got.. I cant complain about fries. They gave me what matters most. SN: If you like very saucy food, I definitely suggest ordering an extra sauce or two. I was also happy to see my full order written on the brown paper bag, and I received every item I ordered. So many places forget the sauces!!

I wish I could leave no stars but I ordered a large tip I asked could they put the sauce on the bottom so it was just on the fries and they said no. I got it anyway for there to be barely any meat on a lot of the tips and they were tough. Never again. And the young man at the window had a attitude.

Came to Bro N Laws to try some of their bbq. Like most bbq joints, this place is take out only and they accept credit cards. The only thing that was bad was their customer service. The guy that took our order had an attitude and wasn't welcoming at all. Never once smiled. Can't be doing that, especially during these times. The food however was a different story. My wife ordered their tips and wings combo, and I ordered my usual tips and links. My wife's wings were very tasty. Cooked just right and were a decent size. The ribs had plenty of meat and had a nice smoky flavor. The sauce complemented these perfectly smoked ribs. I ordered a small and there was plenty of food to go around. I got worried at first when I didn't see the links. I was about to call them and say hey what the hell?! But I found them! Unlike other joints that serve they shop, they served them in slices here. These were good but would have preferred them whole. Overall they have some food tasting bbq here. Places like this aren't usually only found on the south side so it's good to have some good tasting rib tips on the west side. Just gotta check that attitude bro.

I truly hate leaving bad reviews. Especially, for black restaurants. But this food was TRASH! Absolutely TRASH! Old, dry, leftover bbq. I bought the "Caddy" which was wings, tips and links and everything was terrible. The smallest wings I've ever had and fried beyond belief.I so disappointed. I ordered as soon as the opened thinking it would be decent and got leftover stuff from yesterday. Not to mention it cost almost $30

I'm very sad order a family bucket for 30 or so dollars try to charage me double the price $ 90 dollars for a bucket and then when I said something he just laughed I want be going back now laugh at that

garbage!!! 8/19/2023 spent a total of $43.80 on (2) large tip/link combos and got 8 rib tips in one order and 11 rib tips in the other. hot link was chopped and pieces were equal to one whole link...combined!! link had a freezer burn aftertaste. garbage!!both orders combined had less than an equal amount of small fry at mcd's.... shame!! almost $50 for less than 20 tasteless, dry and no sauce supposed rib tips with no gristle but plenty of dark black bones!!!
