Dropped in for the first time and glad we did. Dining out everywhere is pricey these days so it's got to be delicious! This was so worth it. The ribs and wings were wonderfully done, so tasty and moist. We introduced my sister to Hush Puppies, now her new fave. But the hit of the meal was the catfish basket: 3 large filets very lightly and nicely battered for $20 includes two yummy sides. We'll be back for certain. Next time we will get two catfish baskets to go! Five Yums!

Great food and friendly service at a fair price. I had the chopped brisket sandwich with sweet potato fries, and my friend had the sliced brisket sandwich. I saw beautiful corn bread on other diners tables that I will try next trip. Plenty of seating and a nice outdoor area. Also, some views of Lake Washington. We will be back!

Finally got back for my second visit and just as great as my first time here. Welcoming service when you come in, lots of room to sit inside, and no complaint about delicious food.

Didn't know what to expect coming here for a late lunch. Saw reviews for the views food etc. There is literally no view of the lake due to the trees being tall and full in Spring. No big deal, didn't come For the view. I ordered the cat fish with sweet potato fries and coleslaw. My partner ordered the Pit sandwich with beef. Let me tell you, this was one place we know we will go back to! The cat fish was cooked perfectly and had a coat of spices and cornmeal? It was light and did not overtake the flavor of the fish. Three big pieces and about a pound of fries cooked perfectly. The bbq sauces are tasty, I liked the spicy, which I didn't think was too bad. The coleslaw was fresh and light. The pit sandwich was piled high with meat and had a great flavor. Definitely get the cat fish if you like seafood. We are going back soon to try more things in the menu.

I've actually been here twice after an exhilarating Catfish experience farther south. I definitely have to have a big appetite but I just adore the Catfish with Collard Greens and Mac & Cheese. The food is made fresh to order, in fact it normally burns my mouth if I'm not careful. Clean dining space, great view. Another place where lunch approaches $30 including tip, which is not ideal. But the food is that good. I'll be back a lot!

Brileys, I love you. Been here at least 15 times. You come in and order at the counter. As you place your order and get a clue card, The staff yells your order to the grumpy looking cooks. You sit down at a picnic style table, with three types of bbq sauce, hand wipes, paper towels and eating utensils. Lots of sports television happening here, once you place your order.You wait for your food . Happily I love your catfish and collard greens. The catfish comes right out of the fryer, hot and cornmeal crusted crispy. The remoldual sauce is incredibly spicy.along with the tartar sauce. The collard greens have bits of meat which add to the smoky vinegary taste. I love this combo. I can get either Brunswick stew or gumbo as an additional side. Both are equally good to me. Coming here, I aim for the best table in the house if it is open. Right by the front television on the right. Never liked Chardonnay wine, but here. They have a less oaky one that tastes great. Lots of good wine options here. Have order the Dorfman plaster which comes with a big crispy piece of bacon, along with your sides. Some of the best collard greens I have ever eaten. Cornmeal muffin was fair, wished it was less sweet and denser. Banana pudding was good, little bit more bananas to balance the pudding and wafers. Great views, friendly staff and delicious food,

Parking can get a little tricky, but the food was delicious, and had great indoor and outdoor seating. Would be lovely on a nice sunny day!

Ima keep it short and sweet like when i get it on. The catfish is seasoned better than most steakhouses. Hushpuppies good intro not the best but not bad. The beans are sweeter than my ex that's a good thing. The things that miss are the pit bbq weird aftertaste, the brisket kinda dry, collared greens also mid. For 2 we spent about $50ish so not crazy. Def coming back for the catfish and beans no matter how gassy it makes me

Smokey, juicy, tender, big meaty baby back ribs were spectacular. Best ever. The sides could use a boost. Baked beans and cole slaw were boring. Try Jack's BBQ on Airport Way or my family recipe handed down for generations.Wanted to share a picture of the big baby back ribs, but they disappeared too fast. Check it out.

Been here a few times and can't really complain about the food or service (for to-go orders as we've never dined in). The parking lot is small (probably a dozen spots), so depending on when you go you may be out of luck getting a spot. There's no street parking so it might be illegally parking into the neighboring lot if you want to test your luck.This most recent time we got a pulled chicken (smoked thigh meat) sandwich and the rock dawg (brisket with coleslaw) sandwich. Sweet & regular fries (no salt) as our sides. With a banana pudding dessert the total this time was $45.Overall tasty and filling so while I price seems steep, it's worth it.
