My new favorite sandwich in town! The Panino Lady (caprese) is perfect. The bread is so fresh and tasty, while the sandwich itself feels like it has the freshest sandwich ingredients around. Each bite is delightful, and it's perfectly sized (average eaters might do half, but those with larger appetites can eat the full thing without feeling stuffed). The two employees are a treat - they put so much care into the sandwiches, prepared foods, and service of customers. I regularly grab a delicious Panino Lady, or stop downstairs to get a baguette to make my own at home. Once you try their sandwiches, it'll be tough to compare any other in the North End.

The three different sandwiches we ordered were very tasty, however, the quantity of meat on each sandwiches was minimal. I would definitely order from them again, but I think the ratio of bread to meat needs to be equalized a little. We're there was just a little more quantity of meat added to the bread, the sandwich meat flavor would not be overpowered from the bread. All-in-all, we did enjoy the sandwich's and would be happy to order them again. As this was our first visit, we did struggle to locate the storefront.

A small group of us were doing a food tour of the North End and this was our first stop. We shared a Panino and an Italian. The Panino has priscuitto, homemade mozzarella, fresh tomato, basil, and olive oil all in a fresh white bread roll. The Italian has mortadella, Genoa salami, sopressatta, provolone, lettuce, tomoto, onion, hot peppers, olive oil, vinegar, and oregano in a fresh white bread roll. Overall these were both high quality, delicious sandwiches. We paired them with truffle potato chips and it was delicious.I actually think that the sandwich can be improved upon by having some different bread options. I know, this is probably a sacrilegious suggestion! Perhaps I'd have to attempt this by my own but purchasing the raw ingredients from them and doing it myself.

Wow! This deli is everything we were looking for and more. Maria who works the deli also offers Italian Food tours of Little Italy in Boston. She is so knowledgeable and friendly I was just sorry we met her on our last 2 hour in Boston. The bakery is separate and just down a few steps where the fresh SFOGLIATELLE is amazing!!!this is all tucked down Board Alley next to Modern Bakery. They also offer a full sit down Italian restaurant and suites to stay in authentic N End accommodations. Try felt like we were in Sicily!

Sharing an unpopular opinion here. We had read the reviews about their sandwiches and thought that would be a perfect little picnic snack to enjoy in the cozy courtyard located outside this small sandwich shop. We ordered a prosciutto, mozzarella and basil sandwich. Unfortunately, there were two little leaves of basil, and the tomatoes seemed on the older end, despite it being fresh tomato season. The sandwich was lacking the flavor you would come to expect from an Italian sandwich. I think had there been much more basil and fresher tomatoes. It would've been a different experience. The shop location down at Cozy little alley memorable and I love that the pasta shop features a large window where you can eat your meal and watch them work their pasta magic. The same, quite a while to make despite they're not being very many customers and the order being fairly simple. Overall, this was an A-OK experience, but I had hoped for more.

Went into the city on a north end Sandwich adventure & had to try Bricco's. First, the bread was delicious & fresh. The mozzarella was also fresh & added flavor. The reason for the missing star was that the bread overwhelmed the rest of the sandwich. I think going back to get another- I'd ask for more balsamic or a few extra veggies given we were not adding meat. All in all, it's a good deal and a fun experience to get to which adds to the charm and adventure!

Really giant sandwich for only $13!!! Half of this sandwich was enough to be decently full! Also the prosciutto wasn't too salty, was nice and thin, the mozzarella was creamy and fresh! I wish there was more basil but solid sandwichVery cute interior of the shop, lots of fun specialty items to look at Service was very quick and there was no line for us (but we went on a weekday lunch)

I loved my time in Boston and walking in the north end we stumbled across this little shop by mistake. Down a narrow alley way we discovered this gem. The subs were amazing, what else can I say? My mouth was watering as I looked over the counter to watch them building our sandwiches. Thank you Boston for everything! This is a great place to visit.

Went to the bakery side and felt like I was taking a trip to Italy. Got what I would describe as a pastry on steroids with a lemon ricotta filing. Flakey on the outside but super dense on the inside. The actual name is a sfogliatine. Any bread lover should check this place out.

If I lived in Boston I would be here every other day for lunch. This is one of the best Italian sandwiches that I've ever had! The meat and veggies were all very fresh, and the bread was delicious. I will definitely be going back next time that I'm in Boston. The deli itself was adorable!! So many different Italian ingredients and pastas and products! Again, if I lived here I would definitely be in every day shopping or grabbing lunch. Definitely stop if you're in the area!
