(Ask for extra Goat Cheese, so good)BLT Benedict Potatoes are amazing, perfectly crispy and well flavored: the chipotle sauce is fire! The eggs perfectly cooked and best poached egg I've ever tried. Each ingredient played its part all too well. Perfectly buttered English muffin. Avocado was absolutely refreshing and perfect green color. I almost didn't want to eat it the presentation itself was impeccable. Perfect portion size and highly satisfying. Service was perfectly timed and friendly. Will be back once a week. Obsessed with this place and I can't believe I haven't gone sooner! I got the BLT Benedict and it's pretty high up on my list of best Benedict's ever. The breakfast potatoes are cut into small pieces and extremely well seasoned. I was so into them. They have a great dog friendly patio & the service was quick/kind. Defiantly check it out for brunch!

We arrived around 11 on a Saturday morning and had less than a 5 minute wait. From start to finish, the service was outstanding with a typical diner tempo while still not feeling rushed. To start, we each had a Vanilla Iced Coffee which hit the spot! I ordered the Fried Chicken Sandwich and my boyfriend ordered the Southwest Omelette, both were outstanding and came out nice and hot! Everything about this experience was great including the restaurant itself. It is a smaller place with tables large enough to fit bigger parties.

A perfect spot for a Sunday morning after a Saturday night cubs game. I'm usually never one to say, "hey let's go get brunch" but this spot has changed my mind. The potatoes.... The way they are cut make it so crunchy on the outside but soft on the inside. I've been trying to replicate this at home and cannot even get close to it. Such a great spot for breakfast.

Delicious food and friendly service. Our waitress Carlotta was lovely. We ordered crepes, a Benedict, and the chilaquiles. Neglected to get a photo of the latter. Was quite loud inside, but not sure how one could change that. Outdoor seating is available, but we didn't have time to wait. Highly recommend..

For the price they are so stingy on the toppings! I ordered the spinach and mushroom omelette and there were like 5 leaves of spinach in the whole thing not even joking. I should also mention it was over salted to the point to where I almost wanted to say something but my waiter was already acting kind of like he didn't care about me so I just kept quiet. Also drinks are like $13 and the music was really loud. Luckily I was able to sit outside but it was pretty hot out so eh. I definitely won't be back

Lacking atmosphere, quality food and decent service. This and Pancake Cafe are a big disappointment to me as they only provide cheap maple syrup (HFCS) that tastes awful. I would rather drive an hour to a Cracker Barrel!

Delicious brunch at The Breakfast House! It's right next to the Sheridan stop of the red line and holy sh* it's sooooo good. We've eaten here many times and every time it bangs. Waitstaff is always super friendly and on top of everything. The vibe is very typical brunch spot and there's always a cute artwork featuring all of the workers on the wall. During summer they have a really nice patio section outside to sit at too. We love it here!

Love this place! Everything you would expect from an exception breakfast. Food is great and well priced, service is outstanding. Nice atmosphere with big windows and outdoor seating in the warm months.

Was in the area for a Cubs game and met up with a friend for brunch before the game started. This place was exactly what we are looking for. Decent service, friendly staff, and overall good ambience for a casual breakfast place. They didn't make it to 5 stars for me because they never asked us about splitting the bill. They just put everything on my card without any discussion. That was no big deal but I think it is definitely noticeable mistake on the service side. And if it was not me ( a generally easy-going person) then I can see someone getting upset about this.Besides that, everything was pretty solid and I would recommend this place. If you are eating with a group of people, and you do want to split the bill, I would make it known before the bill actually comes because they seem to be struggling with that part.
