Worst sandwich I've had in a long time! I got the chipotle chicken sandwich. The bread was SO hard I could barely bite through it! The chick was super tough and rubbery! On top of it there was hardly any chicken and the avocado was non-existent. Big mistake buying lunch her!

I wasn't expecting much. Just a meal that was appetizing. What I got was a sad excuse for a sandwich. Do you know that old fast food adage, "Is it hot? Does it look good? Are you proud to serve it?" Well let me tell you, none of that applied here. And if they were proud to serve me this sandwich, they need to rethink food service.I ordered a chicken and avocado sandwich. Sounds hard to screw up right? Nope. Nope. Nope. When I got my sandwich and unwrapped it, it looked like someone had sat on it. The bread was limp and squashed. The lettuce was BLACK all around the edges. The avocado was hard and unripe. And the chicken just looked sad. It was in a word GROSS. I just completely lost my appetite looking at it.I was so annoyed that I just walked back in and gave them back the sandwich, much to the bewilderment of one of the employees. I've never done that before in my life, and I hope I never have to again.

Save your money! Looks good, tastes bad! Sorry, but go somewhere else and thank me later! Tourist trap, I wished I did more research.

5 stars for the eggplant and mozzarella sandwich (forget what they called it), which I got toasted on ciabatta. Delicious! 3 stars for the salad, which was a fairly flavorless garden salad with packets of Ken's dressing, standard for a Sbarro/similar low end Italian food court establishment. Not terrible, but certainly not what you'd get from a sweetgreen or anything.

There are lots of choices for food. My daughter had the plain cheese pizza bagel. It was excellent.Not surprising that it was expensive, given it's prime location. For someone who don't like seafood, this restaurant would be a good choice.

Being from New York, I don't know what I was expecting when I ordered a bagel with cream cheese from Bread O Life, but the bagel was a bit of a letdown. Even toasted, it was super soft and chewy (and not in a good way).

I was walking by and the display case caught my eye. There was no wait and my bagel was heated up with just a short wait. The outer bagel was crisp and the inside piping hot. I chose Hawaiian Pizza. Plenty of pineapple and ham chunks rained off as I ate but they give you a takeout box to contain your bagel so it is an easy portable meal without a mess. As someone not living on the east coast, I appreciated the fluffy, chewy bagel we often cannot find where I come from. What a great on-the-go breakfast find!

The pizza bagel was so disgusting. We got the veggie pizza bagel and it had really bad freezer burn which was so gross. Additionally, it was soggy and the wait was long. The service wasn't that kind either, they were a bit pushy and not super helpful. Overall, wouldn't recommend this place whatsoever no matter how tempting the display bagels look.

One of the many food establishments in the Fanueill Hall market. Unfortunately the oreo frappe was disappointing. While drinkable, it somehow had a "burnt" taste to it. Even without any off-notes, a Starbucks frappe would have been better and, at this price point, bigger.Service enthusiasm was merely OK.

Ordered breakfast bagels and the egg had the consistency of a McDonalds microwaved egg. The bacon was smoky and in tiny pieces. The bagels felt store bought and didn't hold a candle for o a New York bagel. The only positive was that the wait wasn't too long.
