Bravo Cafe & Yogurt

The boyfriend found this spot on Yelp, so we decided to come out and give it a try. Let me say it was so worth the drive from Imperial Beach. My order: half a smoked brisket sandwich on a french roll and a cup of metball soup. The brisket was so tender and juicy! The sandwich was ginormous! The soup was tasty and packed with veggies and came with two thick slices of soft homemade bread. Bf order: Bravo on a multi grain roll and a small side of potato salad. This sandwich was a giant as well. So much meat! And it must have had a whole perfectly ripened avocado in it! The owners were very friendly and the service was fast. The dining area is small but tidy. The only downfall is the lack of public restrooms but that's not worth docking any of the 5 stars this place deserves!A must try!

This sandwich shop is a gem! I don't live in the area, but I always stop here when I'm in Jamul. The sandwiches are huge and the portions are very generous. You can easily share one sandwich and be stuffed. If you love sandwiches, this place is worth the visit.

Just wanted to recognize this great little restaurant for their great shakes and smoothies and iced tea! During the short time I was there, numerous customers were coming in and ordering smoothies and shakes and complimenting the owners for their delicious food! U don't often see this at other restaurants.

I absolutely love a deli sandwich. These sandwiches are ginormous and they don't skimp on anything! I enjoyed the bravo sandwich which I believe was filled with turkey, ham, salami, lettuce, tomato and avocado. They did not skimp on anything and the sandwich was filled to the brim! In addition to their delicious sandwiches, their potato salad is a must along with their soup. That day, they had a yummy greek lemon chicken soup that was fantastic. Nothing beats a simple deli sandwich done right!

Manoli and Rose are wonderful and they make sure all food is fresh and healthy. They give generous portions and they are always smiling. The Greek chicken salad is the best anywhere outside of Greece.

Inconspicuously small deli spot in Jamul. When you pass by it may not look like much from the outside, but TRUST it's a hidden gem. Love this place - it's my favorite deli. It's family run by Manoli and his wife Rosio. Their son Milton also helps them out. They've been in business for almost 30 years. One bite of their pastrami sandwich will explain it all. They are so sweet and just the nicest and welcoming family. I love their consistency, every time you walk in the door you're greeted with a warm smile and food is always made with love. They don't make it til you order it and taste homemade. Give it a try and you'll find why they've lasted through time. From the sandwiches, their salads to their smoothies. You can never go wrong and the portions have not been affected by inflation. Same portion size.

They have the best breakfast sandwiches here! Love this old school deli in Jamul. It's is a staple of the area: Consistent, Large portions, & a Family run business. Try the bacon or sausage breakfast croissant. Or get both and share w a friend. Also have great sandwiches soups and smoothies.

Service didn't match the food. Lady was super nice food huge disappointment. Hard to eat........12/30/2023 spent the night and most of the morning suffering from food poisoning from this awful bbq pork sandwich.

In same little location along Hwy 94 in Jamul, California (San Diego eastern rural zone) for 30 years. Sit down, or take out.Secret of success is excellent homestyle cooking & quality of ingredients!Breakfast, Lunch, Sandwiches, Soups, Salads, Smoothies, Coffee, Pastries. Run by same family all this time, across the street from the 7-Eleven. Small parking lot, but worth the effort for good eats!Some menu items have a Mediterranean, or Greek influence, but plenty of comfort food items bring the regulars here, and the visitors making a trip out here. Make your order at the counter, then pick a seat, it won't be long wait.
