We ate here on a Sunday at noon- it wasnt busy at all which I thought was strange considering how pleasant the restaurant and staff was. Had the BLT which was great and a cup of Indian lentil soup. Both were very fresh and tasty. I would eat here again when in Bellingham. Convenient parking ramp across the street!

This was one of our go-to spots 8 years ago. Came in today hoping nothing changed, but disappointed. Got the brandywine burger and it looked the same minus regular raw red onions verses pickled ones like they use to have. Then the flavor of the meat was even more disappointing. It took me a minute to figure out what was off with it and then I realized the meat taste reheated. To me beef has a distinct flavor when it's been cooked and later reheated. Anyways yeah disappointing. The fries were still great though.

How I heard of this place: On a visit to Bellingham back in December of 2018, my sister and her family invited us to enjoy a meal together at Brandywine Kitchen, one of their favorite, family friendly (everyone can find something to enjoy) establishments in town.Type of cuisine: "In 2002, Azizi Tookas and Chris Sunde began with the idea to incorporate cuisine and local farming into one. Brandywine Kitchen is the culmination of their passion for food and sustainable agriculture. Brandywine first began as an heirloom tomato farm and has grown its niche to include a diversity of produce. In 2008 Brandywine Gardens expanded into the prepared food business as Brandywine Kitchen. The result of this process is that Brandywine Kitchen can offer sustainable food that is locally based, delicious, and affordable. From seed to plate...From seed to plate is a motto that encompasses both our history as food producers and our belief that understanding and supporting local food systems, leads to a superior product. In addition to growing a small amount of heirloom tomatoes for the restaurant, we source local produce and other local products, allowing us to use the freshest ingredients possible, make personal relationships with local producers, and keep money circulating within the Bellingham community."Ambiance: A cool setting with exposed brick walls, rustic appeal in a large, spacious room where diners are invited to sit at large tables (also available outside). What I ordered: The Brandywine Burger, Fish & Chips, and a creamy Broccoli Soup beside an order of Mac & Cheese. What I loved: The crisp-ness of the fish, the excellet fries, the juicy and flavorful burger and the creaminess of the soup alongside a hearty bowl of mac & cheese. Why I loved it: Their concept is truly worth if not to mention the delicious food and easy-going atmosphere. Cost: Average ($10.50 - $13.50 per sandwich/burger or meal).

Love their Mac n cheese and fish and chips! So tasty and such a good happy hour. The service is always quick and the restaurant itself is often very calm.

I've been wanting to try this place for the longest time and finally went there for dinner before THE HU concert. I ordered the "Rocket" BLT and was disappointed. The bread was fantastic, the bacon meh, the maple-tomato relish was barely existent, maybe a quarter of a teaspoon smidge, the avocado was even more sparse and I found no aioli whatsoever. My husband had the Chimichurri Steak Tacos and he reported that they had no flavor. Suffice to say, we won't be going back. The 2 stars are for the delightful ambiance and decor.

We had a wonderful lunch at Brandywine Kitchen! You order at a counter and the food is brought out. We found a table outside which was great. I ordered the fish and chips and was super happy with that decision. The fries were wonderful and plentiful! I think when order it again, I would order the kids portion with 2 fish strips vs 3 for the adult order. I loved the food and service. I would highly recommend this spot!

Stopped in here for lunch on our way to Canada and I am so glad we did. The restaurant had a wonderful atmosphere and just felt relaxing. It was clean and the set up to grab napkins and silverware as well as to bus your plates was very well done.I ordered the Brandywine hamburger and my husband had a Philly cheesesteak. The burger was absolutely delicious. The burger was juicy and well cooked, the sauce and toppings were in the right proportions, and the bun was toasty and so delicious. I spent the dollar to get the basil aioli for my fries and it was so very worth the cost. The fries were well cooked, crispy, not greasy, and salted perfectly. My husband's cheesesteak was well made with the cheese bubbly after being in the broiler for a bit so it just started to brown a little. He said it was very good.I wish we lived closer so we could go back more often, but happy to have enjoyed our meal there!

Brandywine has become a solid favorite when I'm visiting Bham and looking for a quick, tasty dinner (with a beer of course). They always have good sandwiches on the menu, along with a decent tap list so I can enjoy a cold beer, too. The atmosphere is super casual, with ordering being done at their walk-up counter and self-seating. They can definitely get busy, especially on weekends or when a special event is in town, so plan accordingly.I also recently got to check out their upstairs area, which can be rented out for meetings or parties - great to know this option is available in a town which never seems to have enough meeting spaces.

We have been coming here for years. The happy hour menu is excellent and the space is low key and relaxed. Wonderful food as well. We've had the burger, happy hour fish & chips, happy hour Mac & Cheese. The happy hour drink price for either a draft beer or glass of wine is $5, which is excellent.

We were the only people in the restaurant we stood there for 10 minutes before anyone came to take are order. we asked for it to go and sat down at a table another person came in after us and waited about the same. The waitress brought out are food looked at me dead in the eyes and put it behind the counter then she disappeared. we had to ask someone else who was working we saw her walk in from outside she wasn't even clocked in yet but we asked if it was are food, it was are food that sat there for about 10 minutes because the first waitress disappeared. we had to wait until the person who came in before us got there food to finally get help.the restaurant was empty so we thought we would get are food fast but it took 25 minutes the food is food we just weren't expecting the service to be so shity
