Bourbon Steak

Came in for the 4th of July; what a blast! Server Devon took care of every need we had. My wife and I felt like royalty while we were here. Menu is pricy but highly worth the price. Lighting was amazing too, really added to the experience. Coming back soon for sure.

Have been here several times, and each time it is amazing!! Recently celebrated my daughter's 16th birthday here. I worked with Kenny on all the details. He made sure my daughter and her friends had the most amazing experience!! We did a set menu and we had the some allergy restrictions and he made sure that they were met!! He provided excellent service to the girls from the sparkling cider, their glasses were never empty, to the most amazing meal, and dessert!! To quote one of my daughter's friends she said this meal made her cry as she never had anything this good before! Also have to note that the girls mom joined and the service we received was amazing!! We will be doing a yearly outing to Bourbon!!Cannot thank Kenny and all of the staff at Bourbon for a wonderful meal and experience!! My daughter will always remember this birthday!!

Came here to celebrate my anniversary and the service and food was amazing. Hubby has never had the Michael Mina experience and said this was the best meal he's ever had. We started with the shellfish platter and the seafood was fresh. It was perfectly smothered in red miso butter whip complemented the natural sweetness from the seafood. Would definitely come back to get this if I was dining alone. We also ordered the lobster pot pie and it did not disappoint. The veggies and sauce was perfectly cooked with the 2 lbs of lobster. We ordered the ribeye and together it was the perfect surf and turf. Will definitely come back.

Christmas dinner was amazing here at Bourbon steak. I ordered the ribeye it was delicious just to say the least. All of the sides were great that we ordered. The cocktails were very good our servant Keaton was amazing and with the extra bio for every little detailed items that we asked for, it is located right in the lobby of the princess hotel so all the festive lights and groundwork and everything was really beautiful. I am absolutely going back to this restaurant on a regular basis because everything was excellent. First thing's first, Devon was our server and he was fantastic. We started with the duck fat fries which were delicious. Then we had a spoon bite of mushroom arancini. We were nervous about this because neither of us like mushrooms. But we went for it anyways, and it was so good! I had the Japanese A5 Ribeye which was delicious and worth the price, and my son had the Artic Char. For dessert we had the Beignets and got the cutest little birthday ice cream cone! The restaurant's decor was beautiful. And of the 3 restaurants on property it was by far our favorite. Great Job to Bourbon.

Amazing food. I would honestly kill for the tuna tartar. It's the most amazing thing ever. Top notch service from Whitney. She was amazing and made my experience over the top! Would definitely recommend to anyone for a nicer dinner!

A fine steakhouse dining experience in Scottsdale.Had the Chef's Selection of nice meaty oysters and a few sides with a perfectly prepared and presented American Wagyu Filet Mignon Steak. It's been the best steak in my recent memory.

Sat at the bar and was waited on by Kenny. He made a great Manhattan, for my before dinner cocktail. Then choose the perfect wine to go with my meal. The food was outstanding. I ordered a steak and it was flavorful and cooked just the way I wanted it. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

Bourbon Steak is the BEST steakhouse in the Phoenix/Scottsdale/Chandler area. The servers are knowledgeable about the menu and can answer any questions you have. They bartenders make great drinks. The food is an absolute 10/10. You can tell the chefs cook with care and attention. Not to mention the restaurant itself is absolutely beautiful and the lighting draws in a more intimate atmosphere.
