I tried this place on recommendations from neighbors on the Nextdoor app. Ordered the Hurricane daiquiri and did not like it. It tasted artificial. I'm not sure what kind of liquor, but I did not taste any rum. Ordered a bowl of gumbo, and it's a cup size. The flavor is okay. Shrimps po' boy would be better if the bread was not dry. The best part of my order was the chicken wings, which were okay--disappointed overall. I wished the food execution and quality was better for $53.53 total, including tips even though I ordered takeout for one soup, one order of wings (9 pieces), one po boy sandwich, and one small hurricane daiquiri.

I love to stop by this place, and will surely be needed for this very hot Houston summer upon us. The daiquiris are very tasty & not overly alcoholic. Every dish that I have ordered has always been excellent. My main love are their lemon pepper wings, the best. See you next time.

I got the opportunity to check this place out after all the reviews I've heard. The drinks definitely have some kick to them. Mine was strong and I enjoyed. I love the fact I got it to go. I was able to enjoy it in the comfort of my home. I also got the shrimp poboy. It was ok. Nothing bad but not over the top spectacular. It fulfilled its purpose and the shrimp was a decent size. All in all I'll go back

This is a must-try for daiquiris in Pearland. Place is clean & staff is friendly and efficient. I must admit I was a little apprehensive at first, because outside of Louisiana, most daiquiris taste like snow cones with a hint of alcohol. I also eat a lot of organic/ low carb foods. Thus, any artificial flavorings, dyes or syrupy sweetners are an immediate turn off for me. Also it seems like the drinks are never worth the calories. On the contrary, this place does not disappoint. We normally order the octane, and you can taste the alcohol. No extra shots needed. Quick & easy way to get your daiquiri fix to go in less than 10mins. They have several flavors to choose from. Make sure to stop by if you are in the the neighborhood, you won't regret it. ENTER FREELY THEY'VE BEEN APPROVED

This review is only for the delish daiquiri, not sure what it was called, but I asked for something margarita tasting. It was super tasty, but kinda on the small side. I'll go back to try the food also on my next visit.

We decided we would try Boirbon St. Daiquiris. Ok so I get it, the establishment is based off NOLA. It was clean inside and the televisions mounted were nice. But thats about where the compliments end. We waited over 30 minutes for lemon pepper wings, and red beans and rice. I ordered a pina colada, mango mix daiquiri, I'm nit a big drinker and even this drink was too light for me. The lemon pepper wings were horrible, tasteless. The french fries were barely cooked and soft, seriously people. The red beans and rice were edible but nothing to spectacular. Paid 7.00 and they didn't even fill the bowl up. Well Damn.Needless to say, we won't be back.

Stopped in Friday night on a whim. It was a great decision. The vibe was cool. There was a DJ near there for playing music that made you want to stop what you're doing and dance (which is very much my type of vibe). The place smelled amazing! They aren't just serving wings like some other daiquiri places out there, (No shade to those other places though) but they have a whole menu of NOLA goodies. Gumbo, poboys, red beans and rice, etc. When I'm trying a new place that I haven't had the chance to research on Yelp, I tend to stick to the basics, so I ordered wings and fries. The cashier recommended the Who Dat Gold wings, which are wet wings tossed in a honey mustard and barbecue sauce blend. They were delicious! I ate all but one (I was being generous and let my sister try one) and I wish I'd ordered a 12 piece instead of 8. The fries were good as well. Hot, crispy, and well seasoned. I also got a daiquiri of course. I had a mix of strawberry and grape and the combination worked well together. It was strong but didn't give me a headache. It also paired well with my food. While we ate, we enjoyed the music and people watched. My only complaint is that the bar stools are all too short for the height of the tables, but that isn't enough for me to take away a star. This place was cool and I'll absolutely be returning to try that gumbo, and the hot link poboy!

The red beans and rice is very good. The drinks is are nice too. The vibe is good. They use to have karaoke and it was great!! The owner and his staff make you feel very welcome. The service is wonderful. Make sure you ask if it's Catfish or Swai before you buy.
