An incredible experience. The atmosphere was elegant without being stuffy. The service was impeccable. The staff was friendly, prompt and entertaining. The food. Wow. I've been to many "high end" steak houses, I've never been to one better. Everything was delicious. The steak was cooked perfectly, well seasoned and served hot. The accompanying sauces were creative and added to the flavor without being overwhelming. Sides are great. Dessert just as good. Finally, they made us feel important. I know that may sound silly, but Tyler, the manager checked in during our meal, another manger popped by and the server was very attentive. All of that without us feeling overwhelmed or invaded. Our table/meal still felt very private, but that we were important to them.I'd give them 6 stars if I could.

Was taken there for a birthday dinner. QA Tuesday evening. The service was a little disjointed from the start. Getting water, bread, taking drink orders seemed very confused.Ordered some appetizers and items from raw bar. The cocktail shrimp, although tasty, were on the small side for $10/each. Their Atomic Horseradish was average. The main steaks were OK, but the sides were terrible. Over salted, and under tasting.Overall the waiter tried to upsell with every encounter. It was underwhelming food and experience and over priced.Arrowhead Grill or Flemings are hands down 4-5 stars, go there instead.

I made reservations online for 7 pm. Upon my arrival, I was greeted promptly and sat at a table outside (my request). I did take a quick look around at the inside and noted it to be fairly noisy and busy. The bar was impressive with 625 choices of Bourbon and Whiskey's, as well as numerous other specialty cocktails. We took our time exploring the menu while we munched on our bread. We ordered the fried calamari fries and fried pesto shrimp to start. The pesto shrimp is amazing, and it is definitely worth ordering again. The calamari was tasty but not noteworthy. My Caesar salad was very underwhelming for the price and actually disappointing. It lacked any real flavor, and it did not have enough dressing. My filet was phenomenal and cooked perfectly. The ribeye was equally as tasty. I will say that when it was served tableside as a flambe , which you paid extra for, it was quite a show and added something to the overall ambiance. The lobster, mac and cheese was a nice portion, and it was also very tasty. We ordered 2 different types of desserts. The milkshake with bourbon, as well as a chocolate cake. Both were very good but nothing special. Our bill totaled 466.00 for 3 people with drinks. This is not an inexpensive place, but the food and the service were very good. I can see coming back here for a special occasion, but it would not be a place I would go to often simply because it's very expensive. Here's what I didn't like about the restaurant: I found the 2 TV screens in the bar were a little off putting, primarily because it seems to be an upscale restaurant, but yet at the same time relaxed and casual. I found this confusing.Lastly, I would not find myself eating at this restaurant again primarily because they sell fois gras. I was told by the manager that they don't sell much of it, which makes me wonder why it's even on the menu. Fois Gras has no place on any menu.

First time visit and we definitely will be back. Our server, Brittney, was fantastic and super knowledgeable and helpful! Started with cocktails which was a bit overwhelming because their bourbon list is extensive and fabulous. Also they have excellent wine choices as well as a reserve list. Next came a welcome bread basket of a pretzel bread stick, sourdough and whipped butter. We opted to try the chilled shrimp cocktail and the shrimp were huge and flavorful. Loved the scallops and lobster. The filet was very good but definitely over salted. Next time we will ask for salt to be omitted. The country mashed potatoes were a nice accompaniment and a very large portion. Easy for 4 people to share. Finished dinner with the creme brûlée which was very good and also shareable. Great decor, excellent service and a welcomed addition to the area.

I've been to many restaurants and steak houses including Dominick's and mastros and not one of those compare to the service our host/waiter gave us, Benjamin was outstanding in every which way and as I continue to dine here I hope to have Benjamin as my waiter. One last thing is that as the night went on, and Benjamin continued checking on us... we couldn't help but talk to eachother about how exceptional he was.

We were so pleasantly surprised by our experience. It has been a long time since we have been truly impressed by the food and service of any restaurant and this one definitely did. Our steak and scallops were cooked to perfection. The extra special touches of class from the service staff took it up a notch.

Another amazing experience today was Easter Brunch! Oh my! They should do this every Sunday what an amazing plateful of gooey goodness. We were pleasantly surprised to have a beautiful booth reserved and super attentive staff. The ladies at the front exude beauty and excellence. The professionalism in this place is a model for 5 star eateries. You feel like royalty eating here. The food today was right on target. You must order the steak bacon breakfast and the veggie omelet with Strawberry French toast. We even had pineapple orange mimosas. Adam checked on us twice. He was sharply dressed, friendly, and so personable. We appreciate you all for making our experience great every time!

What a classy establishment! We decided to try Bourbon and Bones @bourbonandbonesaz on N. 83rd Ave. in Peoria, AZ for our 24th Anniversary. This place is where you want to be for a special occasion. The entire staff knew it was our 24th anniversary and we were made to feel special. The service is extra attentive to detail. My flat bottled water received its own iced champagne bucket by the vapor fireplace. My favorite detail was when Cameron brought out a knife box and let us choose our knife for the night. I chose a beautiful mother of pearl handled, silver knife to cut my Chilean Seabass. Hubs chose a serrated knife for his ribeye (though I doubt he needed it because this ribeye was so tender it was like butter to cut and chew). My meal was extraordinary. I don't know how but the Chilean Seabass was prepared perfectly and flavored in such a way that it reminded me of buttery lobster. Robert, our server, ended the night by ordering us Bourbon Butter Cake on the house to celebrate our anniversary! All in all, this was just an amazing night! We ordered:- Brussels Sprouts lardons | bourbon glaze (to share)-Berried Alive Cocktail Tito's Handmade Vodka | tri-berry purée lemon juice I simple syrup | sprinkles | up-Prime Bone-in Ribeye & Fries-Chilean Sea Basscitrus broccoli | red chimichurri-Port Balsamic Wild Mushroomswild mushroom blend | shallots | port balsamic-Bourbon Butter Cakebuttered poundcake | meringue | maple bourbon glaze vanilla ice cream | candied pecans-Espresso MartiniTito's Vodka | irish cream | coffee liqueur | Licor 43 | espresso | creamThis restaurant is an Arizona franchise. When I say classy establishment, I mean that you are treated well and the food is prepared with respect and to your specifications. You do not need to dress up in fancy attire here. Business casual or semi casual attire is OK, though most of us were in somewhat fancier attire, as we were all celebrating a special occasion. Lofi beats or soft electronic music is playing for casual, relaxed background noise. There is a men's and women's restroom behind the bar. A small patio area is out front.

Another great experience at Bourbon and Bones (Peoria)!! Took my sister for her birthday on Monday night. Our amazing, outstanding, full of personality server Robert, I can't say enough great things about this guy! He told us about a vegan dish that's 'off the menu' (yeah, I know what you're thinking, why the heck did you go to a chophouse if you don't eat beef!), well, simple explanation, my sister loves salmon and B & B has the best! Plus, their sides... EVERYTHING is knock-your-socks-off incredible!! Robert introduced me to a new bourbon which was fantastic! Penelope Rio...gotta try it! This restaurant never disappoints when it comes to service and food!! Huge props to whoever dreamt up the vegan dish!! I loved it!! As usual, we'll definitely be back!! (this place is so worth the money!)

We sat at the bar and got there right before happy hour ended... first, hostesses: friendly and efficient. We only waited about 6 minutes. Bartender: Larry=excellent! The vibe here is definitely elevated but casual. Beautiful lighting and bar set up.. all of our cocktails were amazing. I had the Belvedere Hibis-kiss drink and my boo had an old fashioned.. I also had a martini that was well-made and modified because it usually includes blue cheese olives and I'm not a fan, Larry was wonderful about it, again, excellent service. I had the steak frites--absolutely fabulous! Steak is melt in your mouth, medium-rare perfection and the garlic butter is the perfect addition.. fries are simple and fresh. Boo had pesto shrimp and was pleased. Also, bar bacon!
