wagamama - Prudential

This place has to be our favorite dinning place when we are in Boston! I love their apps, esp the eggplant and mushroom bao, cauliflower bang bang and not to mention kare baruso! So delicious!!I like their staff , esp Jenny who works there is super awesome and their manager is great too.The order comes pretty quickly and the seating area is spacious and comfortable!

Hey I just went here pretty recently... honestly it was maybe even a few hours or days ago.... not totally sure as I've been having trouble with my memory ever since the estranged milk incident... anyway... vering off topic iamm sorryyy. I thought that it tasted really good to eat here, but my mom only let me have one bite (I am 19F) so I attached a photo of the one bite she let me have. It was tuna and I liked it a lot. I liked eating my tunaaa and would do it again even with more bites, and the server was nice and she supported pride which is important to me to eat in an establishment that is respectful Haha. I dont let it get in my way though. Peace

4 stars for the food but 0 for the service. We were staying nearby and decided to get lunch here. We went to the hostess desk and a person sat us down outside of the restaurant since we had a baby carriage. We waited 20 minutes before my husband went to ask if a server can come assist us with getting our waters. We waited about another 10 minutes.The waitress that came over was nice and got us our water. We noticed many people coming in way after us already getting their drinks and food at this point. When we finally got our waters, we placed our orders in. We were hungry and so were our toddler and baby. The food came out about 15 minutes later and the waitress never came back to check how everything was. She came back once we were done and to give us our check.The food was great, surprisingly. I got the spicy pork szechuan ramen; ramen with half a tea stained egg, red onions, snow peas, spicy chicken broth, cilantro, scallions, and szechuan pork/teriyaki sauce. SO GOOD. Everyone enjoyed their food. Unfortunately the service was lacking at this location. Don't think we'll return.

Decent food and service, for a mall atmosphere setting. This is the second time that I've had food here and first time I've had it seated at the restaurant. When seated in the interior, the ambience makes it seem as though you're not in the middle of a bustling mall environment, which is nice.I had the firecracker chicken which was spicy as promised. We also had the dumplings which were fairly decent. Overall, not a bad place to check out when you are in the Prudential.

We loved our lunch here! The service was great, and I would definitely recommend the pork and apple bao buns, they were delicious. The chicken ramen was nice, it wasn't too heavy. We also really enjoyed the miso cod as it had very unique flavors. It was a nice place to stop for lunch, with a very friendly atmosphere.

The ramen noodles was perfectly cooked and the flavor was great. The grilled duck leg fall off the bones tender, juicy, and delicious. The only problem was the soup too salty I couldn't drink it at all. But I understand if the soup is not salty the noodles will be a bit blend. I heard the bao was delicious too. The super green Juice had too much sugar taste more like a sweet beverage than a green juice. If you want something healthy this juice will not be it. The location is very convenient, after shopping all day get a bowl of noodles it was perfect. Overall I really enjoyed the meal, the service, and the environment will definitely go back again.

After attending the Boston Marathon race expo, my friends and I came here for lunch. It wasn't my choice since I'm just not a fan of Asian-fusion restaurants. I ordered the grilled duck ramen. It was actually not bad, but if it were up to me, I'd rather get a bowl of ramen from a Chinese or Japanese restaurant. Perhaps, one day, I'll find something on their menu that I would look forward to eating. Regardless, I had a good time having lunch with my friends and the service was good.

Wagamama never does you dirty. Well, it may cleanse your bowels but I'll tell ya it is worth it. The food here is so good for the price you are paying and the cocktails are honestly great. The bao slaps, I could eat 10 of those crispy rice ahis, and that ramen on a rainy day was just what I needed!!!

Wagamama is conveniently located in the Pru and has a nice ambiance and vibe for groups, dates, and families. My coworkers and I had a lovely lunch here, and it felt like the restaurant was busier than usual. I've seen Wagamama a few times in passing, and it never seemed this busy. However, service was great and our server was friendly. I ordered an overpriced bubble tea (not recommended for $8.5), and a katsu chicken curry (recommended). The potstickers we shared were okay. Nothing special. The chicken katsu curry was tasty, great portion, and well flavored.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your establishment. My recent visit on August 04 2024 left much to be desired. Although the food, particularly the chicken pad thai and dumplings, was exceptional, the service was severely lacking.Our server appeared to have forgotten our order, and the drinks we had requested never arrived despite the restaurant not being overly busy. This neglectful service significantly detracted from what would have otherwise been an enjoyable dining experience.As a customer, I believe that attentive and efficient service is just as important as the quality of the food. It is disheartening to have to leave a negative review despite the delicious food. I hope that my feedback will prompt an improvement in the service quality at your establishment and prevent other patrons from experiencing similar disappointment.
