Down side is the food prep does take a while, so I would say to call ahead if you're on a time crunch. They cook, basically in front of you, so you will notice they are cranking out multiple orders.Drink didn't taste like taro, but the drink doesn't look purple, so I may have been given the wrong one. Been a customer of this establishment for over 10 years and every time I'm in the area in need of a take out, I'll come here. I am in love with their beef bowl and crab rolls (like Crab Rangoon but in spring roll form). Their chicken teriyaki bowl is amazing too. It's super addicting and makes you want more! A slight inconvenience is its wait time for take out. I guess it speaks to how busy this place can get.

Just absolutely no.I've heard about this place all my life & I came all the way here for this nasty crap. My sister got chicken teriyaki no veggies extra sauce I got the same thing but paid extra for shrimp NEITHER bowl had any extra sauce The rice was hard The chicken was rubbery The shrimp was soggy and tasted too fishy Waste of money because this went into the trashI can get this quality, well better,In the food court of any local mall

I decided to give Teriyaki House a chance despite its less-than-stellar Yelp reviews. Sometimes, I believe in discovering hidden gems or experiencing something unique that others might have overlooked. Unfortunately, my visit turned out to be disappointing from start to finish.Upon arriving, I noticed the restaurant was completely empty. This should have been a red flag, but I remained hopeful. I walked in and told the staff member my name, informing her that I had placed an online order. To my surprise, she initially claimed there was no such order. After a brief, awkward exchange, she found it, but not without tossing my takeout at me and dismissing me rather abruptly. While I didn't let this rudeness get to me, it certainly didn't help the situation.The real letdown came with the food. I had ordered Pork Pad Thai, but what I received was a far cry from any Pad Thai I've ever had. The dish was nothing more than overly sweet noodles with pork, lacking the essential flavors and balance that make Pad Thai a favorite of mine. I ended up throwing it away.In hindsight, I understand why the Yelp ratings were so low. The poor customer service and subpar food quality justified the negative reviews. It's unfortunate, as I was hoping to find a new go-to spot for noodles. Instead, it was a lesson learned: sometimes, those low ratings are there for a reason.

I ordered a teriyaki chicken bowl "white meat " I got some dark meat and no veggies I also ordered at passion smoothie there was black extremely hard pieces in the smoothie I called the restaurant to ask if theses pieces are supposed to be in the smoothie the kid replied yes it's the seeds why would you put seeds in a smoothie I wasted $8 and the teriyaki bowl was awful

The only pro is it came quickly and was hot... twice now I've ordered chicken (teriyaki last time) and bourbon bowl (this time) and have paid extra for white meat- and both times neither were white meat. On top of that the bowl had one thin sliced carrot, one thin sliced zucchini piece, and two pieces of broccoli. $40+ for a bowl of chicken that was 80%rice and crab Rangoon.
