"Yum! This place is right next door to my workplace in Seaport. Was craving something indulgent but also healthy - this was perfect. Got the bowl with the dips, spicy feta and roasted eggplant, both delish - but the feta was just insane! Halloumi for protein - get the spicy honey!! A few fries to indulge. I was a very happy girl after this lunch!"
"Heck yeah this place was delicious. We had a big group and did the prix fixe; small plates kept coming out! Faves were grilled octopus, meatballs, cheese plate, spinach. Cocktails were also standouts.Service was prompt, they missed a few drinks now and again but the place was slammed so I get it. Love the energy of this place. Will be back next time I'm in the area!"

I didn't want to finish it and ended up licking the plate clean. I did find saffron in the cream sauce!I don't recommend the chocolate cake dessert. Overpriced $12 slice of store bought cake. They bring out a plate of all the desserts available, feel free to ask for their pricing. The complimentary bread is cold and slightly stale but garlic oil makes up for it. Service is what it is when there's only one other table other than yours. Savinos is an expensive celebration place and I had the pleasure to dine at because of Nift gift.Plenty of street parking. Inspect your plates/glassware for being used."
"Such a fun place if you're looking for a night out with friends with views of the city and no cover charge! I feel like this place is more for getting drinks and chatting with friends enjoying the overall ambiance together which makes it a lot more chill but still fun! It's part of a hotel so make sure you go through the lobby first and then up the elevators! Would recommend checking it out!"
"Really love the food. The ambiance is really Cuban cool. I honestly came here reading the reviews of fellow yelpers so sure enough they weren't wrong. When we arrived we were seated but our server was nowhere to be found until I actually grabbed the GM who was very gracious enough to take care of us. So with that said it doesn't get a perfect five but if we were looked after it would have been well over five stars..Amazing lamb chops chicharrino's, porkribs, shrimp and tres leches. You must come here!!!"
"Came here for a work related dinner with a group of 10. It was a Saturday night so they were very busy. We had a pre arranged menu which allowed us to taste so many different dishes. My favorites were the vegetarian empanadas, beet salad, squash salad, vegetarian ropa vieja. And don't forget to try their churros, they are so fluffy and light. There were other dishes such as mussels, chicken, regular ropa vieja, but I didn't try them. Also, great mocktails! Our server Frank was amazing even though the kitchen and bar were very slow that night."
"We stopped by for drinks after meeting up with friends downtown. I've said it before and I'll say it again, the addition of places like this in assembly is appreciated and needed! This is a cute cocktail bar closer to the north shore without the headache of going downtown. Depending on the time of day, parking will be a headache- but there are tons of options if you don't mind a walk through assembly row.We got here around 11/12 on a Friday night and the bar was full (a little on the small side) but we sat at the high top and was were met with great service. Lovely ambiance, and the drinks are reasonably priced."
"Thank you Sarma for giving me a favorite restaurant in Boston! They're rated by several sources as one of Boston's top restaurants, for good reason. Reservations are difficult to come by but they seem to have a decent amount of seating by the bar.Dishes are not delicious and made with high quality ingredients, they're also beautifully presented and very creative with the flavors. My favorites were the cornbread (very filling, loved the peppers and feta inside) and duck (super juicy and flavorful); would 100% order again. Fried chicken (off-menu; from what I can tell, it comes out about every hour, starting roughly at 5:30) was very solid. I greatly enjoyed the Brussels sprouts, which also were super flavorful (loved that garlic aioli on the bottom). For dessert we had the "baklava cones", which was a light, refreshing way to end the meal."
"I can't count the number of times I've been here, the only thing I remember is how amazing all of the food is. I could pick items off the menu with a blindfold and I'm confident that I would enjoy each of the dishes. The seasonal salad is always refreshing and a great way to kick off the meal. The fried chicken is always crispy, juicy, and flavorful. The drinks here are amazing. Their cocktails aren't too strong and the Cafe Thai is one of my favorites. I highly recommend making a reservation for a date or a small group."
"I have no clue why this place isn't higher rated here on Yelp. The four of us had an outstanding Saturday dinner a few weeks ago. We were greeted warmly and seated promptly (had reservations). Easy parking. The restaurant is gorgeous. We were immediately brought water and promptly ordered drinks, which were all good when they shortly arrived. The menu is not large but had plenty of really good sounding items. We narrowed down our choices to sharing the biscuits, the brisket nachos, carrot "salad" and a tater tot special of the night. Doesn't sound like a lot for four people, but it was just right for four people. Favorite had to be the amazing tot dish. They MUST add this to the permanent menu! We all loved the brisket nachos and the biscuits certainly lived up to their mammoth delicious reputation. Note: if the menu calls for pickled onions of any kind, just go ahead and order it. They know how to make them and it adds to everything. The only slight disappointment were the carrots. They were just not what was expected. Not a salad at all. But beautifully roasted carrots. Very rich. Still very good, but no one fought me for the rest of them. All the food is rich, but surprisingly the prices are not for rich folks. For the four of us, the total bill (before tip) was only $115. A STEAL in this part of the world for this quality."
"Wow... haven't had a meal this delicious in a long time! Cannot stop thinking about it, I'm going to have to come back. Drinks: they have a very short cocktail list, but there wasn't one I didn't like. Do not skip the clockwork orange! I typically don't like whiskey but this was incredible- a favorite by a long shot. It has a slightly spicy aftertaste. The fiore rosso was refreshingly sweet and not too heavy on the florals. Food: omg. The saffron lumache is to DIE FOR! Generous on the clams/shrimp, pasta shape is so fun, and the garlic white wine sauce is perfect- not too heavy or overly garlicky- 100% would reorder this dish. As for apps, the shaved brussel sprouts were the best I've had (whatever sauce they're in is delicious) but I wouldn't call it a salad. The meatballs were decent, but my friend did not like them. If anything, I'd subtract half a point for service- our waitress wasn't the friendliest, and drinks took forever to come out. There was also a large delay between appetizer delivery which I thought was strange, but the main dishes were delivered timely."
"Some of the best clams and mozzarella sticks I've ever had. The mozzarella stick was just super flavorful and vodka sauce served on the side was incredible. The clams were equally as amazing, the garlic cream/broth was so rich and flavorful. Dipping the bread in it just took it to the next level. The pizza wasn't the best I ever had but still ranks pretty high. The Hot Honey Pizza was smoky, sweet, salty, all of the good flavor profiles. The crust was very pillowy. Overall the food really impressed me."

Greco is a fast casual Greek restaurant. Their menu includes Greek pitas, plates, salads, skewers, and desserts. I like to order their lamb platter (includes pita bread and a side), bifteki (ground beef) pita which includes fries, or the lamb chop feast which comes with 3 pieces of lamb, salad, fries, and pita bread. If you have a large group, the mixed grill or souvlaki platter are good combination meals that have a little bit of everything. The meat is tender, well seasoned, and packs a lot of flavor. The service here is good. The employees were nice and friendly. We asked for sauce on the side and they gave us two large sauce containers of spicy feta and tzatziki. Our food was ready within 5 minutes or so and they brought it out to our table. There are free water cups by the cash register. It's still around Christmas so they had plenty of Christmas decorations including wreaths, snowmen, and mini Christmas trees around. They also painted on the walls a realistic tree and had library decorations with a ladder near the back. They have separate male and female bathrooms that are just outside the restaurant that were clean. Parking can be tough since it's seaport but there is some street parking and some garages nearby. Overall, Greco is good choice is you're in Seaport looking for some healthy fast food at an affordable price.

Finally got to try Barcelona after hearing so much about it! Came for happy hour at about 5:30, but ran into traffic so we were late. The hostess was super sweet and was still able to seat us (thanks again!) and we tried lots of awesome dishes. From the octopus to the steak, everything was great! Also loved the olive oil cake! Remember these are tapas and meant for sharing so they're smaller plates but still yum. By the time we left around 7, it was jam packed so highly recommend making a reservation ahead of time.

Savinos is a local gem. I've been here for celebratory dinners in the past, both pre- and during the pandemic, and everything has been delicious with great service in a classy (if a bit dated) atmosphere.Lately I've been enjoying their lunch, which is a great price (entrees around $15) for high quality meals that satisfy more than your typical sandwich of the same price in the area. I have a number of dietary restrictions (mostly gluten and dairy free), and they've been able to accommodate them while not compromising on quality. The grilled salmon is one meal I would get again and again. It comes with a refreshing salad alongside a red potato salad that's very lightly dressed with mayonnaise, just what I prefer. The steak is another good option for gluten and dairy free folks. It's easy to substitute items with more veggies. While I've enjoyed just about everything I've had there, sometimes they add a bit too much finishing oils, making some dishes too oily.My mom, who is a particular eater, loves the flatbread (toppings are a rotating special). She found the pasta bolognese to be a bit one note, though, with not much other ingredients. They don't have gf/df desserts, but I couldn't resist taking a bite of my mom's crème caramel. It is deliciously creamy! Reminds me of desserts in Paris when I could eat whatever I wanted. There's street parking and some outdoor seating for warmer months. If you do want to come for lunch, be sure to make a reservation on their website -- I think they still require them. We've also called them to get takeout, which has been super easy. Still, I prefer going in person to have a slice of elegant calm.

I wanted to bring my friend to a special place for dinner for her birthday, and I had always wnted to try this place, it looks so nice when you see it from the ground and you can tell it has great views!I was shocked that I had to pay 75$ just to reserve a table. This was non-refundable and did not count towards the price of food. Then I saw that the food was pretty inexpensive, so I thought maybe it was to make up for the cost of the reservation. It didn't make sense to me though because the difficulty and cost of the reservation made me think it must be very elegant, but the menu seemed like simple bar foodNow that I have been there, I get it! It is actually a very trendy bar where lots of young people hang out. Most of them are standing in the bar area, but you can basically rent a table/seating area for two hours (prices vary by the size) and drink and get some snacks if you want. The 75$ and strict time table must be so people don't just sit there and take up the seats all night drinking. They also have a policy that they take the card you are going to use to pay and keep it until you leave, to make sure you actually pay. I am sure there is good reason for this but it did make me LOL! So not what I expected.Still, it was fun seeing where the young people go for fun and feeling hip for a few hours. The food was simple but good, and our waitress was very nice.I wouldn't come back for dinner because it cost too much between the reservation and the parking. Plus, it is not really a place that is focused on the food, it's more of a bar with a fantastic view,

Puerco Asado (7/10): Huge dish. Tons of meat, very filling. Great bang for your buck. Meat is slightly on the dry side, but still decently tender. I would only order this if you have a large party, though. You really want to try all of the different tapas here!I've ranked the tapas from favorite to least favorite below:Yuca Frita (10/10): These are so freaking delicious, wow. The cilantro aioli was an amazing dipping sauce. They really are fried to perfection.Frituras de Maiz: (10/10): Wow, these fritters are also amazing. They come with such a rich sauce. The fritters are exploding with flavor.Chicharrones (9.5/10): Melt in your mouth pork belly. The pork skin crust was perfect. The sauces really make most of the dishes here. This dish is no different - I loved the sauce.Empanada del Carne (9/10): Oh man, the crusts are so good. This is pretty on par with the ones I just had in Puerto Rico. Chuletas de Cordero (8/10): The seasoning is heavenly. I was licking the lamb chops clean. Costillas a la Guayaba (7.5/10): Really nicely marinated, and the rib meat is so tender that it almost falls off the bone. Maduros con Tocino (7/10): This dish was pretty good, but got overshadowed by the other ones.Camarones a la Plancha (7/10): Solid dish, but I enjoyed some other ones even more.Ensalada de Aguacate y Pina (6/10): The salad was a bit too sour, and that sourness overpowered the dish. It was a great blend of ingredients, though.*** and one dessert ***Churros con Chocolate (9/10): Big crunchy fluffy churros!! The chocolate sauce is amazing (not really spicy at all). You have to get this for dessert!!***Service can be a little slow, even when the dinner rush is dying down. Ambiance is great - lots of seating, both indoor and out door.

Gustazo is a great spot if you're looking for a quality dining experience in the Boston area. I came on a Friday night and it was pretty busy, so I'm glad we had a reservation. The decor is bright and fun, with eclectic artwork on the walls. We started out with the Cuban Margarita to drink, which had a nice kick to it, but wasn't overwhelmingly spicy. For two people, we got two tapas and an entrée to share, which was just the right amount. The Yuka Frita (yuka fries) had the perfect crunch to chew ratio, with a delcious aioli on the side. The Costillas a la Guayaba (guava glazed baby back ribs) came with a bunch of fun accoutrements and was a visually appealing dish. While tasty, the cook on the ribs could have been a bit more consistent. To me, the star of the show was the Ropa Vieja (shredded flank steak). The sauce/seasoning on the meat hit the spot. They also had a mushroom version as a vegetarian option. Overall, a great meal, especially if you're interested in trying Cuban food!

Had the burger which was solid, but definitely an unhinge your jaw situation, the portobello makes this puppy a tall tall sando. Fries were okay, the smokey aioli made them better. My friend really liked her carbonara.Rolled the dice a couple times, which was fun and I liked both drinks, and the ambiance had sort of a clubby feel with the blue lights, definitely different than the cozy OG spot in the North End. As it got busier it definitely got pretty noisy, but still a cool vibe.Service was great, I had leftovers and we were going to a movie across the way, and they offered to hold the leftovers in a bag for me to retrieve on my way back. Took them up on it and got my food after the movie, no problem!

Middle eastern tapas presented beautifully and nice ambiance. Definitely recommend making reservations because they are always super busy. They do take walk ins for the bar and table seating but expect a wait. I've been here multiple times and the food is always super tasty and delicious. It is a bit pricey but very much worth the complex flavors.
Visit Restaurant Page"Came here on a Saturday evening and the place was decently busy, but we were lucky enough to get a table for two without waiting for long and without a reservation. We got one of their high tops in a back room that had great decor and wasn't too tight; overall, comfy vibes. The menu had a good mix of food and drinks; when we came, they didn't have their liquor license yet so everything was non alcoholic, but I could already tell their bartenders were pretty skilled just by their mocktails - great flavor. We got an app as well as their dish for two people, all plenty of food. The volcano was a huge amount of food and did not disappoint. While their app had good flavor, I honestly would only return for the volcano - huge, tasty, and just great value. Service was also pretty solid throughout the night. Overall, could not recommend Tulum more. Nice spot to grab a drink or enjoy a good dinner - the only con is that you kind of need a car to get here, but other than that, yummy food and a great dinner! Can't wait to come back to try their alcoholic drinks!"
"Lovely and large space with a beautiful bar and several different eating areas. Workers were also greening up patio are by sidewalk with many plants. We both tried two plates each. He loved the enchilada suiza and I really enjoyed the short rib taco and tuna ceviche. Fantastic cocktails.Next time I go maybe I will sit at bar and try a special tequila. Fun soundtrack playing! Very nice upbeat vibe."
"Petula's menu is the food version of a wet dream for me (sorry for the crudeness, but is there a more apt description?). So many dishes to choose from - do I go with the salmon crudo or the whipped ricotta or the mushroom pizza or the vodka tomato pasta or the lobster roll? Plus they do this special of free fries with every glass of bubbles, which honestly seems too good to be true. The dishes we ordered, ranked from favorite to least favorite:1. Vodka tomato pasta - you see this dish on almost every table for a reason. The pasta was cooked to a perfect level of al dente with a gloriously simple tomato sauce. I would say this is a dish that isn't the most adventurous but maybe its basic nature is what makes it appealing. A very comforting, homey plate of pasta that I could see myself eating when it gets cold out. 2. Chili chicken wings - Interesting combo of flavors with the fermented chili and gochujang. I could taste a punch of sweetness, not sure where that was from. Though the wings were cooked well, my favorite was actually the herb ranch that came on the side (incidentally, the dish is labeled dairy free, so interested to know what was in that ranch). 3. Whipped ricotta toast - my cousin LOVED this dish but I needed more toast to balance out the wetness of the olive oil and ricotta. 4. Chopped salad - Although I usually go for the Caesar salad above all else, I figured the chopped salad, with its abundance of ingredients (cheese! meat! chickpeas! banana peppers!), was worth a try. The dressing was too tart and salty, especially when combined with the salami. Good if you're desperate for some veggies, but next time, I'd try the other salads. Beautiful ambiance though it got crazy loud during our dinner - the decibel level was fine when we came at around 6 but then got progressively louder. Early dinners are the way to go. Parking: A bunch of 2-hour visitor spots along the street. Just be careful not to park in a resident permit spot."
"Little Doneky is a great spot! I've been there a handful of times, only for drinks, but I've heard the food is pretty good. On my most recent visit, I ordered the Painkiller, which had a nice flavor and was actually a very large drink. I was able to nurse it for about 2 hours with no issue! I recall having the sangria on another occasion and it was also decent.Location wise, it's super convenient, right in the middle of Central Square. I'd recommend sitting at the bar if you're looking for more of a casual vibe."
"Very cool neighborhood spot. My type of spot. I had a chance to stop in while being back home for a bit.I was there early so there was no cover or anything. The music was good. The food was pretty good. Drinks were good and we had excellent service."
"Went with a group of 5 on a Friday night for drinks before a 7:30 dinner reservation. Between the 5 of us, I think we tried every cocktail on the menu and were not disappointed by any of them. We also got a few small bites which were unique and flavorful takes on some of my favorite things (like gyoza). I honestly saw so many other things we would have ordered for small bites if we didn't have dinner already planned. Our waiter was really sweet and attentive and overall it was a cozy, great place I'd definitely go back to for drinks after work."
"La Gallina is lovely inside and I've had nothing but the nicest bartenders and servers. However, the food is just okay. I'd still go and have appetizers as it's a different cuisine than the rest of market street. The trouble is, the drinks are some of the worst I've ever had. Their signature drinks are all incredibly sweet. They all taste like melted candy. Classic drinks are presented well but lack any bite. I feel with a new bar program Gallina could improve greatly. Maybe charge more for the drinks but actually put enough of the liquor in the drink that it tastes balanced and not solely of simple syrup or other sweeteners. The location is convenient so hopefully the quality of food and drinks will improve!!"
"Attentive service, romantic ambiance, and dinner reservations weren't too hard to get on a weeknight. Best dishes of the night:- Spaghetti Carbonara (Pancetta, Maine uni, egg yolk, black pepper, parmesan)- Beef Heart Pastrami- Coppa di Testa (Crispy braised pigshead croqueta, apricot mostarda, golden beets, grain mustard, cress) Good but not the faves: - Zeppole (Ricotta donuts, raspberries, yogurt, vanilla milk crumble)- Cavatelli (Chicken sausage, tomato broccoli sugo, fennel pollen, parmesan)They also make a delicious negroni and their lavender soda is very refreshing. Would absolutely come back to Coppa for more beef heart pastrami and carbonara!! One of the best meals of my visit to Boston."
"Will be back! Drinks are creative and amazing, ambience is spectacular, food is 10/10 and service is amazing. The kitchen is separate from Mooncusser (also amazing) but I'm pretty sure the fish is the same. Either way it's worth a trip. The vibes are chill and laid back, moody and tropical-- matches the food. Lighting is perfect, location is clean and not at all bad for an evening walk after. They spice their food very well! Try he 305 (I think?) for a delicious saffron drink."
"I may have reached the point of no return where I've become the old man that yells "Get off my lawn, you rotten kids!" I realized that when Jamie W and I entered this darkly stylish tapas restaurant. We were drawn here because the name Barcelona evoked one of our favorite travel destinations. However, this was more of a Gen Z gathering spot given the deafening music they were playing over their speakers. One song that got on my nerves was "Don't Trust Me" by 30H!3 where they repeated the lyric "Do the Helen Keller and talk with your hips!" Ugh. How juvenile. Good thing we were separated from all the cool people who couldn't see me pinching my nose during the song. Fortunately the food was a marked improvement over the cacophonous music. We decided to share four plates since it was a tapas place after all.The rustic sourdough toast sticks and olive oil arrived at our table (photo: https://yelp.to/53BAII0AwY). We started with the $9.50 Grilled Chicken Thigh which was ladled with mojo verde (photo: https://yelp.to/LZ_3TVgz1N). Tasty and tender with a spicy kick. This was followed by a couple of veggie plates, the $9.50 Roasted Mushrooms with a thick scallion chimichurri sauce (photo: https://yelp.to/QfIdSmWRKs) and the $8 Grilled Zucchini with salsa verde and Calabrian pepper (photo: https://yelp.to/f6k8rh_Iv3). Both were just fine. The last dish was the $28 half order of Paella Salvaje where the savory bomba rice was mixed with chicken, pork belly, chorizo, chickpeas, green olives, carrot, and cilantro (photo: https://yelp.to/YGYir71IHS). That was easily the most satisfying part of our meal. Perhaps it was the curmudgeon in me, but the club-like atmosphere just wasn't enhancing our dining experience at all. I might be the wrong demographic to do the Helen Keller.FOOD - 4 stars...paella was stellar, everything else was pretty goodAMBIANCE - 2 stars...there's an audience for dark, loud and crowded...it's just not meSERVICE - 3 stars...they blitzed around usTOTAL - 3 stars...too dark and loud for my tasteRELATED - Exploring Boston? "Vivi's Tapas Bar opened very recently at the Ryder on Revere Beach Blvd. This modern tapas restaurant and bar offers a good variety of creative tapas, crudos, large plates, salads, and desserts. The bar serves up beer (draft & bottles/cans), wine, cocktails, and sangrias. The pricing is moderate high. The place has dim lighting with upbeat Spanish music blasting over the speakers. The main dining area to the left offers a great view of the Revere Beach oceanfront with rows of table seating and a wine cooler at the end. The bar section has high top seating, communal seating along the window and seating at the bar (2 flatscreen TVs).I stopped by Vini's for a late dinner recently. The place was too busy and I was seated in the dim lit dining room and given a menu. There is a small lit candle at each table. The server arrived with a chilled bottle with tap water and glass. I promptly placed my order for food and the three plates arrived 15 minutes later.I enjoyed the following plates which were nicely plated:Halibut ($15 plus tax) rocoto leche de tigre, red onion, cancha, Japanese sweet potato chips, served cold. This crudo was interesting and had a good mix of flavors, slightly spicy.Steak Tartare ($15 plus tax) potato causa, shallots, cornichons, capers, Dijon aioli, potato chips, served cold. The steak tartare was soft and moist and the potato chips were good for dipping & spreading the meat mix. Fig Tortellini ($16 plus tax) gorgonzola, asparagus, prosciutto, vincotto, served hot. This was my favorite which each tortellini was hand folded and had slightly sweet and rich flavors. Each plate I ordered was a good size and I was pretty much all set with my meal, deciding to pass on dessert (I was going to order flan if I had room). The check for 3 plates was $48.22 with tax and before tip. Overall, the plates I ordered were very interesting and I really enjoyed the mix of flavors and ingredients. The service here was fairly laid back with no rush. The server also asked if I had any food allergies while taking my order. I would definitely come back to try some of their other plates, but dining here with a group is ideal, so you can try several dishes in one meal."
"I have to say that I was pretty impressed with this place. We've came here before for regular dinner service but didn't find it super memorable - remembering the food being decent but also remembering it being pricey for what it was. We came here again for their NYE coursed menu and was impressed. The service was a tad slow but understandable with the influx of reservations for that night but each dish was strong and creative and flavor packed. I enjoy the portion size and was thoroughly stuffed by the time we got to dinner. Our waitress was so accommodating and gave us free shots for the extended wait before our first course showed up. Each dish was done so well I don't have a complaint on any so compliments to the chef. See my photos for more details of each dish! Love the food will be back again!"
"Amazing izakaya! Best in Boston so far (making all the other ones ashamed)Great service and amazing food."
"Lola 42 in Boston Seaport is undeniably a local gem that has become my go-to spot for the perfect hangout/dining experience. This is one of the premier spots for a weekend date night. But, you really can't go wrong with stopping by here any time of day. The vibrant atmosphere and chic decor create the perfect setting for any occasion. The bar, has an extensive selection of cocktails and attentive bartenders, which adds a lively energy to the place. The staff at Lola 42 are not just service providers; they elevate the entire dining experience with their warmth and professionalism. Now, let's talk about the mac and cheese--it's phenomenal. Cheesy, nutty, buttery, indulgent, and loaded with flavor, the pasta has the perfect consistency with a crispy breadcrumb like topping. It's a must-try that keeps me coming back for more.Lola 42 serves a wide array of Asian fusion food options, and everything on the menu is pretty darn good. Love this spot!"
"I absolutely loved this place! My wife found it through a Yelp search, and it turned out to be one of our favorite stops in Boston. Parla is a small speakeasy-ish restaurant/bar with fifteen to twenty people at once. The fresh and clean cocktails are mind-blowing; pick your liquor and the mix to go with it and get back something that you will order repeatedly. We had three cocktails each and rolled into a small snack (their kitchen opens at 4). We had the grilled octopus and beef meatballs, mouth-watering, and could have ordered a second round. Seriously, it's a fantastic place; we will be back during our next Boston trip."
"Our dinner here was spectacular! We loved the food, ambiance and service. The dishes were so flavorful. Everyone who works here was so good to us and super helpful. They accommodated our request to sit at a corner table and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. Even the hostess was so nice and helpful. Our server was Tess and she is amazing. She is the most compassionate server I have ever met and mind you, I eat out a lot. She is super patient and also very helpful with suggestions on the menu. She knows the menu very well and gives her honest opinion. When we ate here, it was our first time dining outside with our newborn and I was feeling anxious and overwhelmed. But Tess helped us so much without any judgement. She was very accommodating. We need more people like her in this world. Thank you Tess for making my first dinner outside with my baby a memorable one."
"Came here for an early dinner on a Thursday for their happy hour deal and the place was quite literally empty. This wasn't a negative for us though at all - it meant quick service and the music was enough to liven the atmosphere decently so it didn't seem too quiet. We got a table inside and the space was on the smaller side, but felt plenty homey. The menu had a good mix of foods and I settled on getting two tacos along with some chips and guac. The price during happy hour is honestly a steal - I would definitely come back given how good of a deal it was. The food came out quickly and was really tasty and flavorful. Portions also were great. If you're ever in the Union Square area looking for some decent Mexican food, look no further! Thanks, Barra!"
"I stopped in here last night with a family member. We were seated at the counter, where we were greeted warmly by our server, Katie. She made excellent recommendations--it was like she really knew us somehow. At her urging we shared the cevice, the evening scallop special, and the chicken a la plancha. Each was more delicious than the last. Additionally, she suggested two excellent bourbon-based cocktails, the maple old-fashioned and the bourbon and berries. It was a delicious evening."
