I've been here twice now for a sandwich and I am still of the opinion that these are some of the most delicious italian sandwiches you'll have in Boston. They have plenty of italian sweets, cold cuts, cheeses, breads, pastas, and more! I highly recommend the La Donna sub; the prosciutto is perfect. Service is always kind, fast, and helpful. It's never super busy when I walk in on weekends or weekdays. Smaller grocer, but perfect for dinner ingredients and lunch.

The arancini were so-so. The pizza was OK. We had excellent service and a pleasant dining experience. Way over priced!

Felt super authentic - the sandwiches were delicious. I think I found a new favorite. I ordered the turkey pesto and I'm craving it right now as I write the review. 10/10. The price is super affordable too. The service is friendly, very Italian, and fun to talk to. Ambiance - it's not a sit in spot. It's your grocery store built in deli but it's still fun to browse.

Classic Italian store. I'd put this Italian combo sandwich up there with the best of them. Not a big store but I'm sure everything they sell is top quality. A lot of guys working so the line moves quick.

Needed lunch for flight back to Phoenix and hadn't been able to get a good sandwich yet during my short stay for my Nephew's graduation. Thanks to Yelps guidances I found this little gem. I got the Porchetta sandwich and a bag of imported truffle potato chips. Chips were awesome, wish I bought a couple more bags! Sandwich was good, tad bit dry but overall quality of ingredients including the bread was better than most Italian delis I have been to in the states. I would try a different sandwich next time for variety. Service was efficient and friendly, nice array of imported goods for a picnic or home cooked meal!

Oof, I love this spot. I'll miss is more than anywhere else. We got an italiano almost everyday to share and it was the best. If you're into italian sandwiches I highly recommend these ones! They're also the oldest grocery store in the north end and have great products for cooking.

I went to elementary school here... in the North End, and I have an infinite LOVE for markets. I arrived home and headed over to the North End (as is my usual M.O.) the Pizza place was closed so I wandered the streets and smelled all the deliciousness of this community. I took to Yelp to find where I could grab a sub and this place has been on my bucket list for a while now. Walking in here is like being embraced by my Ex-husband's Grandmother the accents, the quality of ingredients, and the authentic Italian feel of the place. You would think you were in Italy. I observed the locals coming in for their lunch and the Lady behind the counter chiding the young Firefighters and Police Officers for not seeing them in Mass on Sunday, it was funny. They saw me and stopped, I said: "Don't mind me, I might be a visitor today but this is my home... I went to school at the Elliot" OMG they all parted the way to the counter after that LMAO!The bread was crunchy on the outside and soft in the middle all the flavors in my panino alla porchetta were divine... in fact, I couldn't wait to eat that bad boy HA! I went around the corner and copped a squat on a stone bench in front of Paul Revere's house and ate my lunch... legs swinging back and forth - which is the universal language for Mmmm hmmm Good!Respectfully Reviewed

The best. One of our first stops whenever we are in Boston. Easy to gather amazing snacks for a picnic right and have a picnic right down the street on the green.

E Buono! We got the Italian and Original (the best muffuletta spread ever) and enjoyed it so much that we returned later to grab a Porchetta to take home for dinner. They also have an excellent selection of olives and other Italian deli and pantry items. The staff was so welcoming and kind. It will be a go-to next time we're in Boston.

Such a great Italian grocery spot. Loved seeing all the goodies. Picked up some salami, cheese, and pasta to take home. I wish I didn't just eat or I would have definitely ordered up an Italian sub!
