Veggies in garlic sauce, general guas chicken, veggie fried rice and house lo mein
This is the krapow for the lettuce wraps. It's nothing like the photo on the website, nor is it like any krapow I've ever seen or tasted.

Now admittedly, the spring roll was delicious: shredded veg in a cylindrical casing of crispy and flavorful rice paper... cooked to perfection. Unfortunately, when I ordered the "small" portion it only came with one spring roll. I thought it would surely have at least two. That's my bad, supposedly. In terms of my main course, I'm displeased to put it kindly. When my "chow mein" arrived, my eager face fell into a frown. Pan Asia did not deliver me the saucey stir fried noodle dish with the perfect mix of sweet and savory umami goodness that one expects when ordering chow mein. Rather, they gave me crunchy noodle water that tasted like celery and fennel (normally I love celery and fennel....). There was no sauce. I am not kidding when I say this looked like soup with white noodles and clear broth. Now my tummy is making concerning grumbling noises. I blame the crunchy noodle water. If you come here, order the spring roll. I guess order the "large" portion and cross your fingers they give you more than two. And definitely don't order the chow mein unless you have a hankering for pure chagrin...

Unfortunately I ordered on Uber Eats before reading the reviews. Ya'll weren't lying! Food was late, cold and beyond bland. Crab Rangoon was sans the imitation crab. Chicken and broccoli - boiled chicken with boiled veggies. I've made tastier chicken for my dog. Pad Thai was the best item but this wasn't a high bar. First and last order from this place.

tl;dr: Cheap fast delivery. Unrecognizable food in large portions. It probably won't kill you. I ordered from a paper menu that was left in my mailbox. Shop local, ya know? The pan part of the name is like those poly people who want to date you and five other people. All game, no gastronomy. In the case of this restaurant, it means you can get "Thai" and "Chinese," scare quotes in each case, and maybe some other Asia-ish food, but it'll be a roll of the di. I only ordered Thai, so that's what this review will focus on. But I'm guessing they're as good at "Chinese" as they are at "Thai." Which is to say, not very. NOTE: The food isn't terrible but it's not at all what you'd recognize in any other restaurant as the thing. My cases in point are the pad thai and the krapow (known elsewhere by approximations of the sound ka-pow). Pad thai was bland. I had to add tons of soy sauce and then a healthy three squirts of sriracha. But worse than that is that it comes with random vegetables -- a sprig of broccoli, over-cooked green beans, other weird looking unidentifiables. It looks like it accidentally got contaminated by other meals in the same wok although maybe that's on purpose. I also got the krapow lettuce wraps. Krapow is supposed to be two things: a ground meat (pork, chicken, or beef) in a very spicy Thai basil sauce. It isn't made with noodles of any kind. It's also not made with chopped meat. The krapow at Panasia is made of chopped chicken with weird veggies (see pad thai above), like kung pao without the flavor. It was like no other krapow I've ever had. And it's absolutely nothing like the photo of krapow on the PanAsia website. When I opened the plastic container, I thought (for sure) that they'd given me the wrong dish. It was also bland -- no thai basil spicy sauce. It was a thin layer of stirfry atop a bed of weird noodles (so basically half a serving at full price). In addition to the lack of flavor, this is a problem because very often people who are low/no carb order lettuce wraps to avoid the noodles. You'll be SOL if you do so at PanAsia thinking you'll be getting a meat and veggie dish. Also, just like the Pad Thai, t's riddled with odd vegetables -- soggy green peppers? -- the same stuff that was in the pad thai. The good news? The iceberg lettuce was fresh and plentiful and packed separately. More good news is that they deliver fast on the cheap -- less than $3 and often (at times) free. No hidden charges. You'll pay pretty close to the combined cost of each item you order plus tax. They're also courteous, although they didn't tell me until they showed up at my door that they didn't charge my credit card. I had to dig through my purse to find enough cash for the food and tip. The portions are large, if you don't mind all the irregularities. If all you want to do is fill your late-night gut, you'll probably do fine. Maybe other things they serve are better/closer to expectations of Americanized Asian food. If I didn't have other options (as in, if I lived deep in Southie), I might experiment to see which menu items were edible, and I mean that in the best possible way. They've got to do better with other things than they did with the pad thai and the krapow.

This was an absolutely amazing experience. We ordered a lot of food and it came out very quickly. We ordered the wonton soup, dumplings, crab Rangoon, egg rolls, fried rice, and general gau chicken. All the food was amazing. Would definitely recommend. 10/10.Eat more dumps.

The first time I ordered from here I got something off both menus, it was pretty decent - the fried General Gaus chicken was fairly crispy and tasted fine. However, this time, I ordered General Gaus again and I got what I can only describe as reheated soggy fried chicken - with not just one hair, but a glob of multiple hairs on the chicken itself when I opened it.Needless to say, never ordering from here again. that's a serious lack of quality control. Paying $30 for a stomach ache and a large portion of inedible food isn't on my list of things to do.

Great Chinese food and great service. Ordered on their website for delivery and they came exactly on time (even on New Year's Eve!). You can choose the spice level for the some of the dishes. The choices are no spice, a Iittle spicy and extra spicy. I chose extra spicy and it wasn't that spicy at all - it was perfect and delicious. Highly recommend the veggie in garlic sauce and veggie fried rice.

Not good. Chicken wings were raw. Fried rice had a weird taste to it. Two bites and rest went into the trash.
