Came here for a lobster roll under $20 and got one with chowder as part of a special! I can see why it was so inexpensive since it's really tiny, but it was a good size for me especially because I got an eel avocado roll as well. Everything was good and the lobster roll was served cold. This is a hole in the wall type of place so don't expect to dine in you're gonna grab and go with some decently quick service! This place gets the job done, no frills, though the sushi is also pretty small.

I kept seeing North End Fish Market pop up and was intrigued. I decided to take a walk over to the North End for lunch and ordered online for pick up. It is located on Salem St, right by where Neptune Oyster is. The shop is owned by a very nice Chinese family. They got my order ready on time and although they didn't have ApplePay option on their website, I was able to pay via ApplePay in person!I ordered the salmon, mango, and avocado roll, 2 pc salmon sashimi, and 2 pc white tuna. The salmon mango avocado roll was only $6.75 and $4.95 for each of the two piece orders of sashimi. Very affordable sushi spot. After walking for an additional 15-20 minutes in the hot weather, I was finally able to stop to try it out. The maki roll itself was solid. Tasted fresh. The salmon sashimi was also great. I was excited for the white tuna but was disappointed because the pieces were still partially frozen... It was not frozen solid, just a little icy. Overall, I would suggest skipping on their sashimi and order only their rolls. Definitely not fancy sushi by any means, but beats grocery store sushi for sure.Looks like they have a good bargain for lobster rolls here though. ~$20 for lobster rolls and from the pictures it looks like they do not skimp on the lobster meat either! Might have to try their lobster roll next time!

A small takeout sushi place right in the North End. The quality is great, and surprisingly the price is also great, despite being in the city. They also don't pack the sushi with rice. I ordered salmon lover and spicy girl roll: both dishes being fantastic, especially the spicy girl roll.I ordered in person and they finished my order within 5-10 minutes, even with an order ahead of mine. Service was fast and efficient. There are a few steps getting down to the place. They also serve a lobster roll (and I've heard good things about it) that I will have to try next time.

A hole in the wall spot in the North End. The staff didn't really speak to me but it's fine, I was just there for takeout. The fish was super fresh tasting. I got the salmon lover and it was great, standard, and pretty fairly priced at like $15. I did get 2 extra pc of salmon sushi. The 2 roll lunch special was a super great deal also at only $14

Quaint and charming little sushi spot that offers only takeout sushi. With the sushi being so fresh and top grade, I'm surprised at how cheap it is! There are some great and cheap sushi combos, the Maki Trio being one of them. Most places pack sushi rolls with a lot of rice but this isn't the case with North End Fish Market. While the rolls itself are a little smaller than what I'm used it, it's still a great bang for your buck. I also ordered a Spicy Salmon roll but instead got a Salmon and Avocado wrong. Small mistake there but still very delicious. The handroll was stuffed and I got a lot of fish for just one handroll. Will definitely be ordering again in the near future!

North End is a really small shop that doesn't stand out much in appearance but really delivers in food quality and service. LOBSTER ROLLI tried 3 of Boston's top ranked lobster rolls and North End's ended up being my favorite. I was a bit surprised that this was my favorite since I favor hot lobster. The interesting thing was that the 3 rolls I tried varied in both size and price quite drastically. I'd describe North End's lobster roll as medium sized. At $18, North End's lobster roll was easily the best value of the lobster rolls I saw in town. The lobster roll here has great balance. The cold lobster tastes great and the toasted bread works perfectly together. I loved the structure of the roll. It all held together till my last bite. Visually, it wasn't the greatest. Since all food is take out here, the rolls are just wrapped up and handed to you in a bag. SERVICEFriendly, welcoming people.

The best and most humble sushi spot in all of Boston! Tucked away in the heart of the North End is this delicious underground sushi basement! The prices are so reasonable and the quality is fantastic. It is only takeout, so my girlfriend and I took it back to hers. Can't wait for my next visit to Boston, this spot was incredible

Flavors - 4.5/5Textures - 4.2/5Presentation - 4/5Value for Money - 4.5/5Would return? YesThey've got one type of lobster roll - the cold one. I'll be honest, it looks massive in the picture, but it's pretty tiny. At just $19, it's a total steal though. Now, let's talk flavors. Impressive! The bun plays a major role here - they load it up with so much butter that my fingers were slipping and sliding all over the place. Not the most enjoyable, but man, it brings that extra oomph to the roll. The lobster salad's mayo is light and delightful, and the addition of celery gives it a nice twist. It's a flavor fiesta in there, and everything stays beautifully intact as I devoured it.Here's the bummer - it's takeout only but it's worth it! I gave it a solid 4.4 out of 5.

I just want to try lobster roll when im in Boston and search yelp when I am in North end. This pop-up and got good review. It such a small place, store actually and no tables to eat. I doubted that it would be good but I was wrong . It is so good. It is a decent size, like a hotdog bun but buttery and filled with lots of lobster. The price is decent for $18. Service is quick.
