Came here for a casual dinner with coworkers. There isn't a lot of seating inside so we sat on the picnic tables outside.Dashi Niku - very flavorful. The ramen was overcooked though. Overall, it was okay but didn't taste authentic.Gyoza - oddly I tasted butter so I think the gyoza is pan fried in butter. The gyoza was entirely fried but I'm more used to the bottom of the gyoza pan fried. The filling was flavorful.

Came here for a quick bite after walking around the aquarium because it was very easy to get to. It was a little confusing because the spot is attached to a tiki restaurant and shares the bathroom, but it does have its own chef and seating. Our orders came pretty quickly and the chef was very nice, he was also the only one there. Our noodle and rice dishes looked so good, which is why I think I had high expectations, but I didn't think they were anything special. I think the broth could have been a little more flavorful and I would have liked some more veggies in my noodles, but this is just a personal preference. For the price, I think the portion sizes are good, but I wouldn't necessarily come again. Overall, I had a good experience, especially with the chef working there, but I wasn't very impressed with the noodles.

Restaurant is attached to Tiki Rock right next door, so can be easy to miss if you're in a hurry.I went there at an off-peak time for a late lunch. It was a little strange as there was only one employee working and they did not seem to notice when I came in. Mind you it is a small establishment, so it was obvious I had come in. Additionally, there was a small group of 20-something tourists milling about -- not sure if they had eaten there, but they seemed to be commanding the employee's attention. All in all, it was weird -- felt like I'd walked into a party I wasn't invited to.When I finally did get the opportunity to order, the host/server was nice and I ordered the Tuna Poke bowl. It was very good. Maybe a tad heavy on the rice, and the tuna was not as fresh as if I'd gotten there a couple hours sooner, but all in all a good portion and mix of ingredients.I'd probably scope out other options before coming back, but wouldn't hesitate to come back.

I'm giving Niku a 3 stars because it seems like the restaurant is still young and getting into the groove of things. The chef had a uniform on that had both Niku and Tiki Rock etched into it. There's at least 5 seats for the booth and maybe 4 near the window. I ordered the Niku Tonkontsu, who's broth reminded me of the sweet and sour soup I usually eat at home. Tried spicing it up to no avail. I don't frequent ramen too much, but felt that the noodles used here were quite thinner than what I'm used to?They also have some beer among the beverage options and appetizers. I plan to go back in the future to try their other items and hoping to bump their rating to a 4!

Literally a one man operation next to tiki rock (they're owned by the same company I think). Small counter but we were able to get seats right away. I had the spicy tonkatsu, which was great. Wife had the truffle ramen as she's vegetarian. She wasn't the biggest fan, and they also were out of veggie potstickers which was a bummer. Pretty normal ambiance, it's a tiny place so not much to report. I'd eat there again.

Came at 1145 Monday, in the rain, and it was locked. Lights on door locked. Obviously a bit disappointing considering the posted hours online and on the front door. Also messed with my lunch hour at work, now I gotta grab a crappy Al's sub lol. I guess I'll try again sometime but maybe call ahead or go with a backup

It was only my first time here, and I was amazed when I walked in. I saw Luffys straw hat, some Naruto posters and some samurai swords. The paintings on the walls are very amazing too. The prices and food are amazing 10/10 . Very cheap pricing and who doesn't like that haha. It is very tiny so I do not recommend big party's, maybe like 2-3 people max. The service is also very good, very casual. DEFINITELY coming back again .

Spicy miso is so good as well as the tonkotsu. The broth is amazing. Place is small with limited seating but I've never had trouble getting a seat at the window. Service is always quick.

I tried the smoky shoyu. The ingredients were great quality but unfortunately the broth and tofu were too salty.I added pictures below.

Their ramen is better than I expected. I got the tonkotsu ramen. The noodle itself is good. I like the texture. Everything tastes good. But I wish the meat is a bit thicker. The broth can be a bit thicker and less greasy. In general it tastes good. They have indoor and outdoor seating. Service is good too.
